The location is in the Minden Hills with lovely views. Very relaxing environment.

The location was great and as the cottage had windows / glass siding doors on two sides I was able to enjoy the beautiful view out over the bay to Mt Maunganui in the distance. It was very a relaxing atmosphere, and the cottage certainly exceeded my exceptions and was beautifully appointed. The host was exceptional and communication was clear about where the key would be, how to find the cottage and parking etc. I have added photos from each of the sliding doors taken about 5.30pm in the evening - one over the bay and one back along towards Waihi Beach. I drove over to Mt Maunganui and this only took about 17 minutes, so the cottage is centrally located within easy reach of Tauranga city and Mt Maunganui.

The view was amazing and the owners very friendly, generous and accommodating. The property was close to all of the things that we had to visit.

The location was just what we hoped for, with the bonus of lovely open views of the stunning countryside. The Cottage had everything we needed. Easy to get onto Highway 2 and back into Tauranga. Only a short walk or drive to places to eat and drink. The hosts made us welcome.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. My wife fell in love with Yuki and the oranges were amazing!! :)

Unfortunately our stay was very short but we really enjoyed it. The views were spectacular, sun was shining and it was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the rural setting, lovely sunset and frequent visits from Wicket. Being within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant, The White House was a huge bonus.

Karen and her family are very hospitable and the space is wonderful. Clean, tidy and bright. Perfect for some relaxing time.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Minden Meadows. It is a beautiful unit with stunning views for sunsets and sunrises. Karen is a great host how was very responsive to my queries. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Very cute apartment with sensational views of the surrounding area. Nice, big and comfy bed. Karen was an excellent host - friendly, helpful and informative. Wicket, the family pet dog, will sound the arrival of guests and give them a rousing reception - he will visit each morning for his treats. A pet deer is yet another attraction of this property. In summary, a very memorable stay in a quiet location.

Excellent location - beautiful view, sunny, quiet, close to Bethlehem Woolworths and eateries. Easy parking, entry and exit via looped driveway. Decent long length mirror tucked away in the wardrobe.

Air con would have been nice, there's lots of lovely windows in the studio, so it gets very hot. There's a fan, but noisy having it running during the night.

Outlook and view was nice. Price was not too bad. It has good potential.

The place needed a good clean. Shower was covered in soap scum that came off when ran finger over it, so it wasn't baked on, just not cleaned properly. Table was dirty, had to clean it before using it. Had to put bedside lamps on the floor as they were covered in years worth of dust and in hay fever season dust is an irritant for me. The place just needed a good spring clean! No teatowel left, when I asked for one. The text back was quick and they probably put it outside the room quickly but I did mention we were going out be out all day and the weather was raining and windy so when we got back found the teatowel on the ground outside the door, so by then it was wet and dirty and we couldn't use it - we were going the next morning so didn't bother asking again. Would I stay again? Probably if it had had a good clean.

I loved the amazing 180-degree view across to Mauao and beyond while sitting in bed having breakfast. This was defs the highlight of my stay.

Had everything that I needed. Loved the quiet and sunsets over the Kaimai Rangers. Saw some of the bird life every so often flying by. Wicket, the dog was very friendly and downright gorgeous. For shoppers, even though it felt like it was in the country, it was only 5 -10 minutes from Bethlehem Shopping Center.

Although there was road works just down the road, I didn't really hear them. It meant slowing down and sometimes stopping for a minute or two. None of which detracted from my holiday.

This place was absolutely amazing. I had read the reviews and agree with everything others have said. This would have to be one of the best places I have stayed at. We knew the location we were staying was not right in the city, but this did not worry us. The views are amazing, the host is fantastic and the studio is superb.

This accommodation was a solid 10. Beautiful room detached from the main house, quiet, spectacular view and a great host + a lovely little Schnauzer-dog. I only spent a night there but it is definitely a place I will remember.

Nice comfy bed. Nice view.

Too bright on the eyes. Got a Nice natural sunlight coming through the windows. But I think the colour scheme could be a little darker. Too much white. And the Bach too close to the house for my liking.

Comfy bed, super clean and lovely facilities ... and a lovely view - lot's of birds chirping in the morning, which was way better than my alarm sound, so that was super pleasant.
