Location is convinient being close to airport. Acommodation is Good.

Climbing 2 or 3 levels with luggage was a big problem. Not suitable for aged folks.

Прилетели поздно вечером, таксист не мог найти место проживания, хозяин всегда был на связи! Помог найти жилье по связи с таксистом, встретил нас, показал квартиру, все рассказал. Квартира очень хорошая, комфортно проживать 6 человек, есть 3 спальни и в каждой свой санузел. Огромная гостиная, кухня, обеденная зона. Мы были всего одну ночь, но остались в восторге! Перед выездом хозяин приехал нас провести, и был с нами до приезда такси (такси в Индии если должно приехать к 10.00, но приехало к 12,00 - это нормально). Он только удивлялся нашему терпению) огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и поддержку! Всем советую!

We had a wonderful stay here at La Conforto. The apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained & thoughtfully arranged, making it feel comfortable & homely from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was the attention to details…all the basic necessary items were already stocked, including toiletries & essentials. It was such a pleasant surprise to find fresh bread, eggs & milk kept ready for us, a very thoughtful gesture after travel. The homemade chocolates were a lovely bonus. The location is peaceful and convenient, perfect for a relaxed stay while still being well connected. A special appreciation for Sumeet, who was a very warm and responsive host and ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. His hospitality genuinely elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable & thoughtfully hosted service apartment in Goa. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We stayed at this 3BHK apartment in Goa during our marathon visit, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all essential facilities available. It comfortably accommodated our group, and this place is ideal for a group of up to 7 people. The layout and amenities make it especially suitable for families and group stays. We visited Goa specifically for the marathon, and the stay added to the overall experience. The apartment provided a relaxed and comfortable environment to rest and recover after the run. The locality was calm, and the house felt safe and homely. I would definitely recommend this place for family trips or group stays in Goa. Things That Could Be Improved (Suggestions) The apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have a lift, which may be difficult for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. This is something future guests should be aware of. On the morning of our checkout, we faced a water shortage as the tank had run empty. Since we were leaving early, this was a bit uncomfortable. After contacting the owner, we were advised to use water from two alternate connections, which helped, but it was not very convenient. Ensuring adequate water availability, especially during early morning hours, would greatly improve the experience. Apart from the three bedrooms, there is an additional single room without a proper bed. This was not clearly mentioned in the description, and it came as an unpleasant surprise for us, as one person had to sleep on a cot. It would be helpful to clearly mention this in the listing or consider adding a proper bed to make the stay more comfortable for larger groups. (Maybe I missed finding the description) Providing basic amenities such as a kettle and a hair dryer would be very helpful, especially for guests visiting for events like marathons or early-morning activities.

An amazing property, spic and span, spacious with clean washrooms and a reasonably well equipped kitchen for your daily needs. The host is a well travelled person and very responsive and approachable. A gem of a person and an equally nice property

The vibe of the appartment is so welcoming and soothing. Hygienic, neat and tidy, well stocked appartment. Privacy and personal space for the family and group as well. Nearby to airport. Very calm and peaceful surrounding. Host was too kind and helpful. Host is always ready to support you.

Property was clean. Owner was nice, very supportive and accommodative.

Host Mr. Sumit was very friendly. We felt like home. He even provided our children Fruits, Vegetables Milk , egg , Bread etc , everything on the house. He collected No extra charges. The stay was More than what we expected.

Beautiful well maintained home which we connected with instantly. Positive vibes. We enjoyed the Christmas decoration in the house and area around. We visited family 6 with 3 senior citizens so the well equipped kitchen was awesome and of great help. Mr. Sumeet is kind and helpful. Available always.

These are more suggestions than complaints... This place is upstairs in a local residential building and no lift so if you have senior citizens it may be trouble moving in and out multiple times. Our group is fit so we could manage. The rest of the facilities compensate for this and great value nevertheless Entire house Cleaning is done every 3 days. If you are a big group and doing cooking then you may need some help earlier for the garbage and kitchen part.

Clean and spacious - very friendly and helpful host

It was a bit out of the way but with a hired scooter we were able to manage fine.

The host Sumit was very responsive and prompt to help. Received us on arriving there with a wonderful home baked cake (which was super yummy). The propoerty is nice, clean with all amenities and walking distance from the airport.

We liked the spacious apartment. It was nice and clean. And the specially cooked chocolate cake was simply delicious.

The hosts were real friendly and very helpful. Sumit came to handover the keys personally and the house was kept fully loaded with fruits, veggies, bread and milk as much as needed.They were really helpful with checkout also. They gave reference for rental bikes, cars and all necessary stuff. He was in constant touch to see if we were facing troubles navigating through goa and helped with info regarding sightseeing.

Mr.Sumit (Owner) you are just great None of our family members including ME felt that we were away from home. Thanks for the delicious food, Everything at home was placed where it was supposed to be Your hospitality was great 100% recommendable to anyone Thanks to you again

Sumeet went out of his to do everything and anything for us, definitely hostess with the mostest. There was WiFi , food was left in the fridge for us, cake baked by Sumeets wife, to be fair this gentleman went above and beyond. I have and definitely will inform people about the A1 service we received. Thank you 🙏

Extra attention to detail

1. Owner Mr.sumeet is a very good person kind hearted. 2. Hospitality every one should learn from him. 3. All the facilities inside the home are better. 4. Home interior is very well and so calm. 5. This is my best stay till now.

Owner of the property is a gem. His hospitality and services were next level. Even my 80 year mother felt at home while residing at La Conforto. He had provided us food on request, though it was a tough job for him. The house was very comfortable with all the facilities and his food was home cooked and too good. I felt like it was not business rather a social service on the owner's part. Thank you for our pleasant stay at your place. May God bless you.

Good stay for families. Hall, kitchen, bedroom all are very clean and good. We enjoyed lot in this apartment stay. We used the kitchen very well and all the kitchenwares are available at the property. We feel like we are at home. Visiting again.
