L’emplacement, la proximité d’Essaouira, la piscine

L’électroménager vieillissant, le manque de couverts, le mobilier d’extérieur réduit et les derniers jours la présence de cafards dans les chambres.

Très grande maison avec 3 chambres au calme dans El Ghazoua. Grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner y compris les épices, le sel, etc. La machine à laver avec la lessive et les fils pour étendre le linge à l'arrière de la maison. Très grand salon confortable pour se reposer. Maison bien isolé, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation en ventient le soir avec la fraîcheur de la nuit. Surtout une magnifique piscine avec de l'eau lipide, les transats et une table pour manger à l'extérieur. La cours privative et fermée pour garer la voiture. Le supermarché Aswak Assalam à 800 m sur la route principale ou on trouve tout ce qu'il faut et moins cher que Carrefour. L'emplacement à mi-chemin entre Essaouira et Siki kaouki. Bref après quelques jours on se sent comme chez soi.

Pour information la route d'accès est un chemin en terre et sable assez étroit. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème avec un Duster. Je recommande de manœuvrer à l'extérieur et de se garer en marche arrière dans la cour pour plus de facilité.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa está en un entorno tranquilo y la piscina es maravillosa.

Villa très spacieuse et privée. Piscine propre filtrée et propriétaire qui la nettoie régulièrement. Climatisation efficace dans les chambres et dans le salon.

Un peu difficile d’accès pas de goudron. Perturbant la première fois mais on s’y habitue. La récupération des clé n’était pas claire aussi.

Grande maison, spacieuse et bien équipée. Facile pour se garer. Contact facile avec le propriétaire. Grande piscine avec un endroit où les plus petits ont pied.

Dałem dziesiątkę bo to naprawdę fajna kwatera. Przemiły gospodarz, który nas zakwaterował wcześnie rano. Cisza i spokój, miejsce na uboczu. Fajna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie okolicy. Wiadomo, zawsze coś można znaleźć na nie, ale tu naprawdę jest super. Polecam

Довольно близко к городу

Дорога к дому очень узкая, и кактусы по краям дороги царапают краску. Даже когда едешь очень осторожно, этого не избежать. Кухня не очень чистая. В одном туалете нет горячей воды. В хамаме есть, но не работает слив воды. Сам хамам тоже не работает. То, что всякие ручки отваливаются, и писать не надо, это стандарт для Марокко

Belle villa propre et bien équipé, conforme à la description et idéalement situé, J’ai passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement cette adresse

Le propriétaire a été d'une grande disponibilité malgré notre arrivée tardive. Il nous a fait visiter la villa et a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque chose. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La maison est vaste, idéale pour une escapade familiale. Les lits sont confortables et le linge de maison à disposition dans chaque chambre. Le ménage et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. La box permet de voir une multitude de chaînes, y compris occidentales, ce qui a permis aux garçons de suivre un match de rugby de la tournée d'automne. Le toit terrasse permet de voir des couchers de soleil splendides.

la salle d'eau de la suite parentale est un peu exigüe, il faut slalomer entre le lavabo et les WC qui sont systématiquement mouillés par la douche. l'accès à la propriété est possible avec un véhicule long (van de 6m50) mais nécessite de manoeuvrer prudemment. Le stationnement à l'intérieur de la propriété est faisable mais étroit.

Magnifique villa avec piscine et tout équipée. Le propriétaire est tres accueillant et réactif. La piscine belle et l'espace grand et équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin.

Certains équipements( porte salle de bain, un pommeau de douche) mériteraient une petite réparation

J'ai adoré la villa, la décoration, les équipements, la piscine et le hammam.

La casa es muy amplia, familiar y muy tranquila, estaba muy ordenada y con todo lo que necesitas. El casero era muy simpático y nos trató genial. Si quieres pasar unos días en familia o desconectar recomiendo mucho ir ahí.

Si vous chercher à préserver votre intimité familiale, c'est le lieu qu'il vous faut. Villa sécurisée, spacieuse et propre. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits afin de nous reposer et on a pu en profiter largement. Le propriétaire est gentil et disponible. Coin réservé à la voiture à l'intérieur de la villa. On a fait nos courses à pieds au supermarché Aswak Assalam non loin de la villa.. Très bonne expérience À refaire..

La villa bien équipé tout ce que vous avez besoin , 3 chambre confortable , la piscine très propre , parking privé , j’ai tout aimé , si j’aurai pu prolonger je l’aurai fais immédiatement . Mais elle été déjà prise . Je reviendrais merci beaucoup à l’hôte très sympa .

first of all, abd el Jabar was so friendly and helpful man. about the place was so nice, clean and quiet. u will found all what u need there.

Mr Abduljabbar is a great host, supportive and friendly.

The facilities are up to my requirements and needs, and the price was reasonable.

Villa had 2 shower rooms a swimming pool a hamam room 3 bedrooms with several beds it also had a washing machine even had a smart tv with Netflix provided rooms were very clean

The facility is situated just outside Essaouira of an 8km away, perfect place for group of friends or family, it has a private parking spot and all amenities you could think of, just a well equipped villa. The swimming pool is also for kids as it has steps to stand and swim around, I'm satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it. The owner is there to help, don't hesitate on contacting him!

Huge villa with huge kitchen and private hammam which was a pleasant surprise. Very spacious bedrooms with comfy mattresses pillows and fresh sheets, all very clean. We slept well and the children loved having their own rooms after a week of sharing in smaller places. 10 minute drive into Essaouira. Lovely pool.

The kitchen could do with some basics such as salt and pepper/ tea, coffee. The host doesn't speak much English but tried very hard to communicate with my dodgy French and we worked it out together! The Villa is quite tricky to find as it is on an unnamed road and could do with a sign saying Villa Ahlam so you know when you have found it. It sits surrounded by empty plots with building work going on so not an area you would want to walk around in but Essaouira is very close so we headed there in the evenings.

DO NOT BOOK IT - ALL OF THE COMMENT NOT TRUE MOSTLY ARE RELATIVES AND FRIENDS to scam any potential guests to book .Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the villa was dirty and full of dust. The mirrors were stained and rusty, and there were no towels provided in any of the bathrooms or by the swimming pool. When i contacted the owner about towels he simply replied with "EVERY TIME I PUT TOWELS PEOPLE TAKE WITH THEM." There were no bathroom toiletries provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The only thing available was a used bar of soap that was left behind by previous guests eith hair and sands on it There were no dishwasher or washing machine products provided, which made it difficult to clean our dishes and clothes. The shower heads were not attached, therefore you must hold it with one hand while showering. There was no bottled water provided for drinking, which was inconvenient and unsanitary. The swimming pool was dirty upon arrival, and the owner instructed us not to use it until the next day (because of chlorine). This was disappointing, as we had been looking forward to using the pool during our stay. There was no daily housekeeping service provided, which made it difficult to keep our villa clean and tidy. One of the light switches in the villa was broken naked which was a safety hazard for my two children
