The apartment is fine and very complete.

This is practically a scam... It announces "Beach front"... When there is no such free access . Yes, you can access apparently, but if you wish to swim you have to pay at least P900... That is not access to beach, that is malicious marketing. Saying that there is beach access is like saying access to the Vatican... Of course, if you pay all the fees in between! I know this is explained in the FAQs... But stating that this apartment has free access to beach is simply false. Apparently other units have the same problem : yes you get nice apartment and access to swimming pool. But NO to the beach. Your included icon about beach front access should be removed. Right now is completely misleading.

Another excellent stay. The host is so accommodating. The property itself has everything you need.

La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones del resort son fantásticas.

Estuvimos 5 días y las instalaciones como las piscinas y la playa solo las pudimos usar un día, para el resto de los días había que pagar un suplemento. El acceso al resort por la noche puede ser peligroso. El menaje en nuestro apartamento muy escaso, y la ducha sin presión y casi sin agua.

The beach on the resort was close, the pool and amenities were really nice to access and the food on site was delicious

Clean apartment with a view of the sea. Concierge staff very helpful and friendly. The resprt complex itself is nice. Good facilities in the room.

The area of Mactan is very strange. The resorts consume any area of beach and are closed off to locals. However there are nice restaurants and experiences to be found.

Per entrare in spiaggia il costo parte da 800 pesos (senza cibo), ma è necessario avvisare il giorno prima il proprietario dell’appartamento. In questo caso i biglietti vengono consegnati alle ore 13, quindi si perde mezza giornata di spiaggia. In alternativa, bisogna comunicarlo con alcuni giorni di anticipo, ma c’è il rischio che, in caso di pioggia, i soldi vengano persi, perché i biglietti non sono rimborsabili. Un’altra opzione è acquistare i biglietti direttamente all’interno del resort, ma solo con la formula spiaggia + cibo: • Da sabato a giovedì: buffet + spiaggia a 2000 pesos • Venerdì: menù alla carta a 1800 pesos, di cui 1100 pesos spendibili nei ristoranti Consiglio il ristorante La Caverna per il cibo. Evitate però richieste strane, come chiedere 100 pesos in contanti in cambio di 120 pagati con carta: non vi aiuteranno. Conclusione: la spiaggia sono piccole e il mare non sono nulla di speciale, mentre le piscine sono belle e c’è animazione. Il resort è curato, con 4 ristoranti, lo sdraio e’ gratuito come i bagni e le doccie per lavarsi la ,ma se amate davvero le spiagge vi consiglio Boracay

Great quality of everything

The room is very comfy. It offers a very homey vibe that made us feel so at home quite instantly during our stay. The place is just in a really perfect location for me and my friend who were trying to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and away from work. The staff? Yup, quite hospitable and kind, and we got along with them. The assistance and everything? Superb. The location with the abundance of trees and everything? Magical. Thanks!

we loved our stay at Tambuli Resort....and our apartment was fantastic...great host and great staff and facilities...we will stay again in this apartment with our next visit in February 😊

Very cozy, clean and well maintained place. Everything is provided (complimentary water bottle, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels). My husband and I had a relaxed and wonderful staycation.

The room was neat and so was the cr. The aircon was really cool. There was even a fulton for our son. Tambuli is Tambuli, always great to stay, breakfast was also good. Pool very clean and comfy, not cold neither hot. Beach is awesome.

There is no blanket unlike the hotels, we cannot swim in the beach for some reason but can only stick to the pool. If we want to swim in the beach, we have to pay for it.
