A nice place to relax, near the city. The natural setting creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The swimming pool is beautiful .Really recommend
Service efficiency could be improved during busy periods
We had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by pine trees and nature. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at Romdoul Kirirom . The rooms were comfortable, and the natural surroundings were beautiful. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit.
The resort is in a perfect location for anyone who loves nature. The service was excellent, and the team made us feel at home. The rooms were cozy and clean
A fantastic place to escape the busy city. The fresh mountain air, peaceful surroundings, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Feels like a fairy tale hidden in the forest, surrounded by fresh air and serene natural beauty. It is an ideal place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a calm escape from the busy city life.

Why didn't you check the room? There was no food left in the room. And this morning you even charged me for a piece of cake? I don't have time to go into details right now. I've stayed at many hotels on Booking.com, and none of them are like yours. You didn't state "breakfast not included," but I clearly saw that breakfast was included in the room rate. Furthermore, this morning when we asked for breakfast vouchers, you didn't stop me from eating. I assumed you provided breakfast. If you insist on charging, I can give you $5 plus a bad review. Does your hotel only accommodate Cambodians? None of you speak Chinese, yet you're saying it's because I don't understand English. You're now blaming the customer instead of reflecting on your own shortcomings? The hot water in your room ran out in 2-3 minutes. Why didn't you apologize? There was no food or chargeable amenities in your room, yet you told me I had to pay? Why didn't you apologize? What kind of service is this? To save money, you don't even provide toothbrushes? I came to your place last night to ask about conditioner, and you gave them all the necessary items. Why didn't you ask me if I needed any? What did you provide for $59? No hot water, incomplete amenities, no pre-paid items, and you want to charge me at checkout? Not a single apology, just constant emphasis on breakfast? Do you think I need three eggs and a bowl of noodles?
None of your hotel staff speak Chinese. Your hotel did not state on the platform whether breakfast is included. Your hotel room amenities are incomplete, yet you tell me it's for environmental protection. Why don't you take the blankets away too? Washing blankets also affects the environment?
The staff were helpful and friendly during my entire stay. I appreciated their polite manner and willingness to support guests. The service quality was generally satisfying.
Speed of service in some areas could be improved
A nice place to relax and enjoy a natural setting away from the city. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, making it suitable for a short getaway
Facilities, dining options
We loved the forest area and views on the mountains. the facilities were good too with the ability to use the other pools from the neighbouring resorts
It was very crowded up the mountain and not a lot of paths to go for a walk in the forest by yourself. We also would have loved to have a fridge in our room but the staff very kindly offered us to use their fridge in the reception.
Bon emplacement en pleine nature
Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
My family and me really like the forest view and the feeling of privacy here. The room and breakfast are food, and the service level is perfect. We had some problem with hot water, so the staff check the shower and helped to moved to another room. Thanks again! The main thing for us here is the fresh air, so we come here a few times a year.
Actually, there is no fridge in the room, but it's not a problem. You may ask reception about ice box and keep your food and drinks there, and it's enough, because tt's freezy outside there at the night time
The location is great. I enjoyed the scenery. The resort has a lot to offer. Beautiful places, nice food, choices of restaurant, nice swimming pool. the room design is nice, two bed-room unit with sofa area and a large balcony.
The wifi was poor, hot shower in one of the rooms did not work. The mattresses would have looked cleaner if they were in white instead of grey. I ordered food to my room on the first day and they were packed in plastic!
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Nothing
Weather and design
Smell of the room , it is moss , should have aroma oil smell and thick blanket . The room always feel wet
Location and view were amazing !! Accommodation and layout concept were very nice.
Bathroom / shower room in the room can improve more( including cleaning) for foreigner. Khmer people were enjoying and felt perfect. Only 2 Quadro were working. Most of them were broken.
The resort sits in Kirirom national park next to a few others. The location is beautiful and the 'igloos' are spacious and comfortable each with its own veramdah.
When you enter the national park you have to pay a fee as a foreigner. We were really hoping to get to do some trekking along forest trails. However, seems as if you can't do anything in the resort besides swimming without paying for it. For such a remote place it would make sense to activities like badminton etc for free to keep visitors busy on a rainy day. All activities need to be paid for however. I understand needing to charge for hiring bikes and buggy's but walks and simple games should be free.
The property is quiet high, and the views of the mountain is beautiful.
A delay on the cleaning process during the arrival.
Beautiful mountain location and views, friendly staff, neat and clean rooms and facilities.
WiFi at the resort was non-existent. At first we attributed the poor WiFi signal to the remote mountain location. Until we discovered that the nearby eateries had strong WiFi.
Location. Pool
Expensive
The payout of the whole resort meant you felt like you had plenty of space and privacy. The “igloo” rooms were quirky and we liked them. The staff were first class and could not do more to help. The food in the restaurants was incredibly tasty. We loved the setting too which was peaceful and beautiful.
Nothing. Maybe a small fridge in the room would have been helpful but nothing less.
Nice place to enjoy the scenery from the hill top
The swimming pool was under construction. But the hotel didn’t care to inform during the booking. Staff is nice but couldn’t help us to arrange a tour to see nearby places. We got stuck for three days in the hotel and couldn’t enjoy the surroundings.
The mountain top views were incredible and cannot be captured via a picture. It needs to be painted. The facilities were nice.
The bathroom took a bit of getting used to as it is outdoors and open air. All toiletries are provided but you will need to learn how to be friends with nature.
Good customer service
The water was dirty. The floor had water log problem
Great staff, great location and very cosy. Stunning views too.
There was water leaking inside the room from the floor. Some of the food was not so good (pizzas small and average for $12).
The shape of the room is really unique and pretty. Plus their hospitality is top tier.
Cozy , nice resort . Breakfast good.
Breakfast same.
The service
Inside the electric cars are waiting to take customers inside, but no vehicle available to take customers from room to main gate. People have to walk a lot
The place is really beautiful and very green
It is very unfortunate that the hotel is in the middle of the national park and the staff has zero info on hikes or excursions within the park… we ended up walking on our own following trail randomly, the staff said the only place to walk is within the hotel, quite sad! The hotel doesnt rent any scooters or bicycles so only option is to walk on the tracks in the dust… (or rent a very expensive quad for 250 usd a day) Also don’t forget to book a return trip… we didnt enquire about our onward trip to Sihanoukville thinking the hotel will help us book a van similar to when we came from Phnom Penh. Big mistake, we had to take a private taxi for 100 usd. Good to know if tou are planning to go somewhere else than Phnom Penh after your stay.
it is very remote with beautiful views.
The resort is squarely aimed at the local market ( for camping, day trips as well as for the pods) and there are few Western visitors. The resort is VERY hard to find and is a lot further than expected. The road there is quite dangerous and once you are there you are completely isolated. There are no walks you can do, nowhere to visit and once you have looked from the viewpoint and walked round the site there is nothing at all to do. The pods which are beautiful have a problem with their locks. There are no instructions on how to lock the doors but there is a knack to it. It took 3 members of staff to succeed. There is also no phone link to reception so any problem you have to walk back there! I ended up writing a guide for English speaking visitors for the resort including contact details for reception and how to use the locks (!) which hopefully will help in future. I cut my booking short after one night.
The comfortable room and all amenities especially the attached outdoor bathroom.
We're advised to let Reception know if we wanted the room cleaned. We didn't want or needed it but the cleaners came all the same in our absence. They returned all the items that we had taken out to use, eg slippers, personal items. When we returned, we couldn't find the slippers that we had left near the door and our clothes were put together in one pile instead of 2 separate piles like how we left it. A little annoyed.
