Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Absolutely spot on, the gardens & outside area were truly so relaxing and calming. We still don't know how to get 'normal' tv to watch the news... maybe directions on how to use the remote? Couldn't fault it, stunning property.
Maybe a night light on the stairs so you can use the toilet at night without having to turn on all the lights?

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Our party of 4 loved the cottage. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and had everything needed for our stay. It has two good sized bedrooms with very comfy beds and a walk in shower with good water pressure. A great kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The gardens surrounding the cottage are stunning and there is a deck and an outside eating area under cover. The cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the main road in Greytown and shops and eateries. We would definitely stay here again.
Only very minor things, a larger shower curtain would be good, a new frying pan as the current one has seen better days, a clothes rack to hang damp towels on.

There were plenty of games and books, and we made one of the jigsaws. Walking distance to the shops and entertainment for the final weekend of the winter Christmas festival. It would also be a great place to stay in summer.

Cute , cosy comfortable and beautifully supplied with the little extras like a coffee machine, good coffee and everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Beautifully made up beds and rooms. The location was an easy stroll to the Main Street. Excellent host contact.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2025So easy to access with gate code, lock box & parking right outside the door. The cottage was so cute, had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. Kids loved exploring outside and would be even more enjoyable in summer with the porch, patio and garden. I can definitely see us coming back next time we are in Greytown.

Walking distance into town with lots of choices for food and coffee. The gardens around the house are beautiful. I highly recommend Kew Cottage.
