الموظف المشرف على الغرف تم أبلغته ان يأتي لي بلحاف جيدد ونظيف قال لازم الادارة تقول لي اليوم الثاني نزلت للإدارة وبلغتهم وقالو له تديه فراش جديد ولما أتاني إلى الغرفة لم يأتي لي بالجديد أتى لي بلحاف نظيف لكن مستدخم قلت له أنا اريد الجديد قال الادارة قالت لي بعد ما انت قلت لهم تريد الجديد ان لا أعطيك الجديد بل اجيب لك الي جبته قلت أنا سامعهم قالو لك جيب له الجديد وقلت له سوف اكتب هذا التعليق قال لي اكتبه ثم راح ورجع لي قال كلمتهم وقالو لي أعطيك الجديد وأتاني به . وها أنا كتبت التعليق يامعلم 😇

Reviewed May 29, 2024They hotel canceled my room and give it to other client. Unprofessional hotel and Unprofessional manager. I don't recommend it to anyone at all never ever book with them .
