1. Hałas. Konstrukcja budynku sprawia, że hałas niesie się między piętrami. drzwi po zewnętrznej stronie nie mają klamek więc trzeba je mocno pociągnąć wychodząc co sprawiało wrażenie jakby co chwilę ktoś trzaskał drzwiami. Będąc na 2pietrze słyszeliśmy imprezę z parteru jakby była w naszym mieszkaniu. Obiekt zastrzega zakaz imprez a nie było nikogo z personelu na miejscu żeby zareagować. Okna w budynku z jedną szybą więc mieliśmy cały tydzień nieprzespanych nocy z powodu ujadających psów. Każdej nocy przez większość nocy. 2. Słabe udogodnienia. Przyjechaliśmy z małym dzieckiem na cały tydzień i nie dostaliśmy ani jednego małego ręcznika do rąk/twarzy. Poprosiliśmy o nie z zapewnieniem, że zaraz dostaniemy, ale tak się nie stało, więc po ponownej prośbie dostaliśmy je kolejnego dnia pachnące jakby odświeżaczem w sprayu. W wyposażeniu był czajnik, którego nie było. Kiedy o niego poprosiliśmy, dostaliśmy metalowy czajnik, który nie miał rączki i wyglądał jakby stał na dworze. Bez rączki nie dało się go podnieść… nie było ani kropli mydła/plynu. Nie oczekiwaliśmy żelu pod prysznic, ale powinno być chociaż mydło do rąk. Mało naczyń, nawet nie było po jednym, musieliśmy zbierać każdy pojemnik po jogurcie lub kawie na wynos żeby móc użyć ich przy posiłkach. 3. Na wejściu mieszkanie bardzo czyste, po 15min już nie, co widać na zdj. Kilka naczyń i garnków na wyposażeniu musieliśmy porządnie użyć przed umyciem. W mieszkaniu nie ma żadnej zmiotki a w obiekcie odkurzacza. Skoro sprzątanie nie jest oferowane, powinien być łatwy dostęp do narzędzi. W miejscowości przy plaży, nie da się kontrolować ilości wnoszonego piachu. Dwa razy widzieliśmy na korytarzu miotłę, z której skorzystaliśmy. Poza tym nic 4. Zaangażowanie personelu na poziomie 0. Kilka razy trzeba było się dopraszać o sprzęty lub reakcje. Gospodarz widząc nas nawet nie skinął do nas głową. A byliśmy tam przez tydzień.

Água sem pressão para tomar um duche. Sem climatização. Janelas sem privacidade nem vista, já que o apartamento que nós tocou estava no último piso e dava para um terraço comum. O que significa um 3.º andar sem elevador.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Tout a été très facile dès mon arrivée, la terrasse est aussi très belle, j'ai été vraiment touchée par la serviabilité des hôtes Hassan et Larsen qui ont fait plus que le nécessaire requis afin que mon séjour soit le meilleur. Ils m'ont aussi aidée quand ma roue a crevé et cela m'a rendu la vie beaucoup plus facile. Ils m'ont aussi aidée quand j'ai décidé de m'occuper de certains chiens du village dans le besoin, ce qui m'a procuré un grand soulagement. Un grand merci encore pour votre présence !

It’s very small and still under construction I would say, it’s a growing city ! I also truly appreciated the kindness of the staff. The condo is very clean — honestly, that’s what stood out to me the most 😊 Oh and you can park very easily !

Would be great for a group of people to stay as plenty of space to socialise. We didn't see any staff but communication via email was good. Location is ok with a short walk to the beaches. There is much building being done around the area so hopefully in a few years the area will look a lot nicer as it was in-between lots of part built apartments so the view wasn't quite the best!

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and everything you need in Imsouane. Would definitely recommend!

Apartments had all the essentials for cooking and cleaning, we were able to do our laundry and change our sheets and towels throughout our stay. Definitely recommend for all fellow surfers and tourists visiting Imsouane :)

Access to the lovely roof terrace right outside our door was a huge bonus. Excellent location and incredible value for money. Really friendly, warm welcome. Highly recommended...this is the first place we'll try and book again when we go back.

Apartment not clean. Stains on floor and crumbs under table and on settees. Mouldy pepper left under drainer in kitchen. Dirty cooker No sharp knife for veg prep. I didn't like having to clean the apartment before using it.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025Very roomy, clean apartment in surf town Imsouane. Friendly staff. Kitchen with all that is needed to cook yourself (or fry an egg), walking distance to Supermarket, Bakery, ATM and most importantly - surf shops and the beach!
This was our second stay here. Five nights. Previous time we were there for ten nights. That's a long time to go without clean towels, or sheets. Or resupplying toilet paper. Some kitchen towels would be convenient too. But really, these are minor complaints. Like I mentioned - this was our second stay at Malak house. That should tell enough.

We didn’t find it very clean (but they offered to clean again). Bathroom was uncomfortable. It didn’t have many basics: soap, toilet rugs, cleaning stuff.. The area is not the nicest.

Reviewed May 26, 2024The host was very helpful with various things. The place is very clean, and luxurious compared to its price. We had the top floor apartment, and its connected to a beautiful rooftop terrace. The cleaning lady even did our laundry for free and hung it out.
The wifi sometimes drops, but that seems to be a problem all over Imsouane so the host can't help that.
