O espaço é agradável e limpo. A simpatia e hospitalidade da Khadija contribuiu bastante para a nossa estadia.

La casa stupenda,moderna,elegante e con caratteristiche tipiche del Marocco. molto pulita e fornita di tutto. kadija ci ha preparato un ottima colazione e ottima host. Molto gentile. Camere con aria condizionata funzionante.

We had a lovely stay in Marrakesh, and I especially want to say a big thank you to Khadijah.. She was absolutely amazing throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming and helpful… Khadijah went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience.. She showed us some of the best shops around the area and even helped us understand the Moroccan Dirham and how much things should cost, which was really helpful as it was our first time in Marrakesh.. She also spoke to the shop and restaurant owners and told them to look after us because we were with her. That really made us feel looked after and comfortable, especially being in a new place.. Khadijah honestly made our stay even more special. She was always smiling, kind and happy to help with anything we needed. She is a real credit to the place, and we really appreciate everything she did for us. Thank you so much, Khadijah! ❤️ We would definitely come back again

The road was exceptional. Khadija was a great help. She was very helpful, Made breakfast each morning which was exceptional. Was at hand for any questions. Made our stay delightful. The Riad was walking distance to the main market and attractions. Food places close by. The facilities were great. I can't recall any issues we had. Khadija made our stay great. 10/10 for Khadija

Everything was great

El desayuno era completo y estaba todo muy bueno, Hadisa nos lo preparaba cada día y estaba para todo lo que necesitabamos. Ambiente familiar, instalaciones cómodas, perfecto para unos días de vacaciones.

Está a unos 20 min de la plaza caminando pero es un paseo que está bien para descubrir las calles

El lugar está muy bien para ir con familia y amigos, al poder estar cada uno en su habitación con su propio baño y poder juntarse en una amplia zona comun con amplios sofás y una gran mesa. Nos hizo un desayuno muy rico y abundante todos los dias

Contábamos con tener más intimidad al tener el riad entero para nosotros pero la persona que te hace el desayuno está alli casi todo el dia y te sientes bastante incómodo. Tambien echamos en falta un mayor grado de limpieza en las zonas comunes.

La amabilidad de la anfitriona, todo estaba muy limpio, las camas son cómodas, cada habitacion tiene aire acondicionado y su propio baño con ducha. El desayuno abundante. Repetiremos en un futuro. Está a 20 minutos andando de la plaza, y unos 7 minutos de la medina

Nous avons adoré ce Riad, très spacieux, joli, propre et frais mais surtout Khadija qui était absolument géniale, gentille et flexible. Nous avons adoré sa présence avec nous !

El riad està molt net i a pocs minuts del zoco. La Zhadija ens va ajudar a trobar xofer per les excursions i ens va preparar uns esmorzars bonissims. Ho recomano 100%

És dificil de trobar amb Google maps, perquè no està indicat i està en un carrer difícil de trobar el primer cop

El riad estaba limpio y era confortable

El desayuno es muy tarde. Khadija muy antipática y poco colaboradora, no hablaba nada de español y tampoco hacía por entender. Aún no habíamos ni salido del riad y ya entraron los nuevos clientes. Por cierto el riad está muy escondido y si no te llevan no lo encuentras.

Rustige locatie in de noordelijke medina. Nog een relatief authentieke omgeving. Het is een minuut of 10 lopen tot aan de eerste souks. Khadija is een fijne host en kok. Ze maakt elke dag een fijn ontbijtje. Communicatie verloopt soepel. Slaapkamers zijn prima, bed stevig. Douche geeft goed warm water.

Hier en daar kan het pand een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Meest in het oog springend is het dakterras. Meubilair is erg versleten en niet bepaald comfortabel meer. Ook zijn er maar twee zonnebedjes wat wat karig is voor een 8p huis.

Vackert hus med bra läge, underbar takterass. Nära till butiker och taxi och souks. Fantastisk service av Kahdija som kom och gjorde frukost varje morgon. Rekommenderas varmt!

El alojamiento es fantástico, la decoración y comodidad. Khadija fue muy atenta y dispuesta para atendernos. Los desayuno que preparaba cada mañana eran abundantes para iniciar el día.

En los cuartos de baño la iluminación podría mejorarse. Estaban limpios (al igual que el resto de la casa), pero hay algún pequeño defecto en alguna ducha que deberían revisarse.

Endroit confortable et assez calme. Radyja (la dame du petit déjeuner et du menage) était très gentille. Literie très bonnes.

Hygiëne volgens Marokkaanse normen. De geur die binnen hing ( poets?) was niet echt aangenaam.

L'agencement du riad était parfait pour 7 personnes avec chambres et leur salle de bain. Le rooftop est magnifique et ajoute un vrai plus. Khadija nous a beaucoup aidé avec notamment le transport à l'aéroport du dernier jour.

Nous avons trouvé que la propreté du riad était moyenne que ce soit au niveau des parties communes, des chambres ou des salles de bain. Un ou 2 panneaux de direction du riad seraient les bienvenus également car c'était difficile à trouver.

El alojamiento es magnífico, muchísimo más bonito incluso de lo que parece en fotos. Está céntrico y cerca de todo, sin estar en medio del barullo agobiante. Las camas son espectaculares, se duerme genial. Todo está preparado para hacer las delicias de los huéspedes. La limpieza es fantástica. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor es Khadija. Nos atendió con amabilidad desde antes del viaje, concertando un taxi desde el aeropuerto. Pese a que llegamos tarde nos esperó para abrir el riad y enseñarnos todo. Cada día nos preparó el mejor desayuno que uno puede imaginar. Ha sido maravillosa.

- trotz Ankündigung der Ankunftszeit für 13 Uhr war das Riad nicht fertig (die Betten waren gerade erst abgezogen, es war nicht geputzt, die Koffer und Schuhe der Vorgänger standen noch im Flur, Bäder dreckig etc.) - die Bezüge der beiden Liegen auf der Terrasse waren aufgeplatzt ( müssen ersetzt werden) - leider keinen frisch gepressten O- Saft, sondern aus der Flasche) - Kinder spielen bis nachts vor der Tür Fußball, später fahren permanent Mopeds durch die Gasse, halten kurz und fahren wieder los und die Fenster halten den Schall leider gar nicht ab. -das Zimmer im EG hat kein Fenster und man fühlt sich wie in einer Gruft. Einzige Belüftung über Klimaanlage, das ist Nachts jedoch unangenehm. Abfluss im Bad EG verstopft, nach wenigen Sekunden steht das Wasser knöchelhoch. Seifenspender undicht, laufen aus.

Riad is beautiful, really an artpiece. It has 4 nice rooms with comfortable beds, each bed has its own bathroom and whole riad is nicely decorated. Khadia is nice, dinner was pritty ok... They also have driver Mohamed that can offer you some taxi ride or touristic tour. There are few shops close to riad, and few m away there is a man who makes some kind of delicious donats every evening.

I have been in riads before, and i didnot like that it is covered with glass and that is why there is a lack of fresh air. But it is probably ok during hot summer, because they have a lot of airconditions. Two rooms were without windows, there was no fresh air, only aircondition. Breakfast was super basic... No tea, mostly sweet, twice we got en egg/person, only once maroccan pancake, no fruits, no yogurt... Could be better. Also there was no option to have it before 9:30, which is pritty late for us, but ok. Hygiene could be better somethimes.

Le Riad était superbe, décoré avec goût on est plongé directement dans le cœur de la médina le souk se trouve à 15 mn de marche. Accueil des notre arrivée avec des gâteaux et un Thé marocain. Un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent préparé par Kadija qui a su rester disponible et discrète.

Le Riad n’a pas de nom sur la porte qui coup compliqué à trouver il a fallu qu’un local nous emmène jusque la porte. Le bruits des travaux des voisins des notre arrivée qui ont durés jusqu’à 23h et et repris le lendemain des 8h, ( je tiens a préciser que ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire ). Dans une chambre qui donne côté rue on entend pas mal les bruits de la rue.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad in the heart of the Medina. The location is perfect. The taxi stand is 100 meters away. ATM machine is across from the taxi stand and if you need to grab a few things like bottled water, snacks, toiletries: there’s a pharmacy and mini convenience stores nearby. It’s also a 14 min walk to Le Jardin Secret & 12 min to Ben Yousef Madrasa. There’s a good Italian restaurant within walking distance from the Riad named Limoni if you don’t want to go too far. The souks are also within walking distance. The Riad itself is very comfortable, with spacious and well-appointed rooms, AC was great, kitchen is fully equipped. Our host, Khadija, was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even prepared us a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting Marrakech!

Está un poco a las afueras de la medina pero se llega fácil.

Nous avons passé des journées formidables dans ce riad situé dans la médina nord de Marrakech. Tout était parfait : le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, les équipements de grande qualité, et l’accueil personnalisé absolument exceptionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et bienvenus à tout moment. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It was so hot while in Marrakesh but the aircon was amazing. The lady - Khajia who made breakfast was very accomodating - she helped us so much.

The towels could have been changed daily.

Each room is generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Fully Equipped: From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the riad is stocked with all the essentials. Whether you're cooking a meal, settling in for the night, or freshening up, everything you need is readily available. Comfortable Rooms: All rooms come with the basic amenities you'd expect, and more. The beds are comfortable, storage is ample, and the decor adds a nice traditional touch. Cleanliness: Overall, the riad was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and linens were fresh.

⚠️ What Could Be Improved Difficult to Locate: Unfortunately, the location of the riad was quite hard to find. The map provided pointed to the wrong place, and even local taxi drivers were unfamiliar with it. After being dropped off nearby and getting lost, we were approached by a local who offered to help us find the riad. While he did eventually guide us there, he later began demanding more money—even after we had already paid him something. He continued to return at night, knocking on the door and asking for more, which was unsettling. Lack of Signage: Unlike many other riads in the area, Riad Sabria had no visible signboards to help guests locate it. A few well-placed signs would make a big difference. Noise Levels: The riad is located in a lively area where local children often play football late into the night—sometimes until midnight or later. This can be a bit disruptive if you're looking for a quiet and restful stay. Floor and Rug Cleanliness: While the general cleanliness was good, the floors and rugs could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

Our stay at Riad Sabria was fabulous! Spacious bedrooms each with en suite. Spacious and comfortable living area which includes large sofa, large dining area and a smaller seating area. Well equipped kitchen. Large rooftop terrace which was lovely in the mornings and evenings. All very nicely decorated. Great location - close to local souk's but far enough away from the crowds. Good selection of local shops to eat out or buy essentials if cooking at residence. In particular, Khadija was a great help when we arrived and throughout our stay. Khadija prepared fabulous breakfasts to get us well fed for the day ahead. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable an comfortable, Khadija! Thanks also to Tarif for arranging for Mohammad to pick us up from airport on arrival and return to airport when our stay came to an end. It all helped to make our stay in Marrakesh wonderful.

Not really a problem for us (even after hours of walking around Marrakesh) but I expect it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility. There is one bedroom on ground floor but other 3 rooms are on first floor. The rooftop terrace is up another flight of stairs.

Our stay at Riad Sabria was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with refreshments, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and communication was impressively prompt. The team went above and beyond by organizing seamless airport transfers for us, as well as arranging a knowledgeable guide who even picked us up directly from the riad. This made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The location of the riad was perfect—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to reach all the key sights and attractions. In our rooms, we found bottled water thoughtfully provided, and every morning, we were treated to delicious homemade breakfasts prepared by the sweetest hostess. The riad itself is beautifully designed, with a well-thought-out layout and spacious rooms, equipped with shower. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Clean and safe :) nice staff.

The rooms and bathroom are only clean upon arrival . The staff is not cleaning the bathroom nor making the bed during your stay. She is making breakfast only. It’s noisy up to 10:30pm/11pm as kids are playing ball against the walls of the property and it resonates loudly . Breakfast is average . We have extra money to the staff for 4 local breads and a few fruits (we gave 10e expecting to have it for a few days but only had it for 1 morning). Maybe she didn’t understand?

Very beautiful riad, quiet, spacious and professionally decorated and designed with big bedrooms, comfortable beds and American style showers. A cook came every morning to prepare a light breakfast, and the kitchen was fully appointed so that we could have prepared our own meals if we’d wanted. Would stay again.

Great location for exploring the city on foot. Spacious accommodation that felt very Moroccan. Clean and everything worked - terrific en-suite showers. Lovely roof terrace was a real bonus. A delicious breakfast was served each day by Khadija at a time we chose. The owner, Sabria, was very helpful and responsive sorting out transfers, arranging payments etc.

We liked everything

The house exceeded our expectations. 4 large en suite bedrooms with wardrobes, air conditioners and high quality double beds. One of the bedrooms is downstairs which is very convenient for people can’t use the stairs.The space and furniture in the living room and dining area are at the same level with beautiful decoration reflects Marrakech culture. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. You have electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, iron and iron board and all new and kept in great condition by Khadija who is another big surprise. She provided us with fantastic Moroccan breakfast every morning with various bread and fresh juices, eggs, cheese, honey…….followed by the coffee and tea. She helped us buying fresh fruits and other traditional Moroccan food and sweets at very low prices. The owner was abroad during our stay but he kept in touch with us from the minute we arrived and received the great welcome from Khadija while having the Moroccan tea and homemade cake to the time we were leaving. He also arranged the transport from the airport, Mr Mohammed was punctual safe driver and has got a large new car so we used him to take us to Ourika and he arranged the guide (it’s a must) , the restaurant there and took us back, we also used him to go to Essaouira and he took us back 4 days later. The location was very good. You may initially get anxious because it’s not in the souk (market) and it’s a residential area for local people, but later on you will discover that it’s an advantage rather than disadvantage. The area is clean , local people don’t bother you whatsoever actually it’s much better than souk as no one tries to sell you something or offer help or unnecessary advice, everyone is busy getting on with their daily work. There are few places for traditional Moroccan food for breakfast and dinner at very low prices, we didn’t try any but I saw tourists going there all time.

100 meters away is the main road in old madina where you can take big taxi , small taxi or the bus to go to Jama Al Fana in 4 minutes or you can walk the main road or take the alleyway which go by the secret garden and will take you 20 minutes to get to Jama Al Fana. The property is very clean and ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people with excellent quality of furniture, appliances and breakfast. It a great value for money. The location is safe and easy to find especially if you have suitcases. The host (Khadija) and owner(Tarif) are very friendly people and do all what they could to make you feel home. I have no hesitation to recommend or stay in this beautiful house again.

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful riad for four nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Tarif went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, such as wheelchair rental for my elderly mother. He also assisted us by shipping one of our suitcases from Marrakech to Rabat. On Friday afternoon, he even sent a delicious, complimentary meal of couscous tajin. It was a wonderful and welcome surprise! Finally, Khadija did a fantastic job with breakfast each morning and her kind disposition was much appreciated. We would certainly recommend this riad to anyone traveling to Marrakech. The layout, furnishings, rooftop terrace, and spacious kitchen really give you plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was above our expectations in every way.

Breakfast was repetitive after a couple of days and very carb heavy would have been great to have had some fresh fruit.

The staff was really helpful. They ordered us airport transfer, then when we arrived they gave us hot tea and cookies. Everyday the breakfast was delicious and they even surprised my friend for his birthday, we didn’t tell them they read it from his passport and gave him a birthday cake. The apartman is clean, it smells amazing and is close to the centre. It was an amazing stay and we would recommend anyone Riad Sabria.

You can buy everything you need outside the riad. Short distance to souk. Highly recommend!!

We liked everything. The only thing was that kids played ball outside until 23:00 o'clock, so it was hard to go sleep earlier if you need to. But it didn't spoil our stay.

Gorgeous property and such lovely people to deal with. Our first time in Marrakech, with kids aged 9,11 and 13 and whilst we loved the city we were glad to have such a peaceful base from which to explore. The breakfasts were delicious. Also, being slightly out of the pedestrian souk area meant we could get taxis super easily.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. We loved it. I could imagine that some guests who are less keen on walking might want to be in the middle of the medina and souks but we specifically chose to be away from the madness as we were there in peak season between Christmas and New Year.

Breakfast is very good . Kadhija the housekeeper makes 3 varieties of bread , juice, omlette , coffee, mint tea. She is so kind and has a very lovely personality and even helped with our bags until the tour bus early in the morning walking about half a mile.Very young , hardworking and has great patience and smile. Tarif, the manager for the Riad was so courteous , always available (late night or early morning) , arranges everything and personally received us and have all info. If you like walking and being in the Medina and live like a native then this is a good Riad.since it is inside the Medina and if you are not local the local folks may look at you and greet you or sometimes the young guys may ask where are you from. We felt good but late nights if you are walking choose the Car driving directions and it will be alright. If you choose walking direction then it may lead you to a maze of small streets where you may feel little intimidated. We stayed 3 nights and Medina, Souk Semmarine, Bacha Coffee , Jemma-el-Fna ie Jemaa el-Fna, Marrakesh 40000, Morocco all are within 15 min walk. Mejrole Garden is about 25 to 30 min walk . Great Indian Restaurant in a 5 star hotel ( Les Jardins De La Koutoubia) near the Jemma-el-fna and very tasty food. Le Jardin Mejrole is another French style restaurant is like 5 to 10 min walk. Highly recommend if you like to stay as a local. But, watch out a bit and walk on the Car drivable road directions if you are doing late night. We got to stay in the whole Riad to ourselves as it is December. Khadija is awesome and Tarif is great and prompt

If it is little renovated it would be the best.

The riyadh is gorgeous, new and very nice decorated, with attention to details. We had some days here that were perfect. Breakfast is freshly made each morning. It has a lot of spaces, and it is ideal for groups. Also, Tarif (the host) is very responsive and will do everything just to make your stay perfect. And Khadija is very welcoming, and makes amazing cookies.

This property is amazing! From the start, Tarif was great and welcomed us and made sure we arrived safely, and Khadjia was kind, helpful, and worked over the top to make sure the place was always clean for us and we always had a wonderful breakfast! The space is gorgeous, and each room is very nice and well equipped. The location is very good, being close enough to the Medina to stroll in and near great restaurants, but slightly outside of the hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful. There is a gorgeous rooftop deck. Each room has its own bathroom. The lady who makes the meals is lovely.

The air conditioner broke (but was quickly fixed) and the location was difficult to navigate.

The riad was very clean and located only a 15 minute walk from the centre. Tarif and Khadija were amazing and went out of their way to help us all. My husband left his wedding ring at the riad and only realised once we got to the airport and Tarif was very prompt and managed to get the ring to us within 20 minutes and wouldn’t accept any taxi fare money. Would highly highly recommend anyone to come stay here. The best hosts!

Beautiful Riad! Very clean and very spacious, fits my family of 7 comfortably. Location is 2 mins walk from Bab Taghzout parking, it is easy to take a taxi from there. There's also a nearby grocery shop that you can get bread in the morning, fresh fruits, veg etc. Everything was a breeze and Tariff helped us from the beginning from the the airport transfer arrangement, door to door luggage service til we check out. We were lucky with the flexible check in and check out timing, and Tariff also helped with a few other things/suggestions. Overall the riad and the service we got exceeds our expectation! My family and I have had an excellent stay at Riad Sabria, which we've had all for ourselves (perfect for privacy and having enough space with kids). The place is very comfortable, well decorated and stocked. It is located off the beaten paths of Medina, in the heart of a livery neighborhood (my son enjoyed playing street football with the kids from neighboring houses). The owner has kindly taken care of a parking spot near-by for our car for 2 nights and has been very helpful and friendly all throughout the stay. We'll be happy to come back!

We stayed in Riad Sabrai in April 2023 for 4 nights during our time in Marrakech. We were a family of 4 adults and we loved it from the minute we opened the front door. It was newly renovated and the decor was amazing! The raid was very spacious with a tv area, kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, rooftop area and a wonderful host who answered all of our questions. Location is great, only 10-15minutes walk to medina. We had 4 rooms each with en-suite, which gave us plenty of space to ourselves. Each morning we had the option of breakfast in which a lady came in at our requested time to make us a traditional breakfast - eggs, bread, fruits, pancakes and Morocco treats. She couldn’t do enough for us! We asked for extra one morning as we have big appetites and it was no problem.
