Reviewed Jul 20, 2026El lugar donde está ubicado es muy bonito y tranquilo. Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y cómodas, siempre todo estaba impecable. El personal siempre fue muy amable para atendernos. La piscina y tinaja caliente estuvieron maravillosas. También utilizamos el servicio de masaje y fue excelente.
El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, sobre todo con opciones vegetarianas/veganas. Por ejemplo, tener disponible leche o yogur vegetal. El único punto negativo de nuestra estadía fue que un día nos despertamos a las 6:00 am por ruidos en la habitación de al lado, gente conversando y gritando (fue bastante molesto). Este es un hotel de descanso, entonces no sé si falta mejor aislamiento entre habitaciones o recalcar con los huéspedes que están compartiendo un espacio con más personas.

Esta experiencia es una prueba de que el turismo en el sur de Chile tiene un potencial gigantesco y de que Chile es, sin duda, uno de los países más lindos del mundo. Fui en temporada baja, con poca gente, y eso hizo que el ambiente fuera todavía más tranquilo y especial. Invito a todos a conocer el sur de Chile en distintas épocas del año y a vivir la gastronomía de la isla de Chiloé en todo su esplendor. Lo mejor de todo fue el personal: gente del sur, gente buena, cercana y amable. Sin duda volvería.

No me gusto el balcon, tenia una sola silla, por lo tanto no se pudo disfrutar de a dos, solo uno a la vez, y el desayuno lo sirven muy tarde ( 8 am) y nunca estaba todo listo a esa hora

El hotel es bonito, pero el baño estaba asqueroso, hicimos el reclamo y la respuesta del gerente del hotel fue "si no te gusta te vas" literal, eran las 21:30 de la noche, finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación, pero claramente con el estado en que estaba el baño no quisimos utilizar ya las instalaciones, realmente fue un asco

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025The location is absolutely amazing. The hotel and staff are wonderful. The whole experience is FANTASTIC. The view from the dining room and living room is like a fairy tale, as the view form the rooms, absolutely mind-blowing!
The road to get to the hotel is a bit tricky and I guess in winter it can be difficult to get there if you don't use a 4x4.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2023This hotel is excellent!! Love the sustainability program and its efforts to make it more eco-friendly. The room was well-heated, and the balcony was great. You have to make a reservation if you want to use the Tinaja, but it is completely worth it, and they give you a reasonable amount of time! - Don't forget to have dinner in the restaurant; the menu was phenomenal! The breakfast in the morning was good too.
The access road, is a little tricky to locate the hotel.
