La formule demie pension est vraiment très bien avec une variété de choix. Margarita a été attentionnée durant tout le séjour.

La ubicación

Absolutamente todo: las instalaciones, los servicios, Claudia la profesional en masajes, Ingrid y su excelente atención al detalle, además de Margarita con su reflexologia y como anfitriona, la comida, el café, la vista... Todo. Mil gracias!

Todo estuvo excelente, sin quejas

Lo que más nos gustó fue la vista hacia el valle de Cartama y el Cristo Rey; es realmente espectacular y hace que la estadía sea aún más especial. También destacamos mucho la tranquilidad del sector, ideal para desconectarse del ruido y descansar. La amabilidad del personal fue excelente, especialmente la de Margarita, quien estuvo muy atenta y siempre con la mejor disposición. La comida también nos sorprendió, estaba muy rica, bien preparada y bastante completa. La cabaña estaba muy bien dotada, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable.

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería muy bueno contar con la opción de luz cálida en la habitación durante la noche, ya que ayudaría a crear un ambiente más acogedor y relajante, mejorando aún más la experiencia de descanso.

La vista,.la comida y amabilidad.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, aunque al principio encontrarlo fue difícil porque hay que subir una pendiente bastante empinada al final vale toda la pena. La vista de la habitación hacia el gran cerro es preciosa, estás justo al lado del pueblo pero aún así te sientes metido entre la naturaleza, a 10-15 min caminando del hotel hay un charco delicioso y hermoso. La comida y el desayuno fueron muy buenos. La atención de la anfitriona fue excelente. Los masajes con esa vista fueron espectaculares. La ducha tiene agua caliente y la habitación está muy bien.

El paisaje que tiene la cabaña hacia la montaña, el sonido de la naturaleza, la hamburguesa casera es deliciosa, buena atencion de Ingrid y Margarita , es relativamente cerca del parque.

Todo salio super, la experiencia fue positiva

El lugar es increíble, está rodeado de un paisaje maravilloso, la atención es muy buena, tiene una ubicación muy central, la comida es deliciosa y el lugar es impecable.

El hotel me encantó. Es tranquilo, las habitaciones tienen una vista preciosa, todas con balcón, y el hotel es pequeño, con spa y restaurante. La carta del restaurante es variada y el plan de habitación puede incluir desayuno y cena, con buenas opciones para elegir. Desde las habitaciones se escucha el sonido de una quebrada y tiene vista a Cristo Rey y el pueblo. Se puede caminar al parque y a otros lugares turísticos en Tamesis. Ademas que el personal del hotel tienen información sobre tours y lugares a visitar. El hotel cuenta con parqueadero, lo que es otro plus importante.

Hermosas vistas del valle y la montaña, con el río que se escucha. El desayuno muy rico y relajante. Espectacular el sitio en el que está ubicado y al mismo tiempo bien ubicado del centro de Támesis. La gente muy amable siempre.

VERY friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and nice! Good food and drinks. They even arranged an alternate breakfast for me because I had to leave very early.

My goodness, why are all beds in Colombia so hard?! Seems this way everywhere there, including this hotel. I liked this hotel and the staff was great. But I was woken in the night by a noisy party not at the hotel itself but at a house below and across from the hotel.

We loved our stay at Jaibaná Spa! The view from the balcony was amazing. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony which was a real treat. The hotel was good value for money, particularly as dinner and breakfast were included. You can also get drinks etc extra. The staff were brilliant, and very friendly. There was a homely feel! We both had chocolate therapy which we really enjoyed, overlooking the lovely view. There were a range of treatments on offer. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful and you can go for walks from the hotel. Margarita also sent us a list of tours (e.g. bird watching, walking, tubing etc) - we didn't do any of them, but looks great if you have the time! The town and bus stop was a short walk away (5-10mins). In case it's useful for anyone - we came from Salento, and Margarita advised us to get the bus to Rio Succio (book in advance), then bus to La Pintada (we didn't book in advance), then wait outside "el turista" restaurant for the bus to Tamesis. (Or you can get a taxi for all/part of the journey).

Everything was brilliant! The only surprise was showing after the massage - the showers can be seen from the restaurant and walkway, so unless you put a bikini on you are a bit on display!

Tamesis is such a lovely town, and Jaibana Spa provided a nice and relaxing stay for our time there.

If you are a bit taller / larger, the beds are quite small, so book a room with two beds.

Owner Margarita is so sweet and kind; my wife and I had a major technology issue and she did her best to help. Yummy, affordable food and some meals included. Comfortable bed and beautiful room. Fast WiFi. Wonderful view from our balcony!

Margarita was amazing. She was very attentive and communicated with me before, during, and after my stay. She also provided me with plenty of recommendations not just locally, but in other parts of Colombia as well. I think I ate too much of the tasty breakfasts and dinners that were included in the price.

It would be great to have a knob on the doors so that the guests don't have to use the key each time they need to open and close the door. Watch out for the water suddenly going cold in the shower, you just need to recalibrate to get the right blend of hot and cold water that is to your liking.

Great food for both breakfast and dinner. We appreciated Margarita's hospitality and attentiveness to our needs. The location is walking distance to the center of the town. We had a wonderful time.

We had difficulty finding the location by car since Google Maps didn't direct us to the main entrance. We asked locals for help and eventually found it. It would be helpful if there were road signs with arrows leading to the entrance.

The view of the mountain, the cozy room, the steam bath were wonderful. The food is not the top but is good value. The staff, Margarita and her friend and the other guys treated us terrific

It's really the Spa what you go after because the town doesn't offer too much to see.

The location is amazing, the sound river next to it adds a lot to the whole experience.
