A cute and typical apartment on the top floor with a terrace where we could enjoy a nice view of the towers and high rise buildings of Busan. We were a family of 4 and the apartment had almost everything we needed including a washing machine. The host was very friendly, available and always willing to help :-) . The area was quiet but close enough to the bustle of Haeundae beach, bus and metro stations. (just a 5/10mn walk away depending on your pace). There were also cafés, bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores nearby and few tourists in the neighbourhood so we were among the locals, which was nice. We used public transports and rented a car for the remaining days to explore a little further and we could easily park our car for free in the public car park of the building (where the Lotte car rental Haeundae agency was).

Bedside lamps to relax and read in bed as well as forks and knives for four people would surely be appreciated by the guests but it's only a suggestion. ;-)

Super emplacement, dans un quartier calme, à 10 min du centre et de la plage. Décoration simple, lumineuse, de bon goût.

Les matelas des lits du dessus (lits superposés) sont trop fins et durs pour des adultes

La cucina ben attrezzata e la lavatrice asciugatrice a disposizione nella casa, ottima direi per chi come noi avevamo necessità di lavare.

Avremmo preferito una saponetta per le mani più grande e un rotolo di carta igienica in più. Ma nel complesso è un ottima casa per una famiglia di 4 persone.

The apartment is truly beautiful 😍 it was spacious and bright, with very good amenities! The host was always available to answer questions and super friendly!

Please put a small trash can in the bathroom. It's necessary, especially when women are staying over.

The rooms were super pretty and it had all necessary amenities. Staff/Owner was super helpful. Location is also great with lot of food options - Japanese, Korean, seafood, English, Thai, Pizza burger joints and convenience stores. Near to subway.

Diese familienfreundliche und vor allem auch babyfreundliche Unterkunft kann ich von Herzen empfehlen. Sie ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern. Meine zwei Jungs haben die Spielsachen und die Wohnung sehr geliebt und waren jeden Abend nach einem langen Ausflugstag noch begeistert am Spielen. Außerdem gibt es alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, was man braucht: Geschäfte, eine Bäckerei und zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen und schönen Spaziergang durch eine beliebte Gegend vom Haeundae Beach entfernt. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unser Gastgeber war sehr, sehr freundlich und nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Lage um entspannt zu Fuss zum Meer zu gehen. Nur einige wenige Meter entferbt tolle 24 h Läden und die Metro ist auch fussläufig erreichbar. Toll um Busan kennenzulernen. Jederzeit wieder.

Bit far away from the main tourist areas.

The host lives downstairs. I didn’t expect him waiting for us on the day because we got lost in driving but he did. He provided a lot of good restaurants recommendation. The washing machine is broken and I called him up at 6 am the next day and he showed up in 20 minutes ! He is a super caring owner and keeping his property clean and tidy. The nice tea table , kitchen and Netflix are well thought. Windows are three layers to shelter from the sun and the snow. The property itself is quite nice. I definitely say the living conditions are top tier. Even better than some hotels. Not mention the decoration is very cute inside

The parking is very far and street parking. The location isn’t easy to find at all. It is a quiet neighborhood. I didn’t check for local transportation but it is not close to subway. The property is in construction so a lot of construction waste if you peek out the window. We are on third floor but due to the heat wave mosquitos are flying up via sewage at the bathroom. Not to mention washing machine is broken. My hubby investigated and realized the drain pipe was clogged so eventually we could use the machine and drained the water ourselves. Not the best experience but i understood the owner tried his best to solve the issue. It was simply bad luck on us.

Immaculately clean and beautifully presented.

Great value for a 3 night stay and just outside of the tourist area and provides an opportunity to see the neighborhood. It is a short 15-minute walk to the beach and close to the train station. The property is clean, and many eateries and convenient stores are close by. The host is very kind and attentive and responded quickly to messages. The view is awesome, and there is a cute sitting area to have coffee or tea!

The area is on a hill and there are stairs, so just be prepared for a good walk! It's not a bad thing, but I'm not as young as I used to be, so it challenged me in a good way!

家庭式的住宅，讓我們享受更大的空間，有餐具可以吃消夜，有洗衣機可以洗衣服。上下舖的幢讓小孩很開心。

地理位置有一點點遠，理應房價更便宜一點。而且洗澡水的水壓不是很強，臥室的冷氣不太冷，我都沒蓋棉被睡覺了。

The location is really great! Within two minutes of walking you have so many restaurant options and within 10 minutes you’re at the main train station and right next to the beach! The room itself is cute and cozy and has pretty much everything you would need. I stayed for a month and felt right at home :) The rooftop is fantastic with a lovely city view, the building itself is fairly quiet, there is always hot water, the AC is great, the washing machine works, and overall it’s a great little hidden gem with super kind owners.

What I liked was the location of the stay and the cleanliness. Good A/C was a bonus and we were able to email the host with questions.

I was not aware or prepared to be on the 4th floor with 4 flights of stairs. One flight of stairs was pictured. It was not beachfront as pictured and mentioned.

The flat was lovely, spacious, well equipped and not far from the beach. The host has been so lovely helping and supporting since the first contacts via messages. Definitely recommended ❤️

A clean and quiet place. Spacious bedroom and living room. Love the tv that has Netflix and YouTube.

The apartment is lovely. It is on the top floor and has a small terrace. It also has a view of the surrounding part of the city. Many restaurants and coffee shops are located near. We loved the self service ice cream shop next door. There is also a large supermarket very close. The host is quick to respond to any questions.
