The location was great, next to a lot of eateries. The staff was amazing; very helpful and attentive to all of our needs

Spent days without hot water, only had it on our first day (did not bring this up to the staff). Rooms did not include a table and chair(s), no microwave. Only one elevator serving the clients and staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, both the reception and the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious, with a large shower and a comfortable bed. The internet worked flawlessly. An additional advantage is the gym and sauna — it was my first time in a Korean sauna, and it was a really interesting experience.

청결하고 모두 친절하세요 나는 경험 못했지만 스파와 찜질방 사용 쿠폰을 매일 하나씩 제공합니다. 대박. 일층 카페도 커피 맛좋고 샌드위치도 먹어보고 싶었는데 못먹어 아쉬웠어요

방음이 좀 아쉬웠는데 새벽이나 아침에 복도에 다니는 사람들 소리가 너무 시끄러웠어요

受け付けの方は英語ができてしっかり説明してくれました。チェックイン前2時間、チェックイン後は6時間近く荷物を預かってくれてとても助かりました。有名ナッコプセ店まで徒歩ですぐです。

安さと西面へのアクセスの良さにつられて選びましたが、初渡韓にはハードル高めの繁華街風味全開の場所でした。横の温泉（一旦屋外に出る必要あり）に無料で1回入れますが、地元民多めで私には利用方法が難しかったです。中にシャンプーなど一切ないので持参が必要です。外は客引き？の人などいて、夜に女性や子供が出歩くのは危険そうでした。

I was staying on level 9. Water pressure was a bit low.

자는데 아침에 청소한다고 그것도 연달아 잠 깨우고, 카운터는 직원부터 사장까지 다 막장 불친절-관광호텔이 아니라 모텔급-사장이 카운터에서 전화받는 ‘호텔’ 처음 봄ㅋ

I wish the gym didn’t close at 8:30pm on a weekend, we would have loved to see it! The hot tub area was open, but my friend was comfortable with the Korean style 목욕탕 so we didn’t go.

사우나 무료 이용하는 점은 좋았어요. 바로 옆에 해수탕이있어서.. 1층에 있는 카페에 샌드위치 메뉴가 있어서. 간단한 식사 해결로는 좋을듯해요. 아침대용 현대아울렛이 지도상에는 현대백화점이라고는 하던데. 가까워서 좋았어요. 부산시민회관에서 공연보고 도보로 4분거리라. 위치는 만족했습니다.

방이 너무 작고. 그에 비해 가격이 너무 비쌌어요. 주말이라서 더 했는지..

Le SPA, la chambre et l’emplacement !

대중교통을 이용하기 편하고 대부분의 투숙객이 가족단위라 조용했습니다.

투숙고객에게 스파 이용권을 준다고 하는데 미리 주는것이 아니고 이용시 립셉션으로 가서 받습니다. 스파이용은 아침 5시인데 립셉션은 6시에 문을 연다고 합니다. 투숙객들이 마음대로 이용할수 있게 해 줬으면 좋겠다는 생각 입니다.

The lady from the café was very rude. Hotal instructions wasn't clear. Room was stuffy even its during winter. We actually wear the hotal rope to onsen which is part of their facility. The lady walk to us to tell us we were not allowed to in a very unpolite way. In the 1st place there's no disclaimer status so. Seem this hotal doesn't really welcome foreigners. 😕

Room was big enough and quiet. Fitness was very nice. 5min walk to metro

The property is very clean and the room is also comfortable to sleep . The coffee is not included but beside of the lobby have an excellent coffee ( Haesu Coffee). The Hotel decoration is nice with beautiful wall pictures. The staff is very friendly . I strongly recommend for who need to go near Busan city.

Wifi is not included in the booking. Heheh The booking says we have tub in our shower but doesn’t have. Tho still had a great sray there!

Nice hotel

Naked Spa, no information given about that at booking time nor at checking in time. Spa staff yelled at me for having a bikini. I booked this hotel for the Spa so I was quite disappointed and checked out earlier. Most of the staff doesn’t speak good English. Far from the city center.

the twin room was slightly cramped with 2 persons and 3 suitcases. plan accordingly.

Light in the hallway kept turning on for no reason, but contacted front desk and they fixed it so we could sleep.

Spacious room, bed linen and daily cleaning (which wasn't the case at some other Korean hotels). Bathroom has a shower curtain, which I haven't seen in other Korean hotels (although otherwise the shower area is still not separated and the bathroom floor gets wet). They provide a free bottle of water and a soft drink every day. A kettle, a cup and tea bags in the room. There's a lift in the building. Good location. Not far from Beomil subway station. I had no problem travelling to different parts of the city to see various attractions. The area is quiet, while the more central Seomyeon area is quiet noisy with all the restaurants, so I can't imaging staying at a hotel there.

My room faced a wall close up. So the room was always dark and it was impossible to see what the weather was like outside. The fridge was tiny inside, much smaller than at other Korean hotels. No kitchen. There's a microwave on the first floor, but no dishes/cutlery. Some reception staff speaks no English. They didn't offer the vouchers for sauna, I would have never known but for other guests' reviews. I had to ask for the vouchers, which they gave to me. I didn't enjoy the sauna as locals come there too, primarily to wash themselves there, and there are some local elderly women who will interfere and try to make sure that you do everything like a local, like washing your hair/body using the products available in the sauna. Also for the sauna you need to exit the hotel building and go outside. There's a luggage room but they only use it for guests who check in. If you check out, they won't let you use the room (even if it's empty) and will just keep your luggage in the lobby.
