A beautiful villa within walking distance of Ubud but set in a rural, traffic free area. Was the perfect place to stay when we arrived in Bali and we enjoyed exploring Ubud from it. The owners were really friendly and helpful and responded quickly. Villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a nice pool.

Bellissima villa come da foro, super attrezzata. La piscina bellissima e pulita. Buona anche la colazione che era a pagamento. Molto apprezzato lo staff che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli al check in e al check out essendo una strada molto stretta e solo i motorini o a piedi possono percorrere, lontana da tutto il caos del centro, ma raggiungibile con pochi minuti di Grab. Inoltre ci ha fornito il servizio lavanderia con pochi euro (1€ al kg). Un altro punto forte oltre la piscina, la tranquillità era il bagno e la doccia veramente molto grandi. Wi fi veloce, frigo attrezzato. Prezzo veramente super per la struttura. Inoltre la mattina abbiamo chiesto la colazione in piscina, e hanno creato una coreografia bellissima. Ultima cosa, villa molto pulita. Se cercate relax, pulizia a un buon prezzo è l’ideale

Unica pecca ma accettabile, gli 8 minuti a piedi dalla villa alla strada per poi prendere il grab. La strada era un po stretta e la sera buia senza illuminazione, ma molto tranquilla essendo una stradina piena di villette, a metà strada ci sono anche ristorantini per colazione, pranzo e cena

Umah and Landuh were very good hosts. The private villa is located in a quiet area, close to Ubud city centre but away from the traffic. The house has everything you need, the owners are very responsive and help you with anything you need. Landuh also came to pick us up from the airport for a very reasonable price. If you need, they can help you organising your tours during your staying in Ubud. In addition, they can prepare you breakfast on the spot every morning, if you ask.

The staff were wonderful loved the out door area close to some very nice restaurants

Gorgeous private property. Outdoor kitchen and private pool with lounge chairs and beautiful landscaping. Hosts are kind, thoughtful and very generous. They even brought some fruit and friendship bracelets!

We had a wonderful stay here! Kadek and his wife were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They took care of our laundry and even helped us arrange fantastic tours around Ubud and the east of Bali. They were always so welcoming, offering us drinks and fresh fruit during our stay. Before we left, they even gave our son a lovely gift, which he absolutely loves! We really enjoyed having the entire villa to ourselves, especially the beautiful swimming pool. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making the location very convenient. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day! We also wish Kadek's mother a speedy recovery

Mr. Kadek is such a friendly and kind person. He made our honeymoon stay truly unforgettable. Besides our accommodation, we also booked a private Ubud tour with him, and we absolutely loved it. The villa is in a peaceful location, away from the crowds, and it’s very easy to get around by scooter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Прекрасная вилла, уединенная, чистая, современна, достаточно места внутри номера и снаружи. Есть где посидеть (патио), диванчики, стол и стулья на улице под навесом. Прекрасные хозяева - со всем помогут, если надо байк - организуют. Рядом есть атмосферные кафе, где можно вкусно и не дорого поесть.

Kadek and Iluh were so lovely and looked after us, picking us up from the airport very late in the evening, providing easy transport through the walk/scooter only area to the villa and transporting our luggage. The villa was huge, completely private, the pool was incredible, and everything was so clean. The property had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The location was the best in Ubud, private and gorgeous little windy paths and only 5 min walk to restaurants. I wish we could stay longer.

The villa is excellent, the hosts kadek and ila are exceptionally cordial. Kadek was our tour guide during our 3 night stay - receiving from airport, assisting with breakfast and tours around bali. Kadek's lemonade is one of the best ! He is very helpful and communicative over whatsapp

There is a short walk from car park, but we were mostly picked from and to the villa by kadek and ila's scooters.

We had an amazing stay at Umah Landuh! Kadek picked us up from the airport, helped us get to and brought our luggage to the property! The villa is in quiet part of Ubud, but only a short distance from some massage places, cafes and restaurants. City centre is only a short drive away too. We had the place and the pool all to ourselves and the place had everything we needed and more. If we needed anything else, Kadek and Ilu were always there to help and made us feel like at home during our stay.

Location excellent. Although off the main road transportation via scooter was handelled with ease. Even with 3 children and 7 luggage. Quiet corner of Ubud but close to restaurants and shops. Within 20 minutes walk of main Ubud drag. Beautiful inviting Balinese hosts.

Doors to bedrooms need fixing. Frustrating to lock - not a major problem just annoying.

The hosts are very helpful, attentive and lovely! Amazing value for money! The villa was clean, breakfast yummy Please note, not accessible by car, however the owners will take you on a bike and can take your luggage this way too. A short walk to main streets of Penestanan though, or you can catch Gojek if you don’t ride scooter yourself.

We had a very comfortable stay with Kadek and his wife Ilu in Ubud. The place is spacious and well set up, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, both very clean, with big comfortable beds and great showers. Having a private pool was a real highlight and made it easy to fully relax. The location is excellent: a quiet, tucked-away street with no traffic or bar noise, yet only a few minutes’ walk to many good restaurants and cafés. It’s calm and peaceful, but still very convenient. The property is well equipped — there’s a small fridge with drinks, everything needed to cook if you want, mosquito repellent, power extensions, and other thoughtful touches. Ilu came every second day to clean, change towels, make the beds and keep everything tidy, which we really appreciated. They also offer laundry service and can prepare breakfast if you want. Kadek and Ilu were genuinely kind, helpful and easy to deal with. They gave good local advice without being pushy, and Kadek can also help organise tours or transport depending on what you’re interested in. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well looked after, and it was a great base for our time in Ubud. We’d happily stay here again and we are sad to leave.

We loved the pool and Kadek n his wife were a fantastic hosts. They were both kind, friendly, helpful n reliable. They cooked us tasty breakfast everyday n the housekeeping was exceptional. Highly recommend this place n hope to come back one day soon.

Location close to centre but still in quiet corner. 2 bedroom villa is clean with spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool is good size and clean. Kitchen is clean and has everything. Big beds and decent mattress. Good hot water pressure. Host and his wife are friendly and cook fresh breakfast in kitchen everyday. Stocked fridge to buy drinks at little cost. Umbrellas, mozzie spray and small things were provided by host which makes life eazy. Host provides scooter rental, offers airport pick up etc at good prices. Stable wifi and 1 Tv small smart tv with inbuilt casting. Interior peaceful and safe location with multiple warungs at walking distance. Grab deliveries available to the villa. Mesari warung is close by and it has great food and little pond with fish and a cat onsite keeps kids entertained. Great villa if u want to relax and mainly spend time there.

Villa not reachable by taxi but we knew about it. 600 mt walk from gajah biru parking. Internal road is narrow so requires good scooter skills if you rent one. Pillows could be better.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. La localisation est idéale : un peu en retrait du centre, ce qui permet de profiter du calme, tout en restant proche de la ville. Le logement est super mignon, très privatif et on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. C’était encore mieux que sur les photos : extrêmement propre, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel a aussi été adorable, toujours disponible et très attentionné. Une vraie belle découverte.

Bij de accomodatie is alles aanwezig. Voldoende ruimte, ruime en goede bedden. Fijn zwembad. Locatie is zoals zo veel in Ubud meer buiten het directe centrum. Prima te doen met scooter en ligt mooi in alle rust tussen de rijsvelden en tussen andere accomodaties/villas. De eigenaar ontzettend hartelijk en goed bereikbaar, kan alles wat je nodig hebt regelen voor je. @Kadek nogmaal dank voor al je goede zorgen.

Niets maar als ik tip mag geven. De sofa grote kussens zodat je wat beter zit met je rug ertegen aan.

Todo estaba muy limpio, hay todo tipo de cosas que puedes necesitar y utilizar... Kadek y su familia son muy simpáticos y buenas personas. Los transfers al aeropuerto y a lugares que visitar se pueden hacer con él. Es puntual, detallista y con precios competitivos. Todo muy bien y profesional a la vez q familiar.

Fabulous, peaceful, quiet location, gorgeous pool and garden, with shops, spas and cafes only a few minutes walk away. Attentive, friendly hosts who cooked us a great breakfast each day with lots of food options and generous proportions, plus provided filtered boiling and cold water on tap and a full kitchen. Excellent bathrooms with toiletries and pool towels provided. Our host offered a private tour for us on one of the days we were there, and gave us a gift on checking out, which was so thoughtful. I would definitely stay there again and only wish we had stayed a little longer. It is such a beautiful property, away from the busy centre of Ubud yet just minutes to get to the main hub and a great location to be based when visiting the many attractions in the area.

Villa Umah Landuh is a real hidden gem! The villa is spotless, cozy, and surrounded only by birdsong – pure peace and relaxation. The hosts are a young family, very kind and welcoming, and they make you feel at home. It’s just a 15-minute walk to Alchemy, one of the best vegan restaurants with huge portions and delicious food (even non-vegans will love it). Right across is Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centre, and along the way you’ll find many cafés with vegan/vegetarian options. Cars can’t reach the villa due to the narrow road, but scooters can, and the hosts helped with luggage (only 5 minutes). With kids, we recommend visiting the nearby Bird and Reptile Parks by taxi– go in the morning for the parrot feeding. Also you can do pictures with parrots free of charge. If you can ride a scooter and have an international driver’s license definitely rent one – it makes getting around so much easier and faster. 💡 Travel tip: if it’s your first time in Bali and you bring US dollars, take only the new blue banknotes – they get a good exchange rate. Old-style bills are exchanged at a worse rate. Always change money only in authorized glass-front offices (look them up online), or simply bring euros instead of dollars. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!🥰

Yes, the narrow road without a sidewalk may feel unusual at first, but after a day or two you don’t even notice it. Cars can’t reach the villa because of the road, but scooters can, and the hosts kindly helped us with our luggage – it only takes about 5 minutes.

Il proprietario ha omesso l’obbligo di prendere i motorini da lui per accedere alla casa (situata in strada privata), in alternativa bisognava fare 10 min a piedi. Inoltre, dopo aver accordato un determinato prezzo prima di arrivare in struttura, ha provato comunque ad alzarlo fino all’ultimo giorno prima del pagamento.

Everything was just perfect, rooms, pools, breakfast. We stayed there for my bday and Kadek decorated bed and provided floating breakfast. Family friendly house, highly recommend.

The villa is amazing, the best stay we had in Bali. Is is clean and in a quiet area, still near city centre. The host is amazing, he provided us transportation from Tabanan and to Canggu, we also took one day trip with him to see waterfalls, rice fields and coffe plantation. I highly reccomend this stay.

Umah Landa villa has two separate bedrooms - no internal connecting door, but it's only a few steps outside to the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a huge double bed and its own (very clean) bathroom. Showers have perfect water pressure and temperature. The bedrooms open out to the outdoor pavilion kitchen and pool. (Note, there is no pool fence in case you have toddlers). Wayan arrived each morning to prepare our breakfast (several options) and had it ready at the exact time we asked for it. Bussling and vibrant Ubud central is a good 20 + minutes walk. Footpaths in Ubud are often uneven or non-existant- it all adds to the adventure. There are beautiful cafes and shops along the way. The host Kadek is very pleasant and extremely accommodating. He collected us from the airport and drove us to Ubud, took us to a waterfall and coffee plantation another day, and also drove us to our next hotel at Amed. Kadek brings cold bottled water on every trip (very much appreciated), and we feel safe driving with him. The swimming pool is the BEST. Beautiful to look at and so lovely for a swim day or night. Also, the wi-fi in the villa is excellent. We highly recommend Umah Landah.

Good afternoon everyone! My wife, my son and I stayed at this Villa for a week, everything was clean and cozy! Clean pool! Clean bed! There were no roosters screaming in the morning and there was no construction site!

We really enjoyed staying at this villa! Breakfasts were a bit boring.

Staying at Uma Landuh was a genuine Balinese experience. It was quiet , close to rice fields and river rainforests and totally away from car traffic. The host, Kadek, met our transport drop off, took our luggage and escorted us on a short walk through the village life to our villa. The accomodation is secure and very clean and we enjoyed the pool immensely. Close by were a large number of restaurants, yoga facilities and small supermarkets. The kitchen was great for preparing our own meals ( great stocked fridge with refreshments ! ) and the breakfasts were delightful . The bathrooms and air-conditioned bedrooms are modern and very new. I high lightly recommend this place to anyone seeking the serenity of Bali .

I wish we had had more time here other than being our last day !!!

Nice location, in a quiet neighborhood, rice fields, no cars, totally authentic. Lots of warungs around, some little markets and spa, off the main road. Villa itself is very fresh and new, private pool, we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful (free fresh fruits and breakfast prepared on the villa on request) Definitely recommend

The Villa is located in a small car-free neighborhood just outside Ubud center. We did everything on foot with no problem but note that if you can ride a scooter, getting around will be more comfortable

The villa was truly amazing ! Very clean, very calm, with everything you need. The whole staff is very sympathetic, cheerful and at your service. They make breakfast every morning and find scooters for you. An incredible experience ! I will come back for sure !

Kadek, the owner of the villa, is very helpful, caring and loves his job. The rooms were spacious, towels and sheets were clean. Although we could not reach the villa by car, this was not a problem at all. They carried our luggage to the car by scooter. We also rented a motorcycle from him at an affordable price and he organized a nice tour on the route I wanted. I have shared with Kadek some of my ideas that will improve the service quality, I have no doubt that he will take it into consideration. Thank you so much for everything Kadek and Wayan))

We recently stayed at this exceptional villa, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Location was great and remarkably close to Ubud centre. The outdoor sitting area with a well-stocked mini fridge offered an amazingly comfortable space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool was incredible and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, and fast wi-fi everywhere. The breakfast was delicious offering a variety of tasty and healthy options. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Kadek who made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. Kadek’s hospitality didn’t stop at the accommodation, He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered fantastic recommendations for tours and activities tailored to our interest. He went above and beyond by arranging everything including transportation services which made our holiday seamless and stress-free. He was always available and eager to help with any questions or needs that arose during our stay. His friendly demeanour and genuine care made us feel right at home. Everything the pool, the rooms, the bathrooms everything was superb!!!

The villa owner was amazing and helpful, he offered to cook us breakfast every day at whatever time suited us. During our stay it was my birthday Kadek and his assistant came to the villa in the afternoon with a birthday cake and some bintangs and they sat with us had a drink and told us about their families and whatever other questions we had.

Only one thing and it wasn't a huge thing, the villa is roughly a 600m walk until you can get into a taxi (car) bikes can go all the way however my wife and myself are not bike people, this wasn't a deal breaker and we definitely don't think any less of the villa because of the location.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Umah Landuh. The house is extremely comfortable, large rooms and large light bathrooms, not to mention the pool, which was the perfect place to cool off. Kadek was a perfect host, he took us around, organised transport and tours and made us wonderful breakfasts. It's walking distance to many restaurants and Ubud center is not far by scooter (which Kadek can organise for you too). It's the perfect place to discover Ubud. My kids especially loved swimming in the pool from morning until night!

Villa is bit away from Main road. You need to go by walk by leaving teh car / taxi for 300 metres. Host was kind enough to take us in two wheeler every time.

We had such an excellent stay! The villa is large, spacious, clean and attractive. It is family run, and our hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast menu has many options and is brought to the villa at the time you choose. The pool is lovely! The kitchen is well equipped. Hot + cold drinking water is provided. The bathrooms are massive and hot water comes quickly. The beds are super comfortable!We slept very well and the air con works wells. The area is quiet and rural, but very close by there are some excellent restaurant options, we would stay in the area again just for the food! Very nearby also, is a beautiful river/jungle.
