I enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace, friendly staff and convenience of everything, setting up tours and a shuttle to and fron the airport were a great help.

5 star family hospitality! If you are looking for a nice clean safe and affordable guesthouse, Crowne Pyramids View Inn is the place! From the minute we arrive the owner Ahmed and Mohamed made us feel right at ease. We arrived on a 5am flight. Their driver met us at right outside arrivals and took us straight to the hotel. We were very tired after a 19 hour flight, , they let us check in and gave us a temporary room to sleep until our room was ready around 10am. Ahmed personally catered to our every need and want and went well above and beyond to make sure our vacation went smooth. They arranged all of our private tours with very knowledgeable and friendly drivers and guides. I loved that we had the same driver/guide all week and all of our tours were private and included lunch and entrance fees. We became great friends with our driver, Islam. He even brought my husband a going away gift when he came to take us back to the airport! They made us feel safe and escorted us everywhere we went. Ahmed brought us around Giza to experience the local vibe, ride a tuk tuk and even invited us into his family home for a lovely meal prepared by his mother. We asked about arranging a ride to the mall and Mohamed personally drove us there and treated us to a dinner at a nice restaurant. The staff is amazing the waiters and maids were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we need. The views from both the terrace and the roof absolutely amazing!

This hotel is small and family run. It is on the 12th floor by elevator and has an gob smacking view of the pyramids from the veranda. We could see the pyramids from our room as well, which had excellent aircon. There is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids and Giza. They arranged personalised tours for us at our own convenience and the tour guide was exceptional. Above all everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding and polite. We had a fantastic holiday in Giza/Cairo made more special by our stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace. Very happy.

The people here made the stay worth it! They are very kind! I can’t say enough about them all! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to because the staff. We got a room with a view of the Pyramids, it was nice to wake up each morning with that view.

The hotel staff was amazing, always trying to please us. The hotel is very close to the pyramids, the food option is good and the breakfast as well.

The environment had a nice friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful and bilingual. So communication was not a issue. The balcony view of the Pyramids of Giza was a bonus.

En el hotel todos fueron sumamente amables. Honey es muy dulce y servicial y Ahmed fue sumamente detallista. Te hacen sentir en casa. Y siempre se preocuparon por cada detalle. Les recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel tiene una hermosa vista a las Piramides

Excellent value for money

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit hotel. Al het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamers zijn schoon, het ontbijt is goed. Laat je niet afschrikken door de negatieve recensies. Wij hebben ons geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld. Winkeliers in de omgeving zijn super gastvrij en ga vooral de buurt verkennen. Ja er zijn omgevingsgeluiden maar je verblijft in een hele grote stad. Met oordopjes demp je deze bijna allemaal. Je verblijft wel in een islamitisch land en daar horen gebeden bij. Het uitzicht is vanaf het dak terras prachtig vooral rond zonsondergang. De excursies die het hotel aanbiedt zijn goed geregeld. Wij raden echter de nijl cruise af want die was verschrikkelijk.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Crowne Pyramids. The rooms were lovely and clean, with toiletries, tea/coffee & a fridge provided. The staff were really incredible, from the start I was told to think of them as family/friends and not to hesitate to say if I needed anything at all. It’s a family run hotel, and they’re doing really well having done everything themselves! Ahmed, who runs the hotel with his brother, actually invited me to their family home to experience Iftar with them as I was travelling solo and during Ramadan, and wanted to learn more about the culture & traditions. It was such a lovely evening, I met the family and we had the most wonderful meal and the opportunity to experience Ramadan in a family setting, rather than just as a tourist. The staff all really went above and beyond, recommending things for me to do, providing me with drivers/guides, great food & amazing company. I really was treated like family/a friend. I had many a conversations with most of the staff there and they took a genuine interest in my life, and told me about theirs in return. Also the most incredible views of the pyramids from the terrace & the rooftop.

The staff were the best, they looked after every need, from transportion, tours, food etc.

We had the opportunity to enjoy the VIP suite (Luxury Room, mountain view). This suite really was special having a bathtub with a great view of the Giza pyramids. Enjoying the bathtub was a contrast to feeling dusty during most our visit to Egypt. Another great view was from the breakfast patio. Our only concern was the strength of the internet (something which seems to be common in Egypt).

Highly recommended, the view of the pyramids is very nice, also the staff was very friendly and nice, If you looking for a good place to stay this is a very good option

Fantastic family run hotel on 12 th floor. Views are incredible of the pyramids. Breakfast on terrace . Roof top bar with views of Giza. Welcomed at airport pick up and given Egyptian family meal on arrival. Reception give you anything you need and arrange transport to pyramids & a driver for day or however long you want to see attractions. Cannot recommend this hotel enough they are such a lovely family and everything you need ❤️🌍

Staff is rude, I stayed in other properties while in Cairo and paid less for better service

Primeiramente é preciso dizer que chegamos bem cedo e, além da gentileza de oferecer o café da manhã, nos acomodaram poucas horas depois num quarto. Como possivelmente não era o quarto que reservamos, no dia seguinte, ao apresentar problema de entupimento no banheiro, nos transferiram para um quarto melhor. Crowne Pyramids é bem localizado e o pessoal simpático e atencioso.

A região do hotel não é das melhores, mas o atendimento dos proprietários foi impecável, muito educados, prestativos, preocupados em nos proporcionar uma boa experiência. Valeu por isso e obrigado. O hotel (pequeno, mais se assemelha a uma pousada) fica dentro de um prédio residencial, nos últimos três andares. No quarto não falta nada, tinha tudo que um hotel possui. Café da manhã servido na mesa, na varanda, com vista para as pirâmides. Senti-me acolhido e seguro no hotel.

This is a hidden gem!!! AMAZING view of the Pyramid of Giza while enjoying breakfast, tea time, sunrise and sunset. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff helped arrange transport for my family of 6 without any issues. I felt completely safe and never had any issues whatsoever with check in, hot water in showers, or check out. The hotel is beside a busy road and school but that did not cause any issues with safety while my family of 6 enjoyed our stay.

Bad location

Beautiful family owned property with amazing food and views.

This hotel is quite literally a hidden gem. The overall location/area may look a bit rough on the outside, but the staff service and attention is beyond amazing. The staff is all very welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful in whatever you may need. They also offer transportation services to and from the airport and to other places for a low fee, that you cannot beat. In addition the offer breakfast, which to me was a very nutritious and overall great meal. 10/10 recommend

Extremely knowledgeable staff! I only spent a few days but was able to make the most of it. They have drivers and excursions available the room was always neat and the distance to Cairo/Giza Tours were short so you can do multiple things in the day

If your not use to a loud city I wouldn’t recommend this area

We booked 5 night for Christmas vacation, and stayed for 3. this property is not as advertised. There is no restaurant, no bar, no mattresses on the box springs, no shower curtain for the shower, our patio door did not lock. The area is very rundown. The family that runs this business are awesome and very accommodating. We did book tours through them and had great service. We opted to leave early and also did an overnight tour in Luxor. I think they are doing the best they can, but it just wasn’t for us.

I traveled alone to Egypt as a birthday gift to myself. I booked myself in for the entire duration of my 11 days stay at Crowne Pyramids View Inn. It was my first time in Egypt and it was the most wonderfully surprising experience of my life thus far. The accommodation, staff, food, service, friendliness and homelyness of all at the hotel was amazing. It will not disappoint. It is quite a gem and an excellent value for money. Now the VIEW, it literally unsurpasses anything you can ever imagine in terms of it name...it really is the CROWN of the pyramids view. You haven't seen the pyramids at sunset, unless you are seeing it from their terrace. Its a MUST experience hotel!!

The staff is awesome; yes, the hotel is not new, but they make you feel safe and at home, so that's why I give five stars. Good place to stay

One of the best vacations I have ever had. From the owner Hamada, front desk staff like Osama, and the best guide of Egypt, Abdul, everyone was super helpful. With making sure my room was right, to going out of the way for an early breakfast, to learning more of Egypt and seeing fabulous sites, this was a trip to top all trips. Add a rooftop view of the Giza pyramids to enjoy breakfast, this was an amazing trip. I did not want to leave.

Excelente servicio, sólo que nuestras camas no eran de la mejor calidad, el baño muy pequeño pero fuera de eso muy bien, la vista y la atención muy buena aunque parece que la zona es insegura en realidad no es así, sólo es cuestión de adaptarse al estilo de vida de ellos.

Hotel staff is super super extra Nice.Room was average not too big not too small.But rooms are not soundproof.Hotel is on busiest street.you can hear Dogs barking early in the morning.Traffic horn won't let you sleep.lots of dust outside.But again hotel staff was great.Good breakfast on roof.i think next time i will try different location.

Our stay Crowne Pyramids Palace was exceptional! The staff was friendly, fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The room was beyond clean and comfortable and bed super comfy . It was our best stay ever .Highly recommend it for anyone who wants travel Egypt.

I didn't like where we arrived they gave us a 1 Queen size bed, when we book for 2 Queens. Then when i complained i can sleep with my grown son the moved us to a room with 2 Queen size bed. But the bathroom stink so bad and i complained to them about that and it took the 2 days before we left to change us to a better room with no smell, 2 Queen size bed. It was a horrible stay for 8 nights!!!

The view is good The best room the whole vibe the lighting the comfort the sofas the bed all nice as well as bathroom is good.

We are are 4 people ! My husband and my two kids 13-15 boy and girl and have a wonderful experience !! This is our first time in Egypt and is awesome! When arrives somebody wait for us! Mohamed coming in nice SUV our flight arrives 1030 pm the hotel crew waiting for us, shuttle is included! -no hiding charges- the hotel is very nice, clean every day, breakfast included, and have the travel agency in same place ! Wow! Reasonable prices for all activities. Ahmed is the manager is a great chef! And he cook for us for dinner! He worked for Dubai Restaurant and the food have high quality! All the time we have Scort for buy around because some places over charge to the tourism but the personnel in the hotel come with us all the time and help us! I give 10 stars!!!! Definitely we comeback with all family and friends!!!! Activities and Guide Personnel is high profile tours in Spanish, English and local languages one of the guide Mohamed buy ice cream for us and I never have a detail like this in all travels an different parts of the world we visiting is awesome! Thank you hotel and travel agency!! We love Giza!! We love Cairo, We love Egypt! Thank you for everything!!
