Reviewed Sep 18, 2026L'hotel era situato in una bellissima posizione "nel mezzo del deserto". La camera, in ottimo stato come il bagno, presentava uno stile casual con colori molto soft e rilassanti, tra cui tonalità sabbia, e abbiamo apprezzato molto l'idea originale del ramo di legno usato come attaccapanni. La stanza dava sulla piscina, di cui abbiamo usufruito con grande soddisfazione grazie all'acqua perfetta e alla comodità di sdraio e asciugamani messi a disposizione dall'hotel.
L'unica pecca iniziale è stata un'interruzione di corrente dovuta a un cortocircuito che aveva tolto il Wi-Fi, causata da un calo di tensione estivo.Una volta riallacciata la corrente il problema si è risolto e siamo riusciti a connetterci, perciò nel complesso è andato comunque tutto bene.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La struttura è complessivamente carina. Le camere sono molto basiche ma pulite e più o meno spaziose.
La struttura non è minimamente isolata termicamente, assorbe tutto il calore del giorno e i muri la notte sono bollenti (il letto non ha neanche la testiera quindi dormi con un termosifone sulla testa) e il condizionatore non è sufficientemente potente per raffreddare la stanza. L’unica fonte di acqua potabile è un dispenser all’esterno che eroga acqua caldissima e con un cattivo sapore. La piscina è molto piccola e l’acqua è veramente torbida. La camera ha un piccolo lavandino e un piccolo frigo ma non c’era neanche un panno o dello scottex per asciugare le tazze del caffè e la camera non ha neanche un armadio. Dovevamo rimanere 4 giorni ma per motivi personali siamo dovuti andare via prima. Va bene non rimborsare le restanti notti ma avremmo apprezzato un po’ più di comprensione. La ragazza che lavorava lì capiva molto poco l’inglese e abbiamo quindi chiesto di parlare con il proprietario, con cui lei stava parlando al telefono, ma lui ha rifiutato di parlare con noi. Spiace perché non è questa l’ospitalità e la cordialità che invece abbiamo trovato in tutto il resto della Baja.

Hay que tener comunicación con el lugar porque las llaves se entregan en persona en una cafetería, el horario es amplio pero si hay que estar consciente de ese detalle.

Y que tendría que pagar con tarjeta física en terminal, yo acepte confiando en qué se reflejaría en mi cuenta el saldo retenido y es fecha que no se refleja está retención en mi cuenta ya pasaron los 30 días y no se refleja en mi cuenta, la verdad nunca me habia pasado con ningún hotel y me gusta hacerlo en Booking por qué nunca tengo problemas como este , pero la verdad si estoy muy decepcionada con este hotel ya que la retención del efectivo es fecha que no se refleja en mi cuenta, y no me parece justo , que me haya pasado toda esta situacion.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Camera ampia, vista oceano, atmosfera e arredamento unici, letto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile, zona tranquilla a due minuti dal centro, bella piscina con lettini e salviettoni disponibili.
Mancano un armadio e il bollitore in camera. Manca anche la tv ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y la ubicación resulta bastante conveniente. Destaca especialmente la limpieza, todo estaba impecable, y el entorno es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, el personal fue en todo momento muy educado y atento, lo cual siempre se agradece. Como punto de mejora, el colchón podría ser algo más cómodo, pero es un detalle menor dentro de una experiencia general bastante satisfactoria. Sin duda, una opción recomendable.

La ducha tenía muy poca presión. Para el precio por noche esperábamos un poco más de este alojamiento.

Location was further away from town and beach than we would have liked. I wanted ocean view but hotel is quite far from the ocean. The bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant smell. Pretty spartan furnishings and no TV.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I loved the design in the hotel, interior and exterior. The landscaping is amazing too. It all comes together to create a “desert chic” vibe. The AC works great (which is super important for us). Also, the staff is super helpful, from the moment we booked they sent us a list of recommendations and answered all our questions.
Something to consider is that the hotel is not in the city centre so you will need a taxi or a car to get around. Taxis are expensive (and Uber doesn’t work here). Also, there l is no TV in the room, which is cool because you might focus on enjoying the view of the stars and the cacti from your balcony.

Las habitaciones podrían tener microondas ya que no hay opción para desayunar. Las almohadas son muy aguadas y se quedan planas en la noche. La calle donde está el hotel es muy polvorienta.

No le faltaba nada, todo funcionaba a la perfección y lo mejor es que cuenta con todo para hacerte café. Eso lo aprecio muchísimo. Lo otro es que al ser un lugar con pocas habitaciones hay muy poco movimiento de gente por lo que lo hace un lugar apacible para estar durante el día. El chico recepcionista, muy atento, amable y servicial. De 10.
La cama no me pareció para nada cómoda, algo dura y algo del colchón tronaba cuando me movía. El colchón de baja calidad. Una madrugada hubo demasiado ruido en el piso de arriba, azotaban cosas, movían muebles, etc.

The lighting in the room was a little too dim for our liking. Everything else was great!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Even though this hotel is beautiful, they messed up my booking 2 times, and when I told them they had to fix it, they called me "difficult". It was a very unpleasant experience with very unhelpful staff. The owner also didn't seem to care at all. I wouldn't stay here again, super bad customer service and very disorganized. There was also a massive cockroach in my room in the middle of the night, and nobody there to help get it out.
The staff was plainly rude and incredibly unhelpful when they made a mistake. Then blamed it on me and called me "difficult". So bad ...

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025The rooms and pool area were beautiful and very clean! The location was out of town and not close to anything so I would recommend a hire car to get around. Todos Santos doesn't have any beaches you can swim at, so the pool at the hotel is essential. The aircon in one room wasn't working, although likely an easy fix. Great little hotel, I would recommend staying here.
