Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Posizionato in un centro culturale filippino e a pochissima distanza dalla spiaggia più bella di El Nido, Lakwa è ben più di un motel. Stanze ben manutenute e pulitissime, con servizi essenziali ma molto funzionali, staff incredibilmente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta. Posto stupendo - e in più hai anche il motorino a disposizione per esplorare la zona in libertà. Meraviglioso.

Habitación moderna, impecable y baño perfecto. Aire acondicionado limpio y que funcionaba de maravilla. Tiende citas dentro del mismo resort.
El día que fuimos y a las horas que teníamos el vuelo, no tenían servicio de transporte al aeropuerto (son 10 mins caminando, no más). Pero nos pilló tormenta y a las 4:30am

El personal muy corto (desatento) lo vimos solo cuando entramos y cuando nos fuimos. Poco insonorisadas la habitación en planta alta hay una escuela en la mañana imposible dormir a partir de las 8 de la mañana. Es un exelente hotel si acabas de llegar del aeropuerto o si necesitas salir esta a 500 metros del aeropuerto

Reviewed May 20, 2026Great place to stay. Great location 500 meters from the Airport, we walked to it. Short walk to LIO beach. We should have stayed here 10 days instead of 4. Great AC comfortable bed. Water and power were better that the other 2 places we stayed. SCOOTER was a nice bonus. Quiet location at night. Best hotel we stayed at on Palawan. STAFF great. Nice Vibe here and lots of good food choices close by. I enjoyed riding the scooter to the Madness outdoor gym 4km away. included with the room. Great equipment at this gym.
We liked everything. School upstairs made noise at 8am but it was not that bad and not on weekends. We slept until 9 anyway. Get up early and grab a coffee on the beach at the many choices on LIO beach.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Hotel se nachází na krásné oblasti u Lio beach.Lio beach podle mého názoru je nejkrásnější pláž na ostrově,ke které z hotelu je cca 400m krásnou procházkou.Hotel je moderní,okolí je velmi pěkné.Večer je tam ticho.Přímo u hotelu je nekolik restaurací,další restaurace jsou přímo u pláže. Hotel poskytuje motorky zdarma.
V ceně není snídaně (kterou ale si můžete objednat na hotelovém baru ).Ceny jsou uvedené v informační příručce,která se nachází na pokojích,ovšem ve skutečnosti na baru ceny jsou o cca 40%vyšší. Na dotaz byla odpověď že před pár dní se ceny zvýšili,ale o 40%??).Důvod nikdo nevysvětlil. Celkově ceny hotelových pokojů a taky v restauracich jsou v teto oblasti vyšší než jinde na Palawanu,ale zřejmě platíte místo,které je opravdu nádherné.

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est que l’on ne m’a jamais rendu la caution que j’ai laissé. Non pas que la chambre ou le scooter ont été dégradés mais car si vous partez tôt dans la matinée pour prendre votre avion personne est là pour vous rendre la caution. J’avais pourtant précisé que nous allions au restaurant le soir et que nous rentrerions au alentours de 22h. Personne à l’horizon. J’ai contacté l’établissement à plusieurs reprise, ils avaient toujours une bonne escuse pour ne pas avoir fait le virement de ma caution jusqu’à faire les morts et ne plus me répondre du tout

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026The whole place was kept very clean. There was a fan and air con in the room. There was also a water tap for hot and cold water in the entrance hall. The staff were very helpful and a credit to the place, especially Alex who we mainly dealt with. The cleaning staff were a delight. It’s a short walk to Lio Beach which is stunning and also has a bakery, lovely cafes and good value street food. It was a bonus having the bikes provided. We were there over Easter and so the children were off school most of our stay and so we weren’t disturbed.
The free bikes need maintenance. Of the 3 our group were first given, none of them had a working rear light, one had no brake light and one of the phone holders broke in half mid journey, damaging a phone as it landed in the road. To be fair, they did more or less resolve these problems once we spoke with them, although the only way we could have rear lights was to have the front lights on full beam, not ideal for other traffic. And we still had a phone with a damaged case.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026- Free use of a 1x scooter (with 2x helmets) - No complimentary brekkie, but there was 1x free coffee in the morning. - There's also free potable water so you can just bring a bottle and refill, nice touch! - Very chill place and quite free-spirited, super near Lio beach and Lio airport! So convenience is amazing and you're at the centre of everything (can go south if you wanna go to town or Maremegmeg and can go north if you wanna visit Nacpan).
- If you book during weekdays, the floors above the guest room is like a school so if you're napping, it will be super noisy with kids running around at the floor above you! - Wish there were more fans and mist (?) at the café area as it was really hot during the summer! - Do not expect a pool or any amenities of that sort as it's simply a place to stay.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Free barista coffee in the morning was a great touch. Very quiet, great location next to Lio beach and the arts and culture estate the motel sits on is a great idea. Easy to get to El Nido town on a tricycle. Checked in late after closing so no staff around but they communicated where to find the keys, just a little tricky finding the rooms after 7 hours from Puerto Princesa!
Room size was a bit small but not important as we were out most of the time.

The design is great, breakfast and burgers were awesome and riding a bicycle around the hotel and Lio beach area was great, hard to find something like this in the Philippines. They offer daily Enduro/motorbike excursions and going on one was definitely the highlight of my trip!

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Die Lage in der Nähe von El Nido und zum Lio-Beach ist topp! Das Motel ist in eine sehr schöne Anlage integriert. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Beim Check Inn ist eine Kaution fällig. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber ausreichend und sauber. Ein großer Wasserspender steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und ist sehr lecker. Super Service: Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es gratis einen Motorroller für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes. Geführte Motorradtouren sind buchbar, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es ist schwierig nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Wäscheständer stehen für feuchte Motorradkleidung vor dem Fenster zur Verfügung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist etwas zu hoch.

Además era muy bueno que la reserva incluía una moto y había varios restaurantes dentro del recinto del hotel, lo cual es cómodo si tienes días de lluvia o simplemente estás cansado y quieres quedarte en el hotel.

Scooter compris dans le tarif de la chambre, chambre, literie confortables. Endroit très calme malgré l'aéroport à proximité (Pas de vols de nuit).
Pas d'eau chaude dans 2 chambres sur 3 loués. Il y a 8 scooters pour 8 chambres donc pas de flexibilité si le prédécesseur rend son scooter tardivement. Nous avons reçu le nôtre à 20h et nous l'avons rendu à 11h.

Le lieu de la réception n’est pas très claire. L’accueil était hasardeux et pas très chaleureux à vrai dire pour un motel à ce prix aux Philippines. La chambre est très bien mais l’emplacement de la prise est mal pensé, car brancher quelconque appareil est difficile en raison du peu d’espace entre le mur et le lit.

В первый день ночью играло караоке до 6 утра. Номера маленькие, спать с открытым окном было невозможно. Персонал ничего не сделал чтобы караоке перестало играть. Выезд в 11 утра. Когда у всех в 12. Не дали попользоваться байком еще 2 часа, сказали что нельзя. Хотя мы предлагали заплатить за это. Принципиальные и наглые люди.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Me gustó mucho esta zona de El Nido, está a un ratito del pueblo pero la zona de Lio Beach está muy bien para pasear por la noche/atardecer, tomar algo y cenar o ir a la playa. La cama es cómoda y la ducha muy bien en cuanto a presión y temperatura (que por la zona no abunda). El desayuno está muy bien también y las instalaciones son chulas. La moto está incluida, eso está genial porque en el Nido son más caras que en otras islas.
Algún miembro del personal no hablaba bien en inglés y tampoco fue muy espabilado al comunicarse. Pero en general bien.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Lakwa is located in the new, beautifully designed pak-like resort of Lio beach. It is very close to the airport of El Nido and the resort has the beach, multiple restaurants and modern facilities. The motel itself is also modern, well equipped (good shower) and nice atmosphere. Because of its distance from downtown El Nido (8km) it offers a free rental scooter. Finally, the resort has a power back-up for power outages.
Only recommendation is a safe and small refrigerator in the room, but we didn’t miss it.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and although the location is a bit far from El Nido town proper, it was totally worth it. The peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and relaxing vibe made it the perfect escape. Being surrounded by nature and stunning views of Lio Beach was a highlight. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so dining options were never a problem. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind.
I hope they could offer a family room or accommodation suitable for bigger groups, as we definitely plan to return. This is truly a wonderful place to stay with my family.

Just improvement point because asked : The door giving access to the rooms might by noisy. Electric plugs are hidden and not to obvious to see.

Además el caminito de unos minutos a la playa es muy bonito y la playa es la mejor del Nido. La atención al cliente también fue fantástica
