Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Juffair Mall, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and other amenities. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. They promptly attended to all our requirements and ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their hospitality and responsiveness made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Juffair.
The crockery and kitchen utensils need improvement. There was a noticeable shortage of plates, glasses, and spoons, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. Providing a larger and better-quality set of dining utensils would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026I stayed here for two nights last week and had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay, and the front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. The Amber Tower location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping malls, and nightlife. I would definitely consider staying here again. I would also like to give special recognition to the F&O team, especially Ms. Ritika and Mr. Mohamedsaleh, for their outstanding service and support. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to them and the entire team for a memorable experience.
