Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Le logement est parfait, il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire, propre, agréable, et silencieux. La terrasse au balcon est appréciable. Proche à pied de la plage et de ses commerces. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant.

Manque de convivialité dommage.Prix un peu élevé par rapport à la maison que nous avions à montchoisy . Terrasse en rez-de-jardin magnifique piscine. Les photos du jardin et de la piscine sont flatteuses par rapport à la réalité.

La propreté et les prestations de cette location (changement des draps, des serviettes de toilettes pendant notre séjour de 10 jours et machine à laver à disposition avec accessoires pour étendre le linge comme à la maison).

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025A clean rental unit with a terrace though I did not use the unit as much as I would like. I was on a working trip - solo guest. The host is pleasant and courteous, Parking is good too.
My main requirement is the shower which I stressed to the host before setting foot into the rental unit. Disappointingly, the shower pressure is feeble and not hot enough which is frustrating after a long day at work and coming at night to not being able to have a decent and relaxing shower. It was brought up to the host which he remarked as it is a solar water heater and nothing was done about it. The guests in the rental unit adjacent/top were noisy in the morning and no sound proofing there. I could not get a proper sleep.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2024The apartment was nice and clean. It has a small balcony to relax on in the evening. The kitchen is average equipped with basics you need. The host was kind and communicative and always ready to help. We loved the swimming pool. It is about 10mins walk to the beach. We would stay again :)
Only be aware of stairs if you are carrying heavy luggages.
