Just three days before our arrival, right in the middle of our family road trip, the host sent a message refusing to accommodate us. Their excuse was "unexpected painting and refurbishment work." What is worse, they actively tried to trick us by asking me to cancel the reservation on Booking.com, claiming it would be "free of charge on my end." Do not fall for this! When a host cannot fulfill a booking, it is entirely their responsibility (and Booking.com's) to find and cover the cost of alternative accommodation. By asking the guest to initiate the cancellation, the host is simply trying to dodge platform penalties, avoid paying for your relocation, and leave you completely stranded with no support from customer service. Leaving a family of four without a roof over their heads is completely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind during your travels.

Geweldige appartement. Super schoon, groot en dichtbij het strand. Najate was super aardig en heel erg behulpzaam. Ook de eigenaar reageerde snel op berichten en was behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The property was lovely - very nice taken care of and made a good break from our time I. marrakech - having the kitchen and washing machine was great

Finding it was hard as we didn’t have WiFi signal to contact the host - as it’s next to the surf shop and had to find WiFi to communicate with the host - but when did all was fine and was shown round the property by Najate

Really close to the beach. Quiet street. Comfortable with all facilities we needed for our stay. A nice stroll to the medina along the seafront. Only a short stroll from shops.!

Juste à côté d’une école de kite surf et surf. Pas très loin des commodités et restaurants à pieds. Le personnel est au top et l'appartement est entièrement équipé un vrai bonheur. Dans une zone très tranquille.

A short walk to the beach, this property was really lovely. Very clean and well facilitated. The private outdoor area was very nice.

The second bedroom was in what appears to be a converted outhouse. It smelt mouldy and having too beds in there was a bit cramped. It would be ok if it was just for the kids. I decided to it was nicer to sleep on the sofa instead. The master bedroom, however, was very nice and comfortable. This accommodation would be 100% be a 10/10 if it was for a single person or a couple, using just the master bedroom.

L’appartement est très confortable, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Vous êtes à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la corniche d’Essaouira et à 15 minutes du port de pêche, où vous pouvez acheter du poisson frais directement auprès des pêcheurs. La dame qui nous a accueillis était très gentille, accueillante et serviable. De son côté, l’hôte nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires via WhatsApp, avec beaucoup de réactivité. Cuisine parfaitement équipée, avec lave-linge, cafetière, grand réfrigérateur et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner confortablement. Le parking est sécurisé et le quartier est très agréable et pratique. Un mot pour cette magnifique ville d’Essaouira, unique par la beauté de ses arganiers et par sa richesse culturelle où se mêlent harmonieusement les héritages musulmans, berbère, portugais, juif... ainsi que des visiteurs venus du monde entier. Cette diversité crée une atmosphère cosmopolite, chaleureuse et paisible, où différentes cultures cohabitent dans le respect et la convivialité. On y ressent une sérénité profonde et un art de vivre authentique qui rendent cette ville vraiment exceptionnelle.

Dans un esprit d’amélioration continue, il serait souhaitable de réparer la porte de la douche afin qu’elle puisse se fermer correctement de l’intérieur. À part ce petit détail, tout est nickel.

Il faut préciser que la deuxième chambre est accessible par le patio, retirer de l appartement. Cette chambre est Très convenable pour des adultes ou adolescents mais moins pour des enfants en bas age.

Amazing space! Great location, would stay again

Great location, friendly and easy-going stuff, nice patio which might be great for evenings (we didn't have the chance to checj as we arrived in Jqnuary).

The second bedroom - you hqve to go out to to get there (throw patio), it was a little bit moist, very small and damp bathroom. It might be better durring summer time. What is important - we still recommend staying there while you are in Essaouira. Especially for short-time stays.

Sehr schönes Apartament. Beste Lage zum Strand und zur Medina. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Mit kleinem Garten Patio. Alle Geräte und Dusche funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir waren im ständigen Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Sehr zum empfehlen. Auf diese Weise bedanken wir uns sehr an die Amine und Najate für ihre herzliche Begleitung.

Von der Unterkunft aus hat man einen kurzen Weg zum Strand und kann an der Promenade entlang zur ein Medina laufen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist schön zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Leider schaut man nur auf die hintere Fassade eines davor gebauten Hotels, aber die Vermieter haben versucht, dies durch viele grüne Pflanzen auszugleichen. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man in das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten. Wir hatten eine zuverlässige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und einen netten Verwalter, der sehr pünktlich war und uns alles zeigte.

Ein Bild des Eingangs zur Unterkunft wäre schön, da es keine Hausnummern in der Straße gibt.

Locatie is top! Leuk ingericht, heerlijke bank. Vriendelijke personeel, zowel via Booking als het ontvangst / schoonmaak. Zag er allemaal keurig uit en voor deze prijs echt meer dan goed.

De douche was heel koud en de schuifdeuren niet geheel waterdicht. Er lagen wel doeken om het water tegen te gaan. Bij droog weer zal je hier uiteraard geen last van hebben. Wifi werkte niet goed.

L'appartamento è spazioso e arredato con cura, la cucina è attrezzatissima e il giardinetto interno molto apprezzato. Abdeljalil ci ha accolti con molta simpatia e disponibilità. Situato a due passi dal lungomare e distante 900mt dalla medina, direi in ottima posizione.

There were just two of us and we had plenty of space. We definitely could have spent more time here. I would stay here again.

It was a little tricky to find but the host was very quick to respond. We didn't try the shower in the bedroom as it looked like the door didn't work and there was another shower.

It was close to the beach

In the appartment we found large cockroaches, one woke me up while climbing my hand. Also you could hear through the walls mices. A lot of mildew on the walls (in the kitchen and in the bathroom).

Mooi appartement, schoon, rustige buurt,veilig. Goede communicatie met personeel. Op loopafstand van strand, wij lieten de auto staan als we naar de vissershaven en old medina gingen. Goed lopende te doen.

Appartement " tape à l'oeil " pas de placards, 2ème chambre très petite sans confort, humide, donnant sur la terrasse, donc obliger de sortir pour accéder à l'appartement, pas très pratique la nuit pour accéder aux toilettes !, très peu de vaisselle disponible, belle cuisine sauf qu'il faut mesurer 1,80 m minimum pour accéder aux éléments du dessus. Bref appartement sombre dans la journée et très décevant malgré une belle décoration.

Rendkivül tiszta, kényelmes, modern, jól felszerelt szállás. A kapcsolattartás akadálytalan volt. Wi-fi elég jól működött. Közvetlenül a szállás mellett van a szörfiskola nagyon barátságos árakkal. Az óceán 3 perc séta, a medina kb 20 perc végig a part mentén észre sem veszed, hogy odaértél mert belefeletkezel a látványba. Az emberek nagyon barátságosak, segitőkészek, kedvesek. Összességében legközelebb is ezt a szállást fogjuk választani és bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.

The place is clean and well equipped. The beach is near and it takes only a fifteen minutes' walk to the medina. There are some small shops in the vicinity where the most important household things and food is available. A big supermarket is within walking distance. Even in august the rooms remain cool during the day.

As it lacks natural light the flat is relatively dark and a little bit damp. The mosquitos were quite a plague. Insect screens would help a lot.

Appartement très agréable, bien aménagé. La terrasse est un véritable+. Hôte très réactif et arrangeant (check out tardif). Je recommande.

There is a smell of mold throughout the entire apartment. It’s impossible to lock the doors leading to the courtyard (the owner claims they check them, but that’s a lie — everything is done very poorly, by hand, with maximum cost-cutting on everything). The apartment description says everywhere that there is air conditioning. There isn’t. It’s a lie. I won’t be renting flat in Morocco during july without conditioner. The internet is not fast at all. It’s a 4mb DSL connection. I think that became obsolete in 2005. Even 15 years ago, this was already old and bad. You can’t even load YouTube videos in 720p — if you’re thinking about making video calls here, don’t even try. The shower is located right inside the bedroom. In the same room. All the flies go into the same room where you sleep. Humidity 100%. There are a lot of spiders, flies, and other insects. The bed is terrible, it’s impossible to sleep on, and the bedding is of very low quality — it slips off. The apartment owner is cutting every possible corner just to avoid spending a single penny and to deceive guests as much as possible. It’s a disgrace and a shame.

The flat is nice and clean and we liked very much.

The place was very noisy at night. And we found it hard to sleep.

Great little apartment with well equipped kitchen. Close to the beach and about 20 min walk to the historic center.

It was exceptionally rainy during our stay. It rained for weeks and the houses don't seem to be build for that weather. The apartment got quite moist and showed some mold spots on the walls. Saying that, I want to underline that it was really very wet and not the fault of the host. If you come here with normal weather there won't be any problems.

I love the terrace and it’s so close to the beach. The owner is always available and very friendly. Also he has someone who help him with the apartment and there you see the Marokkon hospitable. It was my second time in the apartment and I will always come back.

SUPER. Frendly hous owner. First place in Marroco where internet was working perfect. TV. Youtube. Netflix... Very large kitchen with all possible tools.

The internal courtyard doors didn’t have locks and the couch was very hard and uncomfortable.

Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean, very well kept! We booked last minute and we were still welcomed punctually and with kindness. Very easy to communicate with property owner! No complaints at all!

Everything about this place was perfect. The location is fab. We arrived in a hire car and were able to park right outside. We arrived 2 hours early but were allowed in early. The place is spotless, very spacious for 2, and would easily accommodate 4. A very comfortable stay. Thank you 😊 🙏

We spent three weeks and booked many places in Morocco. This place had the only big screen with Netflix. And the Wi-Fi was good. Location was VERY near to the ocean. Essaouira is a compact city where you can find many restaurants and gyms. Medina is also very close

Essaouira is a dirty city, that we didn’t know. We spent a first week there and found out that Essaouira is not an exception regarding rubbish on the streets. We prefer Agadir more. The property was clean. You should not book this place for more than four people, because the sofa is VERY hard and terrible.

The property was in a perfect location that had everything we needed, including Netflix!! The apartment decor is very modern and the location is great just a stones throw away from the beach!
