סוויטת נגב מרווחת ונוחה מאד. ידידותית לחיות מחמד. צוות מסביר פנים ושירותי מאד כולל בקבוק יין שקבלנו לחדר.

צריך לתקן את שער העץ של היציאה החורית שקשה לפתוח ולסגור.

אהבתי את קבלת הפנים של המנהל פינקו אותנו במגדנייה של המלון הייתה תקלה בטלווזיה וישר טיפלו ושידרגו לחדר מפנק יותר שלא נחכה

אחד המלונות היפים והמיוחדים שלנתי בהן , העיצוב החצר הפנימית הניקיון והאחזקה חלום בתוך האנגר תעשייתי לשעבר .

מואר מאוד, צריך לדאוג שיהיה פה חושך מאוורר לא עובד

אין דלתות למקלחת, זה בעצם חדר אחד עם מקלחת בתוך החדר. זה ממש לא מלון, זה חדר תלוש בשום מקום. המחיר מאודדדדד יקר לחדר הזה. בנוסף ביקשתי מהבעלים סוזי חשבונית מתוקנת 3 פעמים. היא התעלמה ממניו ונראה שאפילו חסמה אותי בוואטסאפ מבלי לענות או להגיב

לא היתה ארוחת בוקר, באופן כללי לא הצלחתי ליצור קשר עם הצוות. למזלי בכניסה שלי היה מישהו שנתן לי מפתח, רציתי לבקש משהו לא ענו לי במספר הטלפון שקיבלתי ואפילו לא הצלחתי לעשות צ'ק אאוט, פשוט השארתי מפתח בחדר ויצאתי.

מיקום מרכזי , נפרד קרוב לחניה

רועש מאוד, הוונטה בשירותים לא יוצאת החוצה אלא מזרימה את האוויר לתוך החדר , יוצר ריח מאוד לא נעים וגם חוסר היגיינה. המנוע של המזגן של החדר הצמוד יושב על הקיר של המיטה , יש רעש בלתי נסבל בלילה

חדר לא מתוחזק .. הרבה בעיות.. חשיפה לרעש חיצןני

אין חלון שניתן לפתוח, למעט דלת היציאה לגינה

היחס בצ׳ק אין טעון שיפור אבל הבעיה המרכזית היא המחיר שלא תואם את התמורה. המקלחת מוצפת אחרי שימוש בודד ולא ניתן אחרי זה להיכנס אפילו לשירותים. החדר לא מתוחזק קומקום מלוכלך מיטת יחיד שהוספנו בתשלום הייתה לא ראויה. אפשר לשפר משמעותית את החוויה ועדיין לקחת חצי מחיר.

מלון בוטיק מאד חמוד במצפה רמון, יש חנות בגדים במתחם שאשתי מאד אהבה, נהננו מאד ונחזור שוב בקרוב

סוזי דאגה לחדר טוב , התקשרה כמה פעמים לדאוג שהכל בסדר.

המזרן לא היה נוח . ממליצה לשים כריות בגובה שונה( אחת גבוהה ואחת נמוכה)

חדרים מרווחים, מאובזרים, נעימים, מיקום חמוד בין פאבים ובתי קפה.

הדברים הגדולים היו טובים. היו דברים קטנים שהפריעו- ריח של רטיבות באחד החדרים, בחדר אחר חלון בתקרה ללא וילון שמכניס הרבה אור בבוקר.

רמת הנקיון לא משביעת רצון. מיטות הילדים לא היו נוחות

המזגן לא חימם לא היה לנו אינטרנט ולקח יותר משעה לטפל בתקלה אין אנשי שירות זמינים, צריך להתקשר לבחור שהוא כביכול האחראי אבל הוא לא ענה לטלפון כשהיה צריך אותו

המיקום של המלון היה מעולה המקלחת הייתה טובה

היה הבדל בין התמונות שהוצגו לפני שביצענו הזמנה לבין החדר שקיבלנו בפועל השירות של נציגי המלון לא היה מספיק טוב

חדר נחמד, רק שאין לו חלונות. רק דלת

אין נוף כשהמקום הוא באמצע המדבר היינו בשבת והוציאו את הפלטה שלנו מהחשמל ונשארנו בלי אפשרות לחמם את הארוחות

Its a nice room with a downstairs and an upstairs. upstairs you find the double bed, the mattress is comfortable, the sheets were clean. The single bed where my son was supposed to sleep has a very hard mattress, so my son slept with his father in the big bed, and i slept downstairs on the hard mattress. The location is actually in a nice place, with a very nice vibe. The bakery that belongs to the same owner has very tasty pastries.

Dirty towels. Its such a unpleasant situation to find yourself coming out of the shower and the towels you are supposed to use are dirty. If i knew i would have brought my own towels.

חבל שמאוורר התקרה לא מופרד מהתאורה בו, כלומר, אי אפשר לישון בלילה רק עם מאוורר כי אי אפשר לכבות את האור

סוזי המנהלת הייתה זמינה ומקסימה וינון היה נעים ונגיש ואמר שיהיה זמין לכל בקשה עוד אחזור בוודאות!

Staff was super nice and welcoming. The entrance is strange but cool (rooms close to the Man bakery cafe), and room was very clean and exactly as in pictures.

היינו בהפתעה בפתיחה של המגדנייה והייתה אווירה מיוחדת . המאפים היו טעימים .

מיקום מעולה, אנשים נחמדים, גם כשהיה חסר לנו מגבות הביאו לנו עוד. היה לנו כל מה שצריך, מקום יפה ונעים מומלץ

Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, la botella de vino de bienvenida, el jacuzzi.. y la ubicacion

El balcón podría estar más limpio, lo mismo el tapizado del sillón.

I arrived late at night a was received by a friendly staff member who showed me the room and the locale and also recommended an amazing restaurant named sumsumiya that I went to the next day. the room was perfect, very cosy and artfully decorated. I will definitely return to this little gem!

Definitely not worth the charge ! The pictures are obviously edited and do not reflect at all the actual setup. Appropriate for a middle school trip maybe.. .. extremely disappointed. Not recommended by far

We had a great vacation, the room was warm and cosy and the location was amazing! But what we liked the most is that the place is dog friendly :)

The pillows are terrible, Hair in the bath Not enough towels Not enough pillows No towel to wipe the water on the floor after taking a shower There is a smell of sewage in the entrance hall to the room

I was shocked that for 3000NS shekels the number was totally covered by dust ! Shame ! Pure shame on this hotel and their owners! Of course the bed was dirty with the rest of somebody’s hair. For almost thousand dollars there was to slippers ! No chair for baby (no chairs at all). The furniture was so dusty and it was old dust- like after each guest they even don’t have a thought to clean so the dust, fat spots, crumbs and hair are just collected!

It’s awful ! With all that I wrote above is adding that during my ordering nobody answered me in time in chat of hotel! Like they do some indulgence for me. The rare answer that I get was unclear ,so I need to write one more time to clarify and that stop answering at all!! Also the reception person was all the time ebsent! What is that? No support at all! Do I need to run after him all my journey? I came to rest and not to wait for reception guy! No tooth brush ,no sewing kit or any small things that can be needed for guest! Mud and dust like nobody even start to think wash the floor! And no slippers for guests!

The design of the room is nice. The room is large and equuiped with everything that i needed for my business stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a former industrial building. While the concept an execution are nice, one could have no idea that they are next to a hotel. There is no signage on the building, and we had to call the property for directions while we were parked just in front of it.

The room was big and located well, staff was really nice.

The only that bothered me was that the hot tub wasnt clean

The room was large, well decorated and clean. The staff at arrival wete friendly and very helpful.

The price was high and breakfast was served only from 9 am which is really late especially in an area where people go hiking and it is very hot. We had to leave at 8:30 so we didn’t get any breakfast.
