I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told there were no rooms available. Instead of honoring my reservation, the staff asked me to pay extra if I wanted a different room. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you have already received a booking confirmation. The staff were not helpful in resolving the situation and showed very little concern for the inconvenience caused. I had to contact customer support to file a complaint, but I’m still unsure whether any action has been taken. My experience was extremely disappointing. A confirmed booking should guarantee you a room, not leave you stranded or pressured into paying more. Based on my experience, I would advise other travelers to be cautious when booking this property, as even a confirmed reservation may not be honored.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025I booked the lake view room but it was not as good as it looks in the pic. You see the neighbors tin roof and everyone can look into the room. There is no privacy. The kitchen looked shady so I denied the breakfast they offered.

There is great roof terace with lake view, would love to see more furniture and some sun shield there!

Reviewed Mar 27, 2023The location was fantastic, and the beds are nice. The staff are ok but they couldn't understand English very well.
The bathroom was a nightmare. Not only was there no hot water in both mine and my friend's room on the second level, but the toilets block easily and flush once every half hour. They said they would fix it on the day but it never got fixed, and the solution was to use a bathroom on the bottom floor which was unoccupied. However, this was hours after being told the hot water would get fixed. Very conservative with toilet paper as well. On my first morning I got food poisoning from the breakfast (think it was the eggs) and was unwell for 3 days because of it. The rest of the food was average. To top off the visit, we couldn't pay with card and had to get cash out to pay for the stay. The manager cited fees, however if I'm using Booking.com I EXPECT CARD PAYMENT for the added convenience. Despite what the listing claims on Booking.com, this is NOT a 5-star hotel. It's scraping 3 stars, so unsure how that happened. Won't ever stay again and would recommend you don't either until they fix these glaring problems.
