Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The building and the apartment itself are very well maintained.
The stove looks like it needs replacement as the functionality was erratic: the first day we tried to cook, only 2 burners were working whereas suddenly the next day all (4) burners started working. Haven towers provided a portable electric burner. On the other hand, the couches need to be thoroughly cleaned as it produced an allergic reaction to my kids. Also, some of the corridors have strong cigarette smell

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026After three room changes during what was originally booked as a two-night stay, we could only tolerate staying for one night without a refund or compensation for the unused night. There was a strong smell of smoke in all the rooms, despite our request for a non-smoking room and receiving an "OK" confirmation from the staff before check-in. The rooms were not properly cleaned, towels were missing, a sinks was leaking, the furniture was old, and the bed sheets appeared old and worn. Parking was also limited.

At checkout receptionist asked for extra 30 BD, when we questioned him, he said it was a mistake. They keep your ID at reception for the entire stay. In this day and age with credit cards and stuff, that seems unnecessary. They can make a copy and not keep the original ID

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The room was clean except for the cookware.
Starting with the parking garage it has very steep ramps that will easily damage your car If you're not careful, there was absolutely zero security as anyone can access the garage from the street and the elevator in the garage goes up to the guest rooms directly. It's definitely worrisome when you're staying with a family. They also disabled any locks on the apartment doors to deadbolt lock or even a chain lock. All in all the sense of security in that place was poor. There's no pre-authorization option for credit cards for the security deposit you either have to leave your passport with the front desk or you pay a cash deposit. The air conditioning unit needs maintenance as it was creating too much noise.
