We searched for the nice place to visit Traunsee and Traunfall on weekends. We had a big group with 5 adults and 3 kids. First of all we were impressed how the owner organized all information in video and it was easy to understand all about house. The owner is wonderfully friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We were in love with design of rooms. Each room had own details that catched your attention. It was very warm in the house. Comfortable 2 bathrooms for such big group. Well-equipped kitchen with all what you need in it. Location was comfort for our purpose. Also wonderful to reach Attersee. It was in a quite village but not far from highway. We are thankful for our wonderful weekend. And strongly recommend this variant for accommodation for your holidays.

Small quiet village. The house is big with multiple rooms on each floor with shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner was very lovely and kind, he made sure the common spaces were cleaned everyday. We stayed as a family of 6 with 3 dogs. We brought our food, there was everything you need in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper) same goes for the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

The house is splendid and spacious, owner is very friendly. We had a great time, kitchens are equipped with everything you need and bedrooms are comfortable.

Our stay was wonderfull! Everything was even better than we expected. The room was cozy and warm even during the night. The common areas (bathrooms and kitchen) were well equipped (you could could pretty much everything and the bathrooms had even shower gel and body lotion). We will be definitely back if we are in the area!

Small parking area, I had the feeling that someone with bigger car like SUV can have some difficulties with manoeuvre.

Johann is a very kind host, the house is situated in a little village in pleasant rural enviroment surrounded with some other farms with nice neighbours in Austrian countryside not far from the beautiful Attersee and Mondsee where onf can make an excursion by car as to Bad Ischl as well hike around the lakes or in montains.

Johann is an awesome host! the place was comfy, and his hospitality made our stay top-notch. Really appreciated the local tips in broushers – they were spot on! Will definitely spread the word about your place. Looking forward to crashing at Gutshof again!

Unfortunately the bed and pillows were a disaster. We also didn't have any towels provided, sure it was a mistake, should've just asked but were to tired and used our own.

Welcoming owners, got treated very well, we even received some freshly harvested vegetables at the end of our stay. There is also a posibility to buy some basic products for making breakfast and cooking straight from the owners. Perfect location without noise, close to Attersee and Traunsee. We also went for some hiking which was relatively close. Great value for the price - we used the place mainly to rest and sleep as we went on trips all the time. Everything is clean, beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is free to use for everyone staying.

Very nice and clean place for our stay. The owners were very kind and made it possible for us to check-in late. Fresh fruits and vegetables were available and ready to eat if you’d like. Very close to Atersee (7mins drive) and very good wifi connection.
