Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The property was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed, as always when we stay in an apartment with this host. Aziz always provides a warm welcome and good communication, no matter the time of our arrival and ensures we have everything possible to make our stay a great experience. This apartment is conveniently located to cafes, restaurants, market and any supplies you could possibly need during your stay in Fes. We highly recommend all apartments with this wonderful host.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The location was exceptionally convenient for everything you could possibly need. The open market, grocery, spices, bread, coffee shops, restaurants were all in short walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and the air conditioning works excellent both in the bedroom and remainder of apartment to keep a comfortable temperature even in the summer heat. The washing machine and dryer are both in good working condition. We were also able to watch all the FIFA matches on the TV, in the comfort of an air-conditioned living room. We had everything needed for an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again any time I’m in Fes. Highly recommended. The host is wonderful, even when I’ve arrived late he has met me at 2 different apartments to provide keys and explanations regarding how all the appliances work - this has been extremely helpful and I appreciate his thoughtful ways and good communication.
Nothing. Everything was fine.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-organized, featuring a pleasant minimalist design. The host was remarkably kind, respectful, and honest, always eager to assist whenever possible.
The location is convenient, with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere and easy access to taxis, making it simple to explore the area. The apartment includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer, both of which function efficiently. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils, such as plates, cutlery, cups, and a pan, which are suitable for preparing simple meals. However, I often dined out, as there are numerous local takeaways and restaurants. For a special dining experience, I highly recommend visiting Grey Corner, accessible by taxi.
Additionally, the Glovo app is quite useful for ordering groceries and takeout from various restaurants if you prefer a night in. The apartment offers WiFi with speeds of approximately 10-15 Mbps, along with a TV featuring English channels and air conditioning for comfort.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its excellent value and the outstanding hospitality of the host. 9/10.
The shower experience could be improved, as the apartment is equipped with a small water heater tank. Hot water is available for approximately 10-15 minutes for the shower before it begins to cool down.
