Nous rentrons d’une semaine à Marrakech et avons séjourné dans ce Riad! Un vrai coup de cœur ! Tout était parfait, que ça soit la chambre, le confort de la literie, le calme, la cuisine et la gentillesse de Sabrine qui a été très attentive à nos demandes.

Um Riad agradável, simples.

Os quartos eram agradáveis mas com muita falta de privacidade, o pequeno almoço muito fraquinho, pedimos num dos dias se nos podiam servir o pequeno almoço um pouco mais cedo porque tínhamos um passeio cedo e foi nos negado. No dia de virmos embora a anfitriã foi pouco prestável, deixamos o quarto às 11h e o nosso vôo eram às 20h,um calor imenso e não nos foi emprestado um quarto para tomarmos um duche,quartos esses ( os nossos) até á nossa saída nem limpos ainda estavam,pedimos tolhas para tomarmos banho na piscina e até isso foi negado. Lamentável!!! Não recomendo.

Me gustó mucho te ríad porque es tal cual las fotos, es súper bonito y está muy bien cuidado, a pesar de que la entrada parece que da un poco de miedo, nada más cruzar la puerta, te das cuenta de que todo lo contrario y las habitaciones son super amplias y con bonita decoración. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado pero ni nos dimos cuenta porque lo resolvieron el mismo día. El desayuno fue espectacular, tenia muchisima variedad y nos ofrecieron incluso si queriamos algo más. También tenían una terraza espectacular para relajarse y tomar el sol. Nosotros contratamos el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y el chico que nos recogió fue súper amable, por no hablar del que nos recibió que fue un encanto y mientras hacíamos el check-in nos trajo unas galletas y dos botellas de agua. La cocinera y las chicas que nos atendieron el resto de días también súper agradables, atentas y un trato excelente. Uno de los días cenamos allí y los precios están genial además de que está todo buenísimo.

Lo único malo que podría decir es igual la ubicación que esta a unos 25/30 minutos andando de la plaza principal y en el camino se te acercan niños de la zona para que les des dinero (pero eso como en cualquier parte) y la distancia ya la comprobamos al ver la ubicación.

We felt very much at home at Akasia! Riad is true to pictures and very peaceful. Staff is super helpful and friendly and we really liked our host who was always around and available for any questions.

The location of the riad is the only downside. It is a bit far from Medina and the walk to it is not recommended so we had to take a taxi often.

Sa localisation. Elle est un peu lointaine du centre et son emplacement est assez mal ou pas indiqué. Le quartier est populaire et je sais qu’il pourrait inquiéter certains touristes.

L extérieur était bien . La chambre spatieuse Personnel agréable et les petits dejeuner sont trés bons

Les photos sur le site ne reflètaient pas notre chambre . La salle de bains présentait des moisissures. Un peu plus de mobilier/accessoires dans la chambre aurait été appréciable Localisation excentrée

Riad difficile a trouver.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce riad. Le personnel était très sympathique et disponible. Le personnel est vraiment accueillants, bienveillants et n’hésite pas à donner de précieux conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour et savoir comment réagir face à certaines situations. Le riad en lui-même est charmant et notre expérience globale reste positive. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux.

Cependant, l’emplacement peut être un point sensible, notamment le soir dans la médina. Il vaut mieux éviter de rentrer tard, car nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience a quelques rues du logement. Un homme a tenté de nous soutirer ce que nous avions dans nos poches et, face à notre refus, il s’est montré agressif verbalement envers mon conjoint, allant jusqu’à lui donner un coup de poing au visage. En criant pour alerter le voisinage, il a finalement pris la fuite. Prioriser les taxis pour aller dans le centre le soir ou pour revenir au Riad, le taxi qui vous récupère est un parking à deux trois rues du Riad, vous éviterez un nombre de de locaux qui tentent de vous intimider. Nous avons également ressenti un certain sentiment d’insécurité dans la médina(les alentours du Riad) où certaines personnes interpellent régulièrement les touristes en affirmant que la route est fermée, alors que ce n’est pas le cas, dans le but de les faire changer de chemin. Malgré ces mauvaises expériences humaines, cela n’enlève rien à la beauté de notre voyage ni à l’accueil chaleureux des Marocains en général, qui sont très sympathiques et hospitaliers. Ces incidents ne reflètent pas l’état d’esprit du pays, mais plutôt certaines situations isolées près du riad, qui peuvent malheureusement impacter l’expérience des voyageurs comme celle de la propriétaire, qui mérite d’être soulignée pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Le Riad est très beau et confortable, le personnel très sympathique et le déjeuner traditionnel sur la terrasse était délicieux!

Un peu loin des attraits principaux, environ 30 minutes de marche, avec une dédale de ruelles glauques pas très agréables à arpenter le soir. Ça peut être une bonne idée de revenir en taxi. Et ça pourrait être pratique d'avoir du savon, shampoo et serviettes pour les mains.

Mouicine nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et a été aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout notre séjour Ses petits déjeuners et sa cuisine sont extraordinaires Le riad est un véritable havre de paix où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison Le cadre est magnifique Nous y reviendrons dès que possible

Een prachtige Riad aan de rand van de Medina. Wij werden bij aankomt op de (dichtstbijzijnde parkeerplaats) persoonlijk opgehaald. Dat was erg fijn! Het was in het begin even wennen aan de chaos in het verkeer en hoe de Medina in elkaar zit, maar dat ging best snel. We hebben kennis gemaakt met een hele andere wereld en cultuur. Heel bijzonder! De Riad is prachtig met 2 mooie dakterrassen. Op het bovenste dakterras uitzicht op het Atlasgebergte. Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dank jullie wel voor het heerlijke verblijf 🙏🏻

Wij hadden 1 kamer geboekt met onze volwassen zoon. De slaapbank waar onze zoon op sliep was niet zo comfortabel. De kamer was verder groot genoeg. Vooraf nog geprobeerd een kamer bij te boeken, maar helaas geen beschikbaarheid. Dat was het enige minpuntje, maar daar hadden we zelf voor gekozen.

Service = persönlich und sehr angenehm Lage = am Rand der Altstadt ( nur 5 Minuten bis zu einem Parkplatz welcher auch für Touren als Startpunkt genutzt wird ) Ruhe = innerhalb des Riad sehr ruhig und entspannt Frühstück = frisch zubereitet bei gutem Wetter auf der Dachterrasse Zimmer = kein Luxus aber sauber & gepflegt Umgebung = sehr einfach und pulsierend

Un Riad precioso y con una limpieza inmejorable. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, acogedoras y completas. Se ubica a las afueras de la medina y en una calle sin apenas tránsito, por lo que se está muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Además, a menos de 5 minutos andando se encuentra un parking público donde poder puedes coger taxis y ser un punto de encuentro para la recogida de excursiones. Pero sobre todo, destacaría el trato inigualable de Mouhcine. Desde que llegamos ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros y nos ha tratado y ayudado como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida. De verdad, muchas gracias! Estoy seguro que volveremos a repetir!

La colazione seppur molto buona era sempre la stessa. La posizione dista circa 30 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.

Le riad est propre, le petit-déjeuner est bon

Nous avions demandé deux lits et nous avons eu un grand lit. Chaque matin, le propriétaire nous promettait de changer cela au cours de la journée, mais sans résultat. Un matin, à 8h30, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Le riad dispose d'une belle terrasse mais le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une salle au RDC, sur une grande table unique. Si l'on souhaite être tranquille le matin et ne pas discuter avec les autres clients, c'est raté. Enfin le riad est quand même très excentré, mais ça nous le savions en réservant.

De general manager Mouchine is onze vriend geworden. Hij stond altijd voor ons klaar, kookte heerlijk eten en vertelde ons alles over de Marokkaanse cultuur en Marrakech! Geweldige man die onze reis onvergetelijk heeft gemaakt.

Het is nogal gehorig doordat de kamers geen robuuste deuren en ramen hebben. Daarnaast hing er een beetje een luchtje in de badkamer en zou het fijn zijn om een sleutel te hebben van de voordeur voor als we laat op de avond op stap gingen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est vraiment adorable, très accueillant et toujours disponible. Le riad est exactement comme sur les photos — aucune mauvaise surprise, c’est même encore plus beau en vrai ! La décoration est magnifique, l’ambiance est apaisante et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, varié et copieux. Nous recommandons vraiment ce riad sans hésiter.

Petit point à savoir : il est situé en plein cœur de la médina, dans des ruelles assez étroites et sombres, ce qui peut surprendre au début, mais cela fait partie du charme et de l’authenticité du lieu.

Très beau séjour dans ce riad. Mhocine est très accueillant et attentif à ses clients. Le petit déjeuner marocain est délicieux. La chambre est spacieuse avec un grand lit, et le riad est très calme, idéal pour se reposer.

Riad AKASIA Abbiamo soggiornato in un riad meraviglioso, raffinato ed estremamente elegante. Mouhcine è stato gentilissimo, sempre positivo e sorridente, e si è dedicato anima e corpo al suo lavoro, rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e arredata con grande gusto, offrendo comfort e atmosfera tipica marocchina. La colazione era semplice, con piatti locali e ricca di delizie, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Abbiamo anche più volte cenato al riad, concordando in anticipo quello che volevamo mangiare, i piatti sempre gustosi, abbondanti e a prezzi davvero contenuti, un vero piacere per il palato senza svuotare il portafoglio. Il riad non si trova nel centro della Medina, ma a circa 10 minuti in auto. Lo abbiamo scelto proprio per questo motivo: non avremmo sopportato il caos del centro storico, e la posizione tranquilla è stata un vero vantaggio. Peccato esserci stati a gennaio, probabilmente periodo di bassa stagione, perché faceva troppo freddo per poter utilizzare la splendida piscina all’aperto, che sicuramente in primavera o estate dev’essere un vero gioiello. Consigliamo vivamente il Riad AKASIA a chiunque debba recarsi a Marrakech: esperienza autentica, servizio eccellente e atmosfera magica.

We had a wonderful time at Riad Akasia. In between the busy days exploring Marrakech, Riad Akasia felt like a place where we could come back to and really relax. We also had a good time with Mouccine, he’s a great host. We liked that the Riad is a but further from al the big chaos.

Le Riad est très beau, bien entretenu et surprenant, parce qu’on ne s’imagine pas un si bel endroit derrière la porte quand on se balade dans la rue. Ensuite on est merveilleusement accueilli par Mouhcine, une personne charmante, toujours prête à rendre service, adorable ! Nous avons aimé l’ambiance amicale et détendue qu’il règne dans ce Riad. Nous avons apprécié les moments de partage avec Mouhcine.D’ailleurs au niveau relationnel. je pense que vous ne pourriez pas mieux tomber, un vrai plus pour la réussite du séjour. En conclusion, très bon choix de Riad pour toutes ces raisons.

Il riad era molto bello e pulito. Altrettanto la stanza che conteneva tutto il necessario per stare bene. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il supporto di Mouhcine, il manger del riad, che si mostrato veramente di aiuto per le nostre richieste oltre ad essere una splendida persona e una buona compagnia. Ottima colazione ricca e gustosa. Il riad si trova dentro la medina e le attrazioni principali di Marrakech si possono raggiungere a piedi, camminando un po'. Quindi meglio avere scarpe comode.

Riad bellissimo con personale giovane, simpatico e molto disponibile. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata accolta e gestita in tempi brevissimi. Abbiamo ordinato al ristorante e abbiamo mangiato cucina tipica meravigliosa! Colazione molto buona!

Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Posizione della struttura molto comoda, in 30 minuti a piedi si arriva alla piazza principale. Colazione abbondante e buona. Riad esteticamente bello.

Le camere sono un po troppo minimal, mancano alcune comodità (ad esempio i comodini). Abbiamo avuto un problema con una camera dove non andava l’aria calda ma il personale si è prontamente adoperato per fornirci una stufetta.

La beauté du lieu, la gentillesse de Mouhissine, la cuisine de Sana. Le confort, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison

Un séjour tout simplement incroyable ! Le riad est magnifique, plein de charme. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme dans un cocon hors du temps. Mais le vrai trésor de ce lieu, c’est Mouhcine, l’hôte ! Incroyablement gentil, attentionné, toujours souriant 😄 Il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. On a adoré son accueil, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité. Une expérience humaine et authentique, remplie de beaux souvenirs. Un énorme coup de cœur pour le riad et pour Mouhcine. On recommande les yeux fermés et on reviendra, c’est sûr !

Le lit confortable.

Pas d’eau chaude passée une certaine heure si les habitants l’ont trop utilisé. J’ai vu le manager sourire une seule fois le jour de notre arrivée. Les serviettes sont tachées. Le Riad est tellement mal situé que les locaux ont qualifié l’emplacement de « poubelle, prison » Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux n’ayez pas une faim de loup.

Super accueil, Mohcine était vraiment exceptionnel et très à l’écoute de ses clients, on a passé un excellent séjour, on y mange très bien et le service est top

Joli riad au nord de la médina, au calme et confortable tout proche d'une porte pour les rdv taxis et transferts. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil très chaleureux et grande disponibilité de Mouhcine qui était présent tout au long du séjour : conseils, services, amabilité... Merci à lui!

Accès peu clair à l'arrivée -un panneau indicatif serait utile à l'entrée de la rue-. Éclairage principal de la chambre un peu cru. Un petit siège avec dossier y serait bienvenu.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, especially Maxim, he was so helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit, the breakfast is filling and tasty and the environment is beautiful, every main attraction in the city is in walkable distance and a place where they can pick you up by car is 5 minutes away so great location as well. Thank you for everything! I would 100% recommend this Riad.

Its a nice riad, recently renovated - great and helpful staff

The rooms are pretty basic with pretty much just bed and night stands. Can be nice to have a table to work , kettle in room and may be some hangers to hang your clothes ( some basic small stuff). Alos the location is a bit off if you are with a baby or limited mobility - you will require to use taxi to get to center or any restaurants

We had a great stay! Our room was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. The riad is in a quite area. Location is good, a few minutes away by car from anything needed like restaurants etc.

The cushions in the „lobby“ weren‘t clean.

We loved everything about the Riad. The staff were very helpful and looked after us, the room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing (we are vegan and veggie and they made us lovely food)

Beautiful riad 😍 our room was gorgeous and spacious. We loved sunbathing up on the roof sun loungers. The whole place felt really calm and peaceful. Everything was spotless clean. Staff were brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast too.

No complaints at all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location wasn’t the best but we loved wandering and exploring and taxis were really easy to get and cheap if we were going further than walking distance.

The Riad is amazing, really pretty place and everything is still really new. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is amazing and really helpful.

It’s quite a long walk to most of the attractions. Also the last couple of streets at night can fell a bit sketchy, not like unsafe but there are teens hanging on the streets that are saying that the street is closed. So don’t be fooled! 😊

Staff were great, Joselin was really attentive. Courtyard was lovely and there was a nice tented area on the rooftop for shade.

i like everything about the property. me and my sister stayed for 4 nights and have nothing bad to say. the staff were very lovely and accommodating, unfortunately i can’t remember their names but they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. the girl which you will see most days came to collect us from the nearby car park and showed us our room. - the breakfast is okay nothing to big but is enough to get your day started. - the property was is good condition and clean during our stay - the riad is max 4 mins from the car park, at first it looks like you will get lost but honestly is very easy to remember once you get shown the second time - the decor is very minimalist/ modern so if your in to that type of style, then you will like this place. - the riad is max 30 mins walk or less to the busier area of the medina, we walked it and to be honest it didn’t feel like a long walk, plus is literally just a straight way. - the riad to other popular places depends on which place you want to see, like the ysl garden is about 18 mins walk

a common thing that is being said in the review is the location. i think because the riad is new not many people know where it is. i recommend people to put the address of the car park J2V5+GMW el kharraja, Derb Abdelhamid, Marrakesh, 40000 ( which we used when we ordered taxis or got picked up for activities ). or contact the riad they should help.

The riad is very beautiful, loved it. Clean and essential. Nice hospitality from staff Fatima and Abdul. Very quiet area.

It was not easy to find for the drives as it's new not very well known. They should infom client the name of the closest drop off point. So when coming from airport could be easier. No answer on the phone provided so lost more than one hour to reach riad. Air drier should be provided, and on cold mornings breakfast should be inside. A bit far from main square and marked, but with 30 minutes walk and Google map you can get there

The Riad was perfect. It was just gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. We thought at first that it was fake because how perfect it looked like in the pictures, but then we saw it with our own eyes and it was just like in the pictures and just as good as the reviewes say. It was a perfect break from the busy city of Marrakech and we felt very safe. The workers at the riad made our stay wonderful with fresh breakfast everyday. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming people. Me and my boyfriend loved our stay and would recomend for everyone especially for couples who like to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing couple of days.

We had trouble finding the location of the Riad in the medina. Ps do not trust any boys who want to show you the way to the riad you are staying at, they will scam you.

It is what it is as shown on the pictures, in fact it is even prettier in person. We’re given a sweet mint tea as a welcome drink, which is soo good. The staff are nice and very accommodating, shout out to Abdul, Sabine and the lovely kitchen lady! They clean the room and change the towels everyday! They even gave us a fruit basket and 2pcs kitkats on our 2nd day. The breakfast is really good and filling, freshly brewed coffee and squeezed oranges everyday! Our room has direct access to the rooftop which has a “berber” tent which we liked.

Well, arriving late at night isnt a good idea. Our flight was delayed for almost 3hrs hence arriving in Marrakesh at almost midnight. The taxi company at the airport had a hard time looking for Riad Akasia, almost impossible to look for it in google maps too. The Riad is new. It is inside the Medina t, which unfortunately there are streets where car cant pass thru. From where we’re drop off we had to walk a long way to which may feel like unsafe place as it is unfamiliar to be fair. Theres a shorter and faster way from the main road, which we found out the next day. It is best to call the hotel first before your flight to arrange maybe a transport directly with them, as they can do it for you thats what we did going back home. The transport to the hotel we paid only 200dirhams, which way cheaper than what we paid for the taxi from the airport.

The interior design was minimalistic and very nice. The Riad was quiet and located in an authentic neighborhood, 20mins away from the busy Medina. The staff was very kind & helpful.

The Riad doesn’t show up on Google maps, nor on any other map, which made it difficult for drivers to find. Also the provided Telefone number was either occupied or nobody picked up, so the communication with the manager/receptionist was not the best. Pin your location to find your way back.

We stayed 2 nights in Riad Akasia, it was exceptionally clean, all new, the beds were super comfy. Sabrine was making sure to help us in every way - from printing our tickets, helping me recommend where to eat...It is a new riad and I believe they will be very successful thanks to young Sabrine. Thanks and all the best Sabrine and mum ❤️

We liked the stay at this riad, it’s amazing by keep the cultural heritage & adding some touches of modernity. Also the staff were so kind & helpful. I recommend & for sure I will be back another time.

This riad was amazing, very clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. The location was perfect and I personally felt very safe walking to and from the road with my young son. Abdo kindly walked us to our pick up locations for day trips early in the morning. Sabrine, Abdo, and the lady who I mostly seen in the kitchen (apologies I don’t know her name) were all incredibly kind and welcoming! We will definitely be returning sometime soon

The pool was very cold so we couldn’t swim, but I think that’s common Morocco. Was my mistake not doing more research
