החדר שלנו היה על הבריכה , ״פרימיום״ הוספתי עוד כסף רב במקום על החדר הזה כי מסתבר שמה שמראים לכם בתמונות בבוקינג לא תואם את החדר שתקבלו בפועל , היה רעש ברמה לא סבירה אי אפשר היה לנוח בכל שעות היום , היה לי ג׳וק מת בחדר על הרצפה , אין מגהץ

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026החדר - נקי מאוד ומסודר. אין תלונות. מעליות זמינות חנייה - היתה חנייה בחינם. חדר אוכל לא עמוס ועם נוף לכנרת.
בריכה - בשיא העונה נפתחת בשעה 10:00 ונסגרת בשעה 18:00. זה אומר שמי שמגיע ללילה, יכול להנות מהבריכה בקושי 4 שעות (15:00-18:00 ו-10:00-11:00). רמת הניקיון בבריכה לא משהו. אספנו כמה פחיות בירה וכוסות חד"פ. אינטרנט אלחוטי - גרוע ביותר. לא הצליח לסחוב נטפליקס. ארוחת בוקר - פשוטה, לא ניכרת השקעה. ניקיון שטחים ציבוריים - בלובי הכניסה למלון מאוד נקי. בקומות עצמם קצת פחות. חדר כושר - תחזוקה ירודה של המכשירים. השתמשתי בהליכון, היה פשוט נורא.

שארוחת ערב במלון נורא יקרה. וארוחת בוקר יחסית הייתה בסדר גמור רק קצת לשים לב שקראסונים ועוגות יהיו פחות יבשים. אבל כעיקרון לא הייה חסר כלום בארוחת בוקר

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Отличный , не большой отель , расположение хорошее , вид из окна номера на море прекрасен , лучше всего ехать в будние дни, людей практически нет , бассейн очень хороший, особенно прекрасная музыка у бассейна, и спасатель - смотритель, мужчина тоже был хорошим человеком!
Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция, но это во всех отелях так , если есть шумные люди рядом , то будет тяжело , на всякий случай берите с собой затычки для ушей !

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026I loved everything about this amazing hotel. I had the most amazing view of the Sea of Galilee. The room was so luxurious, one of the finest rooms I have ever experienced. The staff was kind and spoke great English and knew many things about what I wanted to experience here in this area.
The restaurant for dinner was closed , yet it is the not the season for full capacity. I understand.

Some staff were not overly friendly. The fitness center is in a poor state, requested immediate maintenance. A minimal Breakfast service was provided on the first day due to lack of guests. Second day breakfast was ok. The pool was closed due to the season.

סביבה הבריכה היה תמיד מלוכלך ומבולגן. אוכל שלא אספו, אורחים שחוסמים את המעברים עם המיטות שיזוף והדברים שלהם, נתנו לאורחים לקחת קוביות קרח מקערה משותפת עם הידיים.

Met een mooi zwembad en fine ligstoelen om te zonnebaden Goed onderhouden voor een hotel van meer dan 45 jaar oud. Je komt er graag terug, zo hebben we ervaren. De kamers zijn ruim. Tip: maak praatjes met personeel in de receptie en restaurant en je hebt snel een fijne relatie waar je veel aan hebt tijdens je verblijf.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025We stayed in the Premium rooms as a free upgrade from the standard rooms. Wonderful welcome from manager Mirjam, who was so lovely and helpful. The pool area is excellent and the view is stunning. The view noted so parts of the hotel are refurbished to a really good standard.
Breakfast for a bit average but good enough for a light bite. And like most hotels there are never enough towels in the room.
