Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Comfortable beds, great air conditioner in the bedrooms, very comfortable bathroom area inclusing shower, good size lounge and kitchen area with all necessary utensils. Wifi was very stable. Location was only 5-10 mins uber/taxi away from Go Bus station. The Host (Ahmed) answered all my queries promptly and was very kind and helpful.
Some people might like 1) air conditioning in the lounge as opposed to a slow speed fan and also 2) a tv in the property. Also, when I arrived at the property in the 1 hour range I said I would, there wasn't anybody to greet me. It was only the kindness of a stranger who let me in the building and then messaged somebody to come down and give me the keys to the apartment, etc.

Aucune information a notre arrivé. Impossible de se servir de l'ascenseur pour aller sur le toit, apparemment c'était possible mais personne ne nous a rien expliqué, comme pour tout le reste. Air conditionné seulement dans une douche. Deux feuilles de papier WC a notre arrivé et presque pas de savon ménager. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas meme un coteau qui coupe.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Wir hatten die Wohnung nur für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp gebucht. Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Der Gastgeber Ahmed hat uns früh morgens empfangen, da unser Flug sehr sehr ankam. Er hat unserem Fahrer auch telefonisch geholfen, den genauen Standort im Dunkeln zu finden. Ahmed ist ein liebenswerter Mensch. Er ist Tauchlehrer und hat uns für einen fairen Preis zum Schnorcheln an zwei wirklich schöne Riffs mitgenommen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Vielen Dank Ahmed für diesen wundervollen Tag!

Ahmed est une personne très gentille et serviable. On a pu partir avec lui pour une très belle journée plongée ( mention spéciale à Arianne notre monitrice), à un super prix. Je recommande à 100%

Reviewed Dec 12, 2023Loved that this was in a small local community. Very close to the main street that has cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. We came to dive and our dive center was a very close walk. Furthermore, Ahmed was very kind in arranging taxis, answering our questions and giving his suggestions. Would come back!
Wifi wasn't great and had to hot spot for work. However, this wasn't Ahmed's fault, this seemed to be happening all over town.

Cheap and good location to reach Soma Bay (one of the best coral reef of the Red Sea) by taxi or Uber for 100-120 Egyptian pounds, and avoid a stay in an expensive resort.
