Sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Hotel, morgens spielt die Orgel zum Frühstück, am Nachmittag manchmal Klavier- Violinenkonzerte. Das japanisches Frühstück ist eine Augenweide!!!! Große Zimmer und nah am Bahnhof

We stayed for two nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent and very welcoming, featuring complimentary snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and tea from 12:00 PM to midnight (including soba noodles as a late-evening snack). The room and beds were very comfortable, the onsen was pleasant, and the location is highly convenient—just a few minutes' walk from the train station, shopping malls, and restaurants. We highly recommend it.

1. 脱衣所のドライヤーの数が少ないので、入浴後、けっこう待つので子連れは混み合わない時間帯に入浴が必要。 2. ピアノ演奏してない時間帯、少しでもいいのでバッハやクラシック系弾ける方限定でもいいので、ピアノを弾かせてもらえたら嬉しかった。子供が練習したいとお願いしに行ったがだめでした。 3.何度か宿泊してるのですが、まだ一度も朝食予約できてないのでまたきたいと思います。

三井のリパークの立体駐車場と建物が繋がっており、駐車場からホテルの移動中も雨に濡れずにすみました。

やはりグランバッハというくらいなのでピアノや音楽が充実しており清潔で安らげるホテルでした。

エレベーターが2機ありましたが、まあ来ない、まあ遅い！ ボタンが反応しているのか確かめる位遅く、とてもイライラしました。

Very comfortable hotel, clean and staff were great. Even has a 7/11 below it which is extremely handy. Have a laundry on the top level helped. Would definitely recommend

It's definitely not a deal breaker and I would stay again but the lifts take a while. Also, you can't use the tea and coffee amenities during the breakfast service if you haven't paid for breakfast, which is fine. I don't eat breakfast, just wanted a coffee but 7/11 is just down stairs.

沢山ありますが、 １階のホテル入場口のアロマの香りで癒され、 ウェルカムドリンクの種類が多めで、 部屋からのシティービューも見事なものでした。 夜のピアノの演奏など、 嬉しいことが沢山なホテルでした。 細かく言うと部屋の洗面台の高さが、個人的にはGoodでした。(他のホテルに比べ、高さがあるのが良い) 今回の旅では、大浴場の利用と、ホテル朝食は利用なしでした。

特にありませんでしたが、 強いて言えば、 14階でしたが、窓の近くから隣のお部屋の声が聞こえてきたので、 滞在中は、こちらも声やテレビのボリュームには普段よりも気を使いました。

Niet zo praktisch voor fietsreizigers. Fietsen mogen naar binnen maar moeten dan in een hoes. Eerder inchecken is duur. Snacks vielen tegen. De late night is ook echt pas om 21.30. Wat er verder stond waren nootjes. Maar goed daar kom je niet voor. Echt kleine kamer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das Thema Bach ist überall erkennbar. Die Zimmer sind typisch für Japan etwas kleiner, aber trotzdem sehr schön und modern.ab nachmittags und abends gibt es in der Lobby Getränke und Snacks gratis und abends sogar einen Mitternachtssnack. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel, Onsen und direkt im Erdgeschoss ein 7Eleven. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar.

部屋がきれいで、大浴場もあり満足。 スタッフの対応もよかったです。

コンサート会場に近く、お部屋が綺麗で清潔でした。 スマートフォンがつなげるスピーカーがお部屋にあって快適でした。

おやつやお夜食、楽器の生演奏が朝も夜もあること。 駅からすぐの立地が最高。 専用ではないけどビルの裏手からはいれるパーキングがあること。

周辺の駐車場の案内があればもっとよいかも。 周辺の観光パンフなどがお部屋やフロントにあったらよかった。

Kamers zijn relatief klein als je met meer bagage reist.

Location, very close to station and good restaurants, excellent service and superb Japanese breakfast. Nice Onsen and washing possibility. Twin room is very spacious. Very professional and friendly staff. Lock system for the luggage works perfectly!

If I had to say something that may need to be refreshed, maybe it would be the curtains, just for blocking a little more light.

The check in process seemed unnecessarily complicated

The hotel is very nice, conveniently located close to the train station. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were slightly bigger than in other hotels. There is a coin laundry available. They are playing live music at the reception and there were complimentary refreshments from 3pm.

There is no parking, but plenty of paid parkings around.

The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping team. They did an outstanding job every day, keeping our room spotless and beautifully presented. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail—it made our stay so comfortable. A special thank you as well to the wonderful pianist. 💜💚🤍🩷❤️ Your beautiful performances made our stay even more memorable. Our little boy is learning to play the piano, and he was truly moved and inspired by your performances. As a family of music lovers, our hearts were full, and listening to you each day was a genuine highlight of our stay. It was a very luxurious-feeling hotel at a reasonable price point. The staff were amazing and the location was top-notch.

The small loveseat in the room was rather uncomfortable after a day of walking around the city.

有下午茶有宵夜，連續住了兩天東西還有變化，真的很用心！ 這次沒有買早餐的組合，沒能吃到早餐很可惜！ 樓下就有便利店很方便！

大浴場がとても清潔でした。リファのドライヤーがよかった。 ロビーで飲み物サービスがあり、とてもくつろげました。今なかなかそういうホテルがないので嬉しかったです。

Wir waren von diesem Hotel begeistert. Die Lage ist optimal, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend, die Betten bequem und das Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse durchaus geräumig. Der Onsen war sehr schön ausgestatten und nachmittags gibt es immer einen kleinen Snack, den man mit Kaffee oder Tee bei wunderbarer Livemusik in der Lounge genießen kann. Wir hatten auch das Frühstück dazugebucht, das wirklich exzellent war und das wir bei Orgel- oder Flötenmusik serviert bekamen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für ein Hotel, das jedem Musikliebhaber gefallen wird!

朝食の写真で選びましたが、お部屋もとても綺麗で、生演奏もあり、日頃を離れたなぁと感じました。友達と2人旅で荷物の置き場なども困る事なく、楽しく過ごせました。

夜に火災警報器がなりましたが、英語で最終説明があっただけで、大丈夫だったんだろうなぁと思いましたが、日本語でもあったら良かったです。

Very well located hotel with modern & pointed facilities. Free snacks & coffee & juice in the afternoons & evenings. Very good hot bath like an Onsen setting on the top floor. Drip coffee in the room with other useful amenities. Our twin room had a couch. Comfortable room & very friendly & helpful staff. Loved the classical music entertainment in the evening. A truly Bach experience. Close by, walking to restaurants, shops & bakery.

Maybe place more than two tea & coffee bags in the room. It will be nice to have more coffee in the morning.

Stayed here a second time during a repeat visit to Sendai. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are well designed and quiet. There are small touches which make the hotel feel more luxurious than the price would indicate, such as a lovely lounge area with free drinks throughout the day and live music played during meal times. Breakfast was superb, with choice of Japanese, Western or curry option. We had the Japanese breakfast twice which was excellent and slightly different each morning, which added variety. The curry option was also delicious. The breakfast was actually part of the reason we chose this hotel when returning to Sendai

The room was a little smaller than our previous stay, but this is mainly due to the increased cost meaning we had to choose a more economical option. (there was baseball and a major festival happening during our stay).

Our room was very comfortable and kept nice and clean. The hotel is a nice easy walk from Sendai station, there’s plenty of convenience stores around including a 7-11 in the ground floor which is helpful for getting cash out in the mornings. There’s also plenty of nice restaurants very nearby. The rooms have smart TVs with streaming apps available to log into.

There aren’t separate lifts between the ground floor and the lobby and the lobby and the rooms, because the lobby is on the 7th floor this can mean you are waiting for a lift for a considerable amount of time. Several times I was waiting for 4-5 minutes for a lift between the laundry room and our room which was only two floors below.

Location, clean and comfortable

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. It was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Our children found the space welcoming and enjoyed the extra sofa area. The large window was great for people watching and the lounge service was always a nice treat when we were arriving or leaving the hotel for the day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the live music every day.

The hotel was a bit further than we expected from the station, but overall, not very far unless you have tired kids. Sometimes, the elevator wait was a bit long, but it can't be helped.

Very warm welcome on arrival, our suitcases were wet from walking in the rain and staff member wiped them down for us. Smaller size room but very comfortable. Super comfy bed and pillows and lovely thread count bed linen, and very fluffy towels. A pianist plays in the lounge area where free coffee, tea, and juices and Japanese sweets are available in the afternoon. Would stay again and also recommend if you are visiting Sendai. It was only a short walk from the station too.

The room has a very bad layout and too cramped . The breakfast is limited to only 2 choices Japanese and western with no option for alternates vegetarian/vegan etc no cereals , no eggs to serve just a boiled egg . Worst still is that it needs to pre ordered at check in for specific timings. This was not mentioned at time of room booking and if known money can be saved as plenty of alternate choices around .

lo lindo y bien decorado, en el piso 7 está la recepción y el lobby donde todos los días te ofrecen sin costo diferentes tipos de tés, cafés, jugos y acompañamientos dulces hasta las 7:00 pm y diferentes nuts después de las 7:00 pm y tanto en el desayuno y en las tardes hay una pianista tocando en vivo y también la flauta, realmente un hotel totalmente diferente a lo conocido

El desayuno, ya que las 3 opciones que te ofrecen son un poco pesadas para desayunar, son menús hechos y no puedes cambiarlos, incluso uno de los 3 es un curry
