Reviewed Feb 9, 2026What was depicted on the web is what you get, very tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable, private and quiet. Braai facilities plus outdoor table and chairs added to the enjoyment. It was a very pleasant stay in a very safe environment. We extend our sincere thanks to the hosts, whom we did not have the pleasure to meet.
Perhaps add an additional side table in the bedrooms so that there is the opportunity for both persons to read a book while in bed at night.

The host was warm and friendly, which really made our stay enjoyable. I would certainly return and recommend this place to other visitors. Badkamers waren heel vochtig, na het douchen was alles zeik nat, zelfs de wc papier. Het was zo vochtig dat de handdoeken na één keer douchen nooit meer droog waren.

The place was just a bit cold, making it a bit unpleasant to sit in the lounge. Perhaps a gas heater would do a great job.

1. House is so cold. There is only one small portable heater which is not working very well. 2. Inside house is much colder than outside. The tiles floor is killing us. 3. Found many milipedes roaming on the flloor. 4. Located deep inside the gated housing area. Difficult to find End up we cut short our stay by one night.

The mold and damp growing in the first bedroom was just not acceptable for renting accommodation, if this could be attended to it would be perfect accommodation. Not as private as I hoped with the hosts children hanging out the neighboring window while outside.

Hard to sleep in - no curtains or blinds on the small windows. Noisy road just behind the property. Mo toaster.

Go prepared for self catering, otherwise you have to drive back out etc. Very nice little garden braai area, sadly not enough time to enjoy this.
The bathrooms have silly concertina-style doors - they do not shut properly and are paper thin.
