C’est un super homestay quand vous êtes de passage à Sorong, c’est propre, proche de l’aéroport et du port, il y’a des équipements comme frigo, bouilloire… et le personnel est très gentil !

Très réactif par message. Ils proposent un service de transfert aéroport/port très efficace, à bon prix et ponctuel. Douche chaude avec bon débit. Logement très propre. Hôtes très sympathiques.

Logement impeccable, propre. Literie confortable. Idéalement situé, à 15 minutes en voiture du port et 15 minutes à pied de l'aéroport. L'hébergement comprend un petit espace cuisine tout équipé.

Solo estuvimos una noche, tiene lo necesario, todo correcto. Está céntrico y el personal es muy amable.

Die Lage war optimal, Nähe zum Flughafen, aber auch zu den Malls. Das Zimmer war mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet und auch eine kUchenzeile war vorhanden

Verbesserungsvorschläge: um die Küche gut nutzen zu können, fehlt ein scharfes Messer )kann man sich aber auch beim Besitzer ausleihen). Das Bad hat sehr penetrant nach Putzmittel gerochen, so dass man gerne das Bad gelüftet hätte. Etwas weniger wäre besser!

チェックイン時間に到着したけど、ゲートが閉まっていて看板も見つからずにこの場所で合っているのか不安でした。 （タクシーの運転手が場所を知っていたので、ゲートを開けてくれました） オーナーはおらず、娘さん？から設備などの説明がありました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預けはオーナーが出掛けてしまうと預けることが出来なくなります。

Es un buen lugar para una noche, es cerca del puerto y del aeropuerto, lo cual hace cómodos y baratos los viajes. El lugar está bien acorde a su precio.

Although strategically near the airport and not far from the ferry port, the homestay is situated in a local neighbourhood relatively far away from restaurants or bigger shops (there is a small, basic supermarket around the corner though).

Absolute aanrader. Vriendelijke Anitha heeft ons goed geholpen. Onze vlucht naar Sorong was vervroegd naar de zeer vroege ochtend waardoor we al ruimschoots voor inchecktijd arriveerden . Maar vroege incheck in GG Homestay was geen probleem. We werden zelfs opgehaald van het vliegveld. Mooie kamer met leuke tuin, fijn voor avond.

We stayed here for just one night before our flight and it met our expectations. The room was clean and practically furnished, including a kettle and a stovetop. The house is fenced, so we felt very safe there. The accommodation is about a 5-minute drive from the airport (outside of rush hour).

This is an ideal place to stay between arriving in Sorong, and leavng for Raja Ampat (Waisai). It is very clean and quiet, and the owner can arrange transport to/from the airport or port. It is halfway between the airport and port. Only about a 7 minute drive from the airport. I stayed here twice.

This is a great place to stay..very clean and comfortable. And you can even walk there from the Sorong airport - I did. It takes 25 minutes. Or you can also walk out of the airport and take a yellow van for just 7000 rupiah. This place also offers transfers to the airport or the port for about $4 US.

There is a rooster nearby, but he was quiet all night until about 5 AM.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Homestay in Flughafennähe. Es gibt Wlan, eine AC, Warmwasser und sogar einen Wasserkocher und das wichtigste Geschirr. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die InhaberInnen sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Garten, der mittels Tor verriegelbar ist.

The electricity kept tripping out so the Aircon turned off multiple times in the night. I had to reset the fuse box outside of the bedroom in the middle of the night to turn it back on multiple times

Super homestay pour une nuit (ou plus!) après Raja Ampat. La propriétaire est aux petits soins, elle nous a préparé des biscuits pour célébrer Noël avec des canettes de Coca-Cola. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Le quartier est ok et proche de l'aéroport. C'est parfait pour une nuit de transit !

5 minutes from the airport - perfect location for early arrival/departure, pickup by dive operators, and exploration of Sorong. Prompt response from the admin/owner when I asked for an earlier airport transfer and check-in, especially after a red-eye flight - much appreciated!

No fault of the property - it seems most hotels/guesthouses are subjected to this same noise disturbance. It wasn't the daily prayers; it was more like loud event/party music blasting off speakers. Additionally, there was a rooster near GG Homestay which crowed almost throughout the day.

If you need to spend the night in Sorong before or after a flight and don't feel the need to pay for the nice hotels, this is the place to go. Everything is clean and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The room has everything you need for a short stay, including drinking water and a kettle for tea and coffee. There are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood or you can order and eat in the garden too.

Super nice hosts. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable room. There was even a little kitchenette if you want to make your own breakfast/dinner/snacks with a burner, pot/pan and dishes for two people. A/C worked great, bed was comfy, drinking water dispenser in the room. Lots of places to hang/store clothes and gear. They also offer a very reasonably priced shuttle service to the airport, they took us at 6:30am for our 8am flight! A short 1 minute walk up the alley and there's a few small restaurant and corner store options for food or snacks. The location felt safe and off the main roads. Highly recommend.

GG Homestay provided us with a comfortable and convenient base before and after a Liveaboard trip. It was clean, comfortable, in a safe area and I would recommend staying here. The owners were very accommodating with our request to check in early and were kind enough to help out with a taxi to the airport. Thank you 🙏🏻

Room with AC and what you need for a single night's stay and for a good price. Feels safe. The little girl who checked me in was very sweet. The hosts left some fruit for me outside the door in the morning which was very sweet, thank you!

Might have been that I was just very tired from the travel, but walking around the area trying to find food was not the most pleasant experience, a lot of traffic and felt a bit chaotic. I ended up taking a GoJek to a restaurant in the end, which was fine. Also didn't meet the hosts and all in all it was a bit of an isolating night, but again the room was absolutely fine. It's a decent stay at a really good price, but personally I've chosen other locations for my stays in Sorong.

They messaged me the evening before while I was still on the islands saying I should cancel because they overbooked. It’s impossible to find something ok-ish the night before especially if you have no good internet, then we agreed I have to check out at 7:30am. You won’t be able to sleep after 4 because there’s a mosque next door /street which is incredibly loud and won’t stop until after one hour or so and then the rooster start screaming. There’s small wholes as windows up close to the roof in the wall so you literally hear everything despite earplugs being provided. Also waited for a while outside until someone let me in so thankfully I could call them on WhatsApp Really friendly but the noise from the mosque is just too much and also the overbooking situation

Наша команды заняла обе комнаты, в которых было все необходимое для ночевки перед вылетом из Соронга. Чистые и удобные кровати, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Кондиционер совершенно не шумный, отлично справлялся с охлаждением. Все было очень комфортно и уютно.

Душ в ванной комнате никак не отделен от туалета. Рядом находится мечеть.

The hosts are very friendly, also offer pickup and drop off from airport or harbour for 60k IDR. A bit pricier than Grab but worth the hassle free experience. The property is well taken care of. The room is on the ground floor, but it is located inside a gates area with barbed wire so it's reasonably safe. A hair drier is available upon request free of charge. The family was very friendly and nice

Unfortunately, the property is located close to a mosque that blasts very loud prayers multiple times a day. I was woken up by the Fajr prayer at 4.15am and was not able to sleep after that. The prayer went on for about 30 minutes and after that the roosters started singing. The windows are not sound proof so if you're a light sleeper you will get woken up by the morning prayer. Unfortunately this is outside the host's control (except perhaps improving the sound proofing, but that would be expensive and not in line with the price charged by the host).

Apartamento muy cuidado y tranquilo. Tenía wifi, agua caliente, aire acondicionado y cocina. Estuvimos muy a gusto y la propietaria fue muy amable y atenta. Está cerca del aeropuerto.

Die Besitzerin des Homestay war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet, bequem und sauber. Die kleine Küche darin war super um sich selbst ein Frühstück zu machen und wir hatten genug Platz.
