Staff was never at the front desk. We waited 30 mins to check in. When I call the general manager he kept lying about his eta to the hotel for our check in

Location is closer for all public transportation. Coffee shop is next building so it was very convenient Walking distance for market to test most of street food If your military members it’s walking distance to Osan air base to shopping BX or Commissary thing that you may forget to pack…… olive young , Tony moly cosmetics shop is in same street only take about 1-2 minutes walking distance from hotel Korean BBQ restaurant is also same street also so Yes it’s very convenient Walking for everything

I do not recommend to open the window( I booked with street view) there isn’t any view to see street only thing you will see is dirty side of next building….. unless you book with balcony than you have street view any other room have no city view……. Most of time there isn’t anyone at front desk ( owner who does front desk check in , out not a employee

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place is incredibly run down and clearly hasn’t seen any real maintenance in years. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was how dirty everything was. We requested a clean up and to change the sheets and the sheets had visible blood stains on them, which was completely unacceptable. I immediately contacted the front desk, but they offered no apology or even an alternative. The bathroom was no better, with grime and mildew in the corners and on the fixtures. The walls and furniture were covered in dust, and the overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unclean. I couldn’t bring myself to relax or even feel safe in the space. It’s clear that this hotel isn’t prioritizing guest comfort or cleanliness, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It’s not worth the money, and it’s truly disappointing to see such a neglected establishment still in operation.

It does not live up to the Brown Dot franchise standards. We booked it because of the name but it was way below par.

Convenient to where all food and shopping. Also right outside OSAN airbase for ease of getting to US amenities

Had to pay extra 10,000 won on arrival for the "premium" balcony facing the walking path, if not we would have a balcony and need to see an alley way. If the place required to pay even extra for a better balcony they should offer another price to pick from.

Property was in the perfection location for those seeking shopping or nightlife within the SED area.

The bed was absolutely AWFUL to sleep on. Unless you prefer a FIRM mattress.. as in a literal brick consider other hotel options.

I love that it had heated floor and toilet seat. And the bidet was amazing. The bed was firm but, comfortable. If you needed anything during your stay, including contact lens case, they had it. The café was next door. Location: It was on a strip, so, many 'things to do' were right there in walking distance. Shopping, eating, self care, phone service, clubbing... all right there.

There was no complimentary breakfast. It was more like a very clean motel than a hotel.

Paid parking just around the corner. Check in went smooth. We all got a bag with care needs. The room was spacious. Wifi worked well. Double windows kept the noise outside.

Location was good. And the hotel is clean. Right next door to a coffee shop.

Rooms are a little small to hang out in so maybe not ideal for long stays. My family stayed in the hotel while I went to work. So if you are planning to do the same. I would book the bigger rooms.
