Because of its former usage, the place was very spacious and easy to clean. Therefore very clean! The staff was very friendly and reacted fast, I called after booking and they sent me an email right away with the keycode and room number. It is a former senior residency and the place is now owned by a group of local people that want to preserve the place. Very quiet and good beds. I slept like a baby. If one wants a double bed it is easy to put the two single beds next to each other. The shower is large and has good waterflow. Kitchen suitably stocked with 2 sets of cutlery and dishes. Nice area outside too.

It was not possible to shut off the air condition, so that sound was running all night. But after accepting that that goes in line with the norwegian building code, I slept undisturbed by the sound.

Ideális tranzit szálláshely. Patyolat tisztaság, jó felszereltség, szép, csendes környezet.

Die Umgebung und alles, was man braucht in einem, eigenen abgeschlossenen Raum zu haben (Dusche, Bad, Wohnen, Küche, Essen). Große Veranda für Aufenthalt zum Kaffeetrinken gefiel uns. Gute Alternative zu Camping-Hütten. Coop fußläufig - das war auch super!

Der Aufenthaltsraum wurde gleichzeitig großflächig zur Wäschetrocknung genutzt. Das war deshalb nicht wirklich gemütlich. Haben wir darum auch gar nicht genutzt. Eine Anleitung zur Nutzung des TVs wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Old house, ex Hotel ?? Empty....

Location. A bit remote but nice.

This is a hostel. Not a hotel or motel. More for young. Beds are less than single size and foot to foot. I asked why it was so, and the fact there was no Seaview. My wife is 64 and I am73 years old. Yet had no e Affect On the receptionist that that caused us to carry our luggage 3 flights. When asking for a different room, stated it was not possible because they were cleaning the rooms. We did not see one person or one car in the parking areas. Hence, doubt that this was true. The cost was lower than other hotels at CAD 153 per night. There are better Hotels/Motels and B+bs to stay at, rather than this Hostel.

Huge room, comfy beds, warm, impeccably clean

Location. It would also be quiet and peaceful.

The light from the hallway would shine through the gaps in the door at night. It was a bit annoying.

The room price was not. what it should be! In my case, we lost 100e more money, for NOTHING !

It was scary… a big place that looks like it may have just stopped being a Care Home… it was immaculate but huge and I arrived late on a rainy evening… the whole place was devoid of people so I felt a bit like Johnny in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
