Location is a bit far from center but there’s a metro station 5 min from the apartment. If you like to stay in a more quiet area but still not far from everything Fos should definitely be your choice!

У нас 3 ночі з 7 пищала сирена всю ніч без перерви, працівники не підіймали слухавку, та ігнорували наш дискомфорт. А також підлога не завжди була чистою після прибирання. А персонал зовсім не входив в положення і поводив себе так ніби нічого такого.

Bakkalın önünde oturan insanlardan Türkçe müzikler ve Türkçe konuşmalar duyarsanız şaşırmayın:) Güleryüzlü ve samimi bir ev sahibi. Kendi evinizde hissedeceksiniz. Ayrıca kanepeyi açınca bir tane daha çift kişilik yatak oluyor.

Το προσωπικό που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ιδιαίτερα αξιόλογο και βοηθητικό, ιδίως ο Ξάνθιππος, η Μαριέτα και ο Δημήτρης. Προτεινουμε το Fos by Naia ανεπιφύλακτα!

Lighting was a bit harsh more mood lighting or warm LEDs would be fantastic. Also would be nice if you could add some small carpets to complete the feel and break up the tile floor feel. But these are just details and only suggestions.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026All very fine. Convenient location, nice and spacious, clean rooms -we later learnt that we had one of the "small" ones- and very freindly people. Easy car parking at the quiet nearby streets. Lots of nice resaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026It was very close to the city center, we have walked to the Monastiraki Square and the touristic locations very easily. If you want to take the metro it is just one station to the centre and the station is 5 min by walk. From the Piraeus ferry port and the airport we can say that they are both the same distance to the hotel. The location worked perfectly for us. What we liked the most about the hotel is the hotel manager Ms.Marieta. She is a very nice lady who supports you with all your needs. She helped us to store our luggace after the check out, asking if we need anything, answered our questions very quickly. We liked her very much. The rooms are exact the same as pictures, very clean, modern and spacey.

Мучжина который убирал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Пешком мин 15 до достопримечательностей. Тихий жилой район. Если хотите отдохнуть и выспаться без туристического шума вам сюда…
Мне лично не хватило плиты для готовки, тогда была бы полноценная квартира

Reviewed May 14, 2026Communicatie met host verliep perfect, duidelijk en snel. Ruime kamer op korte afstand (2km) van acropolis met daaromheen de leuke straatjes. Kamer heel schoon en badkamer met heerlijke stortdouche. Vanaf gezamenlijk dakterras zicht op de acropolis. Host regelde tegen betaling de transfers van en naar vliegveld tegen normale vergoeding. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!

Abbiamo preso la camera con la jacuzzi che purtroppo non abbiamo provato a causa del brutto tempo. Palazzo moderno e di recente costruzione. Vicinissimo alla metro che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. WiFi perfetto

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026La propreté irréprochable avec un entretien quotidien très soigné, ainsi que la facilité de communication avec les gestionnaires, particulièrement réactifs via WhatsApp. Le bâtiment est très récent et se distingue nettement dans le quartier. Enfin, l’emplacement à Gazi réserve de bonnes surprises, avec plusieurs excellentes adresses de restaurants à proximité.
Le quartier de Gazi peut dérouter au premier abord : plus nocturne et moins “carte postale” que d’autres zones d’Athènes, il ne conviendra pas à tous les profils de voyageurs. La salle de sport, bien que fonctionnelle, reste assez modeste.

Check in was easy and they were very nice to let us drop our bags off early as were in the area. Bed are comfy and the shower was incredible.
maybe some more kitchen wear would have been nice - one bowl and two plates was not enough.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Looks like new - well furnished - very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with walk-in shower, large TV in lounge area and bedroom, balcony and 400m from the subway at Kerameikos and the bar there, which is 2 subway stops from Syntagma Square. Easy entry to the building and room with electronic pin. Lift to all floors and a gym in the basement
Nothing to dislike but be aware if you are wanting to cook there is only a microwave, but plenty of places to eat or get a delivery.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026We though the rooms and bathroom were very clean, well stocked with coffee/ tea, and water was available in the fridge. Location was good, near a central square that had restaurants and bars, it was 6 minutes away from a train station and very easy to get to. Great Location. Price was fantastic and we overall enjoyed ourselves in the property.
We had an issue with bathrooms. We have booked 4 rooms, in 2 rooms the bathroom doors did not close which was uncomfortable and 2 rooms had no shower door (the rails and tracks were there so there were doors at some point but they were taken off or not replaced) , lack of shower doors caused a lot of issues in the bathroom because the shower head is located in the middle of the shower cubicle not at the edge so anytime the shower was on the water would spray all over the bathroom floor and make everything wet. All the towels, out toiletries and most unfortunately the floor. This was our biggest issue. We have found that the boilers don't hold much water so if 2 people are showering one after the other it's likely that warm water will run out before the 2nd person has finished washing themselves but this wasn't a huge deal, we had to just wait a little. Room 223 has both a broken bathroom door that does not stay closed or lock and has no shower door.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Tout! Propre, spacieux même la terrasse. Certes, vous n avez pas " une vue" ( nous logions à 3 dans l appartement avec jacuzzi mais pas sur le toit). Il n est pas situé directement dans le centre donc au calme mais à 30min à pieds des sites archeologiques.

Kunde funnits någon skål till frukost eller något man kunde hälla lite snacks i. De hade säkert fixat det om vi sagt till, mycket plats i skåp och lådor.

Leider hat die Tür zwischen Dusche und Rest des Bades gefehlt, somit war das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Sehe dies aber nicht als Mangel.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Uklizeno, nachystáno dřív, než bylo původně avizované, takže bezva! Jedina výtka jsou chybějící dveře v koupelně, ale jsou v opravě. Snad se podaří co nejdříve doplnit. Nicméně pobyt sám o sobě byl s vířivkou fakt bezva. Dost jsme si odpočinuli po prochozených dnech. Byla k dispozici káva a čaj. Lednice, konvice i fén. Paní domácí byla velice příjemná.
Je to Řecko, kanalizace je občas cítit. Ale s tím člověk asi musi počítat.
