Ebene Square apartment

I was only informed at check-in that I was supposed to stay in a different apartment. This alternative accommodation was neither in the same building nor even in the same neighborhood, with a motorway separating the two locations. As I was traveling with my young child, I had to find a suitable new place to stay at the last minute. This was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I then had to fight to get my money refunded for a cancellation that was entirely the host’s fault. I definitely cannot recommend this host. Instead of informing me in advance that the booked apartment was apparently unavailable, the host had already been sending me unsolicited WhatsApp messages two weeks earlier trying to sell me rental car offers—something I had never asked for.

It was very close to mall & other amenities, our boys also loved the very big swimming pool, the greenery surrounding the apartments.

The property was fine although it needed a little more attention when cleaning the kitchen floors , storage area and hand basin prior to our arrival.We also reported a non functional storage door lock even though was not fixed during our stay.

Very clean new apartment which was also spacious. Lifts and corridors were very clean There was a designated parking space for the apartment. Availability of hot water and A/C added to the comfort of the time spent at the apartment. Residents also have access to a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Would definitely use again.

There are no shops nearby. There are also no public transport in the vicinity of the apartment. Therefore it is important for residents to have a car to access the shopping centre at Tribecca.
