La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, ha un lavandino e un forno a microonde

La pulizia non era il massimo, i mobili abbastanza vecchi

Posizione comoda per prendere bus per basut e per il mercato

Pulizia, blatte, puzza di fogna, gente che canta fuori dalla finestra tutta la notte (era venerdì)

- Location to Siti Khadijah Market & night market - reasonably clean - equipped with kitchen utensils making it easy to eat the food bought from the market

- no free parking as advertised. Paid parking started since 1 Aug 26 & the listing did not update about parking. Limited outdoor parking on weekend evening as location is near night market

Very clean and neat room with big bathroom...easy to find food. Nice food in front of the apartment..very satisfied with the stay.

Bilik berhantu selepas jam 12 mlm, kerusi, meja dan almari ditarik oleh orang atas sedangkan kami di tingkat 4 atas dh xde orang, 2 malam kami diganggu sampai ke subuh, krok krek krok krek sampai subuh dok tarik ke kerusi.... Sampai aku makilah, sbb mengantuk sangat...

The room was dirty. The floor was damaged and covered with carpets. The bedsheets n pillowcases very smelly, looks like not washed Spend almost 2 hours to search for the entrance and reception. Call the owner but didn’t pick up or reply my message at all. But when check out the owner can immediately reply. They took deposit but the return was delay OVERALL DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Homestay bersih, selesa dan lengkap dengan keperluan. Suasana okay, lokasi pun strategik. Owner homestay sangat mesra dan mudah berurusan. So helpful! Memang puas hati sepanjang menginap, rasa macam duduk rumah sendiri. Confirm akan repeat lagi nanti!

Overall very good stay, walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah.

The air freshener is a bit much for someone with a sensitive nose like me.

Persekitaran yg terdapat byk kelebihan seperti kedai makan, kedai runcit dsbnya.

Tiada air mineral dan towel yg digunakan agak berbau dan perlu diganti yg lebih baik dan harum.

Studio okay, tapi memang nampak dah agak lama especially cadar dan tilam. Tandas so far okay, cuma masih boleh improve lagi. Bilik pun boleh dipertingkatkan dari segi kebersihan dan bau supaya lebih fresh. Lantai pun nampak agak usang, ada bahagian yang dah rosak dan berlubang

Кровать короткая, 180 см еле поместился. В некоторых других отелях Малайзии тоже были не самые длинные кровати, возможно местный нюанс. В ванной была большая лужа воды вокруг унитаза. В целом квартира довольно уставшая. Неприятный запах какого-то освежителя. Нет ножа Была литровая бутылка с мылом, но самого мыла было немного и оно быстро закончилось.

Parking sunyi, ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Bilik air berbau.

My wife and I and our son are all asthmatic and I asked prior to booking if the place has anything that might trigger our allergies and we were told all are well and nothing to worry about but we got there just before midnight, no one was on duty and when we stepped into the unit, it was so old and full of funny smell and we immediately left and we didn't find a suitable place until 3 am!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The studio apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Parking was easy and hassle-free. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah, which made everything so convenient. Even without a guard, the place felt safe as access card is required to enter. Overall, everything was great and definitely worth it. Would love to stay here again!

The room is spacious and clean. However, there are room for improvement. 1stly, the outside sink is dripping which need maintenance to check n repair before guest come and stay. 2ndly, the 2 TV remote controls are not responsive due to battery life. TV is difficult to navigate and play especially for us elderly. 3rdly, the pillows are too soft. 4thly, the aircon abit cold although the fan is reduced to 1. Should be able to make the room warmer with the selection of the temperature and not restrict it to a selected degree. 5th, the apartment name is different fr the website, which made it harder for us to find it. Should just indicate the real name of the apartment and have a direction to it. 6th, the room which we r staying, has abt 2-4 tikes take need replacement. Dangerous for us to step upon it especially kids and elderly and everyone. Safetu should be no 1 priority. We loved going to the friday morning market behind the apartment. Thk u for the hospitality, Faris!

I have mentioned the 6 things for improvements. Otherwise, it is a good stay.

Sangat selesa, ruang yang luas, senang nak solat, bersih, ada facilities untuk memasak, dan yang penting ada parking tanpa bayaran. Recommended untuk yang nak jalan2 area Kota Bahru 👍👍👍
