First, the bed is not clean, not changing the bed cover, to much hair in bed and dust. The bathroom to much dust and not clean

Towels and bed linen were clean. Convenient pit stop between Dubai and Salalah

The mattress in 216 felt like it was carved from solid rock, terrible nights sleep. No toilet roll.

The location is in the middle of road to Salalah. Making it a good point to stop and rest.

It was very unclean, like we found hair on the bed blanket. Also, we saw how they wash the bed sheet. After it finishes washing, they drop it on the floor.

The property is ground plus 1 only but lift / elevator is mandatory for your luggage to carry on 1st floor

The location is perfect for those who want to stay a night between Salalah trip

Poor cleanliness , seen some pests my inside the room and toilet create bad smell ..room door was not closed properly ..I have booked based on the rating from Booking.com ..you may review again and revisit the hotel standard , providing honest rating , that will help the guest (especially families) to choose correct facility between the long drive

Nothing to like except for the location in between Nizwa and Salalah. The pitstop hotel.

The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all. All you look for while staying in this kind of pitstop hotel is a comfortable bed to sleep and continue the trip. Very harsh sleeping experience.

Das Zimmer war relativ sauber. War lieblos eingerichtet, die Steckdose am Bett ging nicht, Verkabelung vom Fernseher hing runter, es kamen Ameisen durch die Tür ins Zimmer und ins Bett. Handtücher mussten erfragt werden. Toilettenpapier gab es keins, nur ne Packung Kosmetiktüxher. Das Bad war dreckig und roch muffig. Die Dusche ist in der Mitte vom Bad und beim duschen ist das ganze Bad nass. Der abfließen des Wassers funktioniert auch nicht gescheit. Eine Nacht zur Durchreise geht grad so. Das nächste mal fahren wir durch.

The location, bedding, staff

There was too much noice in middle of the night which disturbed a lot.

Location was good, bed and air conditioner was comfortable

There was a bad smell in the washroom. And some insects in room n bathroom

Positives : probably the only hotel in Haima you can stay in. Good Ac In the room . It looks like it’s far away and isolated . But it’s barely 5 minutes away from the nearby town which has so many restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops. Pricing is cheap . The rooms and the bed is big for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Hotel staff are helpful. Water is hot

Negatives : reminds you of the 80s hotel in UAE . The rooms are not clean . Overall hygiene is bare minimum including situation of the bathroom . The hotel is always dusty which makes the floor slippery . No towels , no kettle . If you have over cleanliness problem better get a bed sheet to put on top as we were not sure how clean the pillow and sheets were .

The location of this property is critical. On any road trip between northern Oman and Salalah there is very little choice of a place to stay on route. This hotel is the only mid way hotel with a good rating. It is only a short distance from the route so convinent also. It's not in the most exciting of places, but it's very convienient. Additionally the rooms are large, and it was all simple and convinent, with support with everything.

There was nothing in particular. It's just good at being functional. It functions as a stop over but just that.

Excellent location for Long travel to have rest

There was hair on the beds, all of the rooms not just 1. They tried to change the sheets and still was unclean.

Away from the road noises.. Recommend for a night stay on the way to or from salalah

The host was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty much everything in the room. The bed was super hard, like sleeping on cement, the bedroom was spacious but outdated, the towels looked dirty and no paper available. Lastly, the bathroom needs renovation ASAP.

When we arrived, no towels, not teapot, no glasses or cups, no chair. We had to ask for things that should be standard.

Great half way point along our route from Salalah to Nizwa. The room was standard and meet our needs. I'd stay again if traveling through again.

Not entirely their fault but notably the only place we stayed in while in Oman that was FILLED with mosquitos. Spent half the night trying to smush them all so we could get to sleep uneaten. We were mostly successful. Bit overpriced for what it was but limited options when looking online to book somewhere in the area.
