الموقع جميل بالقرب من الشاطئ وامام حوض السباحة منطقة التراس جميلة المرافق يتوفر بها كل ما نحتاجة من اواني او بهارات او ادوات تنظيف المكان رائع ويستحق الزيارة تعامل المضيف معي رائع حيث واجهت اشكالية ف فتح الباب ولم يتردد ف التواصل معي وكذا اثناء دخولي من البوابة الالكترونية سهل علي العملية من خلال التواصل مع احد الاشخاص وابلاغي بطريقة انزال التطبيق لفتح البوابة

الفرش كان قديم ومتسخ نوعاً ما يحتاج الى تغير

Every thing was up to expectations. Pool outside is 40cm deep: perrrrfect for my 4 years old twins.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with all amenities you might need. The area is safe, the beach is in a few minutes of walk. The private terrace is very nice and I also liked the decor of apartment. The communication with host is great. Highly recommend!

Bellissima struttura nuova e molto curata. Appartamento pulito con un bel giardinetto e piscina molto particolare. Vicino alla spiaggia molto tranquilla, a destra del bagno Sandiz e’ di una bellezza incredibile!

Very nice apartment, although not big, but with all the comfort. Large, very comfy bed, excellent shower, and a kitchen with everything you would need. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, in the evening we went out to some of the many restaurants. The apartment also has a nice terrace with table and chairs. Very close to a wonderful beach.

Walking distances on the hotel complex are quite big, so we used our car to get around. Swimming pool at the back of the apartment is only 40 cm deep, so not appropriate for swimming.

Amazing complex! The apartment was beautiful, clean & tidy. It was very close to the free beach which is a long calm sandy beach. There all the amenities you need walking distance away. This was an absolute hit to the end of our Omani holidays. We will be back! Thanks.

Egy dolog van ilyen: kértem előre hogy három felnőttre készüljenek, és amikor megérkeztünk, csak 2 emberre volt ágyazva. Este 10kor jó lett volna már nem ezzel foglalkozni

Piękny apartament , wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba rodzinie. Byłam zaskoczona tak dobrym wyposażeniem. Duży taras z zejściem prosto do basenu. Do morza kilka kroków w pięknej scenerii. Plaża czysta a na niej mało ludzi. Darmowe leżaki z parasolami. Okolica przepiękna do spacerowania w dzień i wieczorem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry i pomocny . Udzielił rozbudowanych informacji o najlepszym funkcjonowaniu w resorcie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Z żalem opuszczamy apartament.

Świetna lokalizacja, ok 20-30 min do restauracji, sklepów i lotniska. 5 min spacerem do pięknej plaży z darmowymi leżakami. Super taras, mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone i czyste

Parkolás,elhelyezkedés.

A bejárati ajtót csak erős emberek tudták kinyitni,szorult. Az apartman így lett átadva,hiába szóltunk,egy hét alatt nem csinálták meg. Tudjuk,hogy nem a tulajdonosok a hibásak,hanem a menedzsment.

باب الشقه لا يفتح ويغلق بسهوله كان عطلان وجود حيوانات سائبه الكلاب بداخل الموقع الحديقه وألعاب الأطفال بعيده ولا تخدم المستأجرين جميعهم

I liked the calm and tranquility.

I’ve stayed at many places on this property before but this was by far the best. Clear communication. VERY CLEAN. And all the necessary items available. I would love to stay again.

The property is v clean & great value for money , if u want to relax and enjoy a calm and peaceful place like this is best… also has pool right in front of your villa . Definitely coming back to this place again in my next visit & highly recommend this place

Excellent poolside apartment located in the Hawana Salalah complex. The apartment is fresh, modern, clean, functional, nicely and tastefully decorated, with all the equipment you might need during your stay. Located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool located just outside the small private terrace. The complex itself is very nicely laid out, with the direct access to the beach, the marina, and plenty of space to walk around. Free parking for one car is 10 meters from the entrance door. WiFi is very efficient. The city of Salalah is some 15 minutes drive by car with plenty of stores to chose from if you need to do any food shopping. Some nice sites to see in the area on your own. Local car rental possible on site. Excellent weather in the first part of November. Very friendly and communicative host. In resume, the place to stay if you come to Salalah area. Strongly recommend. For sure will come back here again. One of the top 3 properties we have stayed in during many years of our travels through different parts of the world :) ...

Amazing area, calm and clean, behind the terase of the house is huge swimmimg pool connecting several houses. Close of the apartment is the most beutiful beach-Sandyz with bar and restaurant with excellent quality and friendly a very nice staff. We enjoyed a lot and hopefully we would like to come back again. Maybe small advice to the owner, we missed basic equipment like salt and pepper, if you want to cook sometimes than you have to buy everything. We highly recommend this accomodation.

You have to defend against the mosquitos

Great location. Weather was very good for a walk around the property. Also Sandy's beach bar is 5 mins away . Excellent place to have a coffee and sit on the beach . Restaurants and supermarket supplies are close by . Have to drive for 5 mins to the next property or we can order on talabat which usually arrives in half hour.

The property is a little isolated so getting to and fro takes a bit of time .

Very nice apartment with great access to the swimming pool. The area is beautiful and clean. You can take a lovely walk around or enjoy your stay im the swimming pool.
