Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Mi estadía fue muy buena. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado y era cómodo. La señorita jessica fue muy atenta, amable y me recomendo lugares que visitar.. La ubicación también fue conveniente y cumplió con lo que esperaba. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme y lo recomendaría a otras personas que buscan un lugar cercano al terminal.
Todo me gustó.

Reviewed May 2, 2026La cercania del centro y sus atractivos, ademas la cordialidad de la dueña de casa y comodidad de la habitacion. Lugar seguro para caminar desde temprno a muy tarde. Calle que da directo a la costanera y con muchos negocios cercanos, que validan an mas la permanencia. A cuadras del terminal de buses y con movilizacion cercana para los alrededores.
Para algunos podria ser lo humedo de sus calles, pero son lo caracteristico de esta ciudad llena de humedales y rios que llaman a ser visitados. Imperdibles su mercado, Niebla, Corral, etc

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Excelente atencio de la Sra. Jessica. Muy atenta y muy amable, como estar en mi propia casa. Si volviera ir a Valdivia me quedaría ahi nuevamente. Muy cerca del centro , de la costanera y del terminal de buses ( 10 minutos ). Definitivamente la recomiendo.

Es muy asertiva en centrarse en el pasajero y en tomar la iniciativa con consejos y dar facilidades para la estancia, especialmente en el chek out y en el uso de las dependencias. Muy amable en facilitar paraguas, preparar alimentos, facilitar llaves y compartir un velada con muy buena música y conversación. Completo servicio y acceso en lo relativo a baño y cocina, con todos sus implementos. La cama es muy confortable, con armario amplio. Muy cálido el hospedaje.

I could have stayed longer.
