Couldn't turn off the radiator

Very clean and well decorated and the bed very comfortable. Melissa made us feel at home from opening the door to welcome us to our departure. The breakfast was excellent especially the soda bread and scrambled eggs. The hot tub was lovely too. A nice touch of a bowel of chocolate bars/sweets by the front door.

Melissa was truly charming ,interested in her guests and willing to go over and above to ensure their needs were met.Fabulous house in lovely,convenient location.Breakfast was excellent.Hottub an added bonus.We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and upgraded B&B, super comfy King bed, great breakfast choices, friendly host. Located on the Ring of Kerry, close to local pub and restaurants and sights.

You must drive to go anywhere off property safely, due to no sidewalks and fast traffic on narrow roads.

Don’t overlook this property! Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was large and everything was new. Great breakfast. So glad we picked this property only wish we had stayed longer.

Upstairs room small & hot—could only open 1 window. Advertised as “Sea View room”, but trees blocked the view. Tub hard to get in & out of to take a shower.

This is a very nice guesthouse with very friendly, helpful staff and owners. It's in a good location quite near a lovely beach and not far from Caherdaniel village (by car)

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, das Komplette Haus hat ein tolles Flair. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Besitzerin reagiert schnell und sehr freundlich auf Emails.

Der Ehemann der Gastgeberin ist super unfreundlich. Mit seiner Frau habe ich per Mail ausgemacht dass mich jemand zum nächsten Restaurant fährt da ich zu Fuß unterwegs war und die nächste Essensmöglichkeit 4 km entfernt liegt. Am Ende hat mich der Ehemann zur nächsten Pizzabude gefahren. Die Pizza war super lecker daher war das schon ok aber die Stimmung war die Katastrophe. Diese Mann hat einen Job bei dem er mit entspannten Urlaubern zu tun hat, daher sollte er dementsprechend auftreten. Dieser Mann vermiest jede Stimmung.

Very clean , modern, lots of parking. Quiet location Lovely big bedroom. Great hot tub in the garden with exceptional views. Staff very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Very limited hanging and drawer space in our room , especially as it was such a big room. No shelf in the bathroom to put bathroom items. Very small mirror in the main room for doing make up etc. limited choice at breakfast, two of our group were vegetarian and only bacon sausage and beans as hot choices. We asked for mushrooms and tomatoes and these were cooked to order but it would have been nice if they were part of the Buffett.

Would be really helpful to have a plug socket for a hairdryer near a mirror, but not a major issue.

Not exactly something I “didn’t like” but there is no restaurant on site and thus for dinner the traveler must go off-site. I knew this in advance and I knee that as a bicyclist I would lack the energy to go to dinner so I bought provisions in Waterville. All good.

Je ne sais pas si c’est le propriétaire qui est venu nous montrer notre chambre, mais soit il est très timide soit clairement on l’embêtait un peu. Sinon ce n’est que des jeunes filles qui ne parle pas vraiment anglais que l’on a trouvé sur site

Great comfortable spacious room. The whole place is very nicely decorated and a haven after an extremely hot day hiking. I was very sorry I had no swim suit to enjoy the hot tub. The lady who served breakfast was exceptionally kind and nice and really made the experience.

Very clean, very comfortable, hot tub is an extra bonus to my stay, loved it there and surrounding area.

Not sure if there were drying facilities after using the hot tub, but didn't ask either, we were only staying for one night.

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida struttura e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale fin dal primo momento, facendomi sentire subito a casa. Un plauso particolare va al personale addetto alla colazione: gentile, disponibile, attento e sempre sorridente. La colazione è stata davvero eccezionale, ricca di prodotti di ottima qualità e curata nei minimi dettagli. La struttura è immersa nel verde, circondata da un paesaggio meraviglioso che regala pace e relax. Gli ambienti sono impeccabilmente puliti e ben tenuti, mentre i letti sono comodissimi e garantiscono un riposo perfetto. È un luogo che consiglio senza alcuna esitazione: ci tornerei altre mille volte. Pur essendo classificato come un 4 stelle, per la qualità dei servizi, l'attenzione al cliente e la bellezza della struttura meriterebbe sicuramente 5 stelle. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per il magnifico lavoro svolto!

The house and grounds were beautiful. Our rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and nicely stocked. I had the apartment for my and my kids. The bathroom was so luxurious. Fantastic after a long day of traveling. The staff was welcoming and accommodating for two picky kids.

Super recomendable!! Todo excepcional. Estuvimos en una habitacion de tres personas. La habitacion muy grande, super limpia y el cuarto de baño muy limpio y amplio. Las camas super comodas. El detalle de los chocolates, kettle, agua y te fue un muy buen detalle tambien. Los albornoz de una calidad excepcional. El edificio esta ubicado en un lugar muy bonito con las montañas de fondo y sin edificios alrededor. No usamos el jacuzzi por falta de tiempo pero nos habria encantado. El Irish breakfast tambien muy bueno y completo y las chicas que servian el desayuno muy simpaticas y serviciales. La atencion al detalle de toda la habitacion y baño nos encanto.

Por poner una pega o mejor dicho una mejora para que la habitacion sea de diez. Algun espejo extra en la habitacion estaria muy bien porque solo tiene un espejo en el baño. No hay armario en la habitacion pero el poyete de las vestanas es bastante grande donde se puede dejar muchas cosas y tambien tiene un sofa bastant amplio.

Wonderful, well-appointed rooms. Beautiful Georgian style 190 yr old house impeccably renovated. Melissa was an excellent hostess. Full Irish breakfast was served warm and well cooked. Jacuzzi was enjoyable and easy to operate. Nearby pub had great food.

We both loved the cleanliness of the place. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the bedroom was at our disposal with the bathroom also nearby ,which provided our needs very well. Melissa was a lovely person and willing to help in any way to put us at our ease. The only thing that we thought was that maybe it was a bit pricey for one night when we weren't able to entertain the extra facilities outside of our main area which was the guest house such as the indoor hot tub jacuzzi, but that was due to our own fault as our time there was limited. All in all, we would go back there again ,because we both loved everything about it . Thank you Melissa for being a wonderful host ..

We thought it was a bit pricey. It wasn't high summer and we would have loved to take part in the facilities that we missed out on due to our late arrival at the guest house. It was offered to us but staying for one night is a bit of a rush to use everything as our plans got in the way ,and maybe if an evening meal was provided to us, ( no evening meal available) we had to arrange to go elsewhere which meant we had to leave the guest house after we arrived to do so.

Melissa is a perfect host- fabulous breakfast [cooked], brilliant knowledge of the area and super friendly. the guesthouse is spacious and quiet, pefrect for exploring the rugged south.

I loved the whole experience of staying in this lovely, relaxed guest house. The apartment was perfect for our stay with 3 teenage boys, who loved relaxing & watching the sun set from the hot tub. We climbed Carrauntoohill during our stay so the gorgeous, hearty breakfast beforehand and the hot tub for tired limbs afterwards was perfect. The host was so welcoming and the house was stunningly clean, with a relaxed, warm atmosphere- and perfect combination for us. We would highly recommend this gem. We're so happy we found it.

We had the apartment for our stay, it's our second time being there, this was for our one year anniversary. The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is just as nice and Melissa is a great host, honestly couldn't recommend you staying there more.

Utrolig charmerende og ligger lige på ring of Kerry. Personalet var virkelig søde, samt historien bag stedet. Der er jacuzzi, og så var det billigt.

Owners (Michael and Melissa) were friendly, kind and helpful! The separate Cottage/Apartment for larger parties is newly renovated and well-appointed. Excellent buffet with extra options from the kitchen (eggs cooked on request, breads could be toasted, including GF option). Staff was attentive during breakfast. Hope to stay there again!
