Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The location is good, you can walk to the bus station, but it's a bit hilly so going to the center is a bit uphill but it's normal for Tunja. Very nice host, comfortable bed, hot water in shower.
I wish there was a window to look out and see the street or town and have some fresh air as I like sleeping with the window open but other than that everything was perfect.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025Clean and tidy rooms above small tienda, 20 min walk from centre, 20 min from bus terminal (or COP6,000/US $1.50 by taxi). Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Access through locked gate and own key to room. Decent wifi/internet/network, but couldn't get Netflix to connect on TV in room. Small basic kitchen (4 ring gas hob, microwave, sink). Ambient temperature. Fairly quiet, the road outside not too busy at night. Washing machine available for use, area for drying clothes. Bedroom good size, large comfortable bed, bedside table and 2nd table. Good lighting We upgraded to ensuite, light good, hooks for towels. Hot water to shower when water pressure low.
Cash only. No fridge in kitchen, only cold water to sink. Not sure if recycling available. Private bathroom doesn't necessarily mean ensuite! Not much storage, no bin, no hooks for coats, no bedside lamp. Only cold water to bathroom sink.
