Limpio , amplio y perfecto para lo que queríamos. Hubo un problema de suministro eléctrico ajeno al propietario y se comprometió a devolvernos una noche por las molestias...un gran detalle que se agradece enormemente.

Por poner un pero el estado de las ventanas, pero no me afecta para nada

Next to the beach!

I loved the inside set up! It felt cozy and you had private access directly into the beach.

The laundry machine on site was expensive.

Everything was awesome, great location walking distance for breakfast and other nice restaurants. Right in the Plaza of Luquillo. I would stay again! 10/10 no complaints and the customer service was amazing Jasmine was so attentive.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean right at our doorstep. Our host was gracious and helpful.

Unfortunately one of the keys needed to access the building was lost by the previous guest (we were told this the day of arrival). This meant we had to get a security guard to allow us to access the building. Unfortunately the pool was closed for construction. We were not warned that the place advertised with a pool did not have a pool during our stay. This was not a big deal as we enjoyed the beach.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and central plazas. The host was communicative and checked on us throughout out stay - if we had any questions, etc. The area was peaceful and clean, and I really appreciated the sense of serenity throughout. There were plenty of things to do both during the day and at night, and the locals were warm, friendly, and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience overall. So, rent this place out!

The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service during our entire stay due to ongoing repairs. While we understand maintenance is necessary, it was a little disappointing not to be able to use those amenities. Still, that’s just being a bit nitpicky—the rest of the stay made up for it! So, rent this place out!

Value!

Elevator was dingy! Inspection was expired. There was no one in office. Someone parked in the designated spot so we had to call the owner. But next day again someone was parked so we parked our car in another spot.

It was secure and safe. Very close to local restaurants.

There was nothing that I didn't like

The room has a beautiful view and you can walk right out of the building down some stairs and onto a beach, but the waves were not safe for swimming during our stay- still a beautiful place to relax. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and a quick drive to the Kioskos for more amazing food options. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. Luquillo is a great location For food, beaches and exploring El Yunque!

Not the hosts fault at all- but the elevator was giving us some trouble. Sometimes it would work quickly, other times you had to wait for a while and hit the button several times.

The apartment was comfortable and pretty well staffed. The host is great and helped us quickly on our first day. The staff of the building is also really nice. The elevator is really slow, but you can easily walk upstairs. Most beautiful beach nearby: Monserrate beach.

Outdoor facilities a lil outdated. Couldn’t use the pool or the elevator

The security staff on the premises were exceptionally kind. Parking was convenient, and the apartment itself was very comfortable, featuring stylish furniture and a large, modern smart TV. While the elevator (run down and malfunctioning also very slow) and staircase felt a bit unsettling, the apartment’s fans, air conditioning (three separate systems) and fully equipped kitchen more than made up for it. The bathroom and two sets of towels were a nice addition for comfortable stay. Also the exchange with the contact person was very helpful.

The elevator didn’t meet the best of standards. But at least we didn’t get stuck inside of it.
