قريب من كل شي للخدمات بس النظافه سيئه للامانه

النظافه غير جيده وريحه في الشقه

الموقع ممتاز نسبيا

الفندق طلب تأمين قبل الدخول على الرغم من ان نظافة المكان تحتاج مراجعة، الاثاث قديم والمكيفات قديمة

اعجبني موقعه قريب منه كل الخدمات والمطاعم والاماكن اللي افضل زيارتها

لم يعجبني جودة الاثاث تحتاج بعض الصيانه والتجديد

The place is in the center of Khobar, which is close to the places you want to visit.

Wi-Fi has been suddenly disconnecting, the water in one of the toilets has an unpleasant smell, and the other toilet smells strongly of cigarette.

The building was old amenities were not enough hot plate not working

عامل الاستقبال البنجالي موجود في اليل معمله زباله ولا بيفهم ازاي يتعامل مع الجست كانك رايح تشحت منو مع ان في السعودي اللي حجزت منو معاملتهم كتير راقيه ومحترمين

The suit size was good. The location was good plus it has parking available

Needs proper cleaning. There was a smell in the room. Suggest to use ventilation and avoid cleaning or disinfection chemicals. The road was very busy during day time because of the hospital in front of the apartments. Bathroom was in bad condition. Not sufficient place to hang the clothes.

Location and flat size

even minimum facilities like water bottles ,soaps ,towels etc were not provided ,however location wise and flat size is good though it's old building ,parking also a bit issue

The beds were comfy, cleanliness was ok, there was elevator, they had underground parking.

The TV had no android nor was it Smart TV and had no cable so we could not watch anything at all. there was no cold water, only hot, sometimes burning. Staff did not speak English. Location far away of everything I needed: Aamco and schools but it might be ok for others as they had coffee places, supermarket and the beach nearby. Key to the room only one and that was an old card that did not work sometimes. I appreciated the parking but it was so small I bumped into a column and it was dangerous when somebody was coming in and you needed to come out. Very few cutlery, you could not eat as a family of 5 as there were not enough plates, cups, or even pots. Too expensive per night for all these problems.

تم تجدد السكن وتم طلب خدمة الغرف للتنظيف مع الأسف كان سى جدا لم يتم تغير الشراشف مجرد مسح الأرض والشراشف متسخه

Asper the availabilites shown in the description includes kitchen and kitchenette but nothing was there and they didn't provide any of that

الغلاية وسخانه لايمكن استخدامها الطابق اللي ساكنين فيه كان ريحة سمك الشقة وسخانة

مو نظيف الصور تختلف عن الواقع جداً مو نظيف والروائح غير مقبوله نطلب صاحب الحلال يعيد ترتيب وتنظيف المكان

The room was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price. The washroom flush was blocked, the AC fins were broken, and the stove was non-functional. Furthermore, an electric kettle was not provided, and the lighting was far too dim. Overall, the room's condition was very poor.

The staff was very good and good location

Rooms were not well maintained I didn't liked the rooms

حجزت عندهم ولاكن يوم رحت عندهم قالو مافي غرف فل ؟!

The room attendant was kind enough to talk the receptionist into letting us check-in earlier since the top room was vacant.

Needs a makeover. The lobby was gloomy and dark with a smell that is not nice. Even the room has a distinct unokeasant smell. We asked for early check-in, receptionist did not even let me finish my sentence that I am willing to pay extra, shut me down with the 2pm check-in.

مريحه جميع الخدمات قريبه منها موظفين الاستقبال جدا ممتازين

رشاش مقعد الحمام الرئيسي لم يكن يعمل لم استطع استخدام خزانة الملابس بسبب ان بها غبار لاتوجد مناشف في الحمامات لاتوجد كاسات ولا ادوات مطبخ بسيطه حتى
