Reviewed Feb 29, 2024I arrived to Hotel and they told me that there is jo room available, they kept trying to call someone I don’t know maybe the Manager for a half hour to check and finally the receptionist reach the Manager and he confirmed to them that the room is reserved I tried during check out to get the invoice and they said that they don’t have system so I need to wait or the will send it to me on WhatsApp but till now I’m sending them and they are not responding

The bathroom shower had glass misplaced and tilting. A string was holding the metal and glass together. The bed is very uncomfortable, I could feel the metal springs and it took me very long to sleep after I came from a long trip, I could feel as the pillows looked very worn out and had alot of lint on it overall the sleep was very uncomfortable The Tv remote only worked when it wanted to so I didn’t bother watching my Tv. Washing machine had to be replaced. No kettle for coffee, no microwave.
