Reviewed Apr 6, 2026horrible disaster ruined my birthday trip! Just few minutes we checked in found out the bedroom door connect to outside is broken. The door can’t be closed and just one Conner hanging on the wall. Super danger. The host refuse to fix at 8PM. And keep saying Norway is the safest country. Let us sleep in the other rooms. No way gonna fix the door these two days due to weekend. Terrible service. Don’t solve problem and then refuse to pick my call. Very dirty. They use super cheap stuff bad quality. I don’t know how they get good reviews. If u see my review. Choose other cabins that not management by this host!

设施里的充电桩不适用租的电车，只能用门口的欧标插座，是慢充一晚上充电25%，有点耽误事儿 充电问题联系民宿方得不到解决也没有上门 全程没有清洁服务，每天自己倒垃圾，也没有新的毛巾浴巾更换，服务可以说是没有 还有个大问题，门非常难开，说是要关进了再开，但是有时候管用有时候没用，太难开了

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025We had everything we needed and the look is amazing. We could see the northern lights from the house, when the conditions were right. The sauna is a plus.
The oven is badly situated, so we did not risk cooking, because it was too close to the white sofa.

늦은 시간에 도착해 단지입구에서 해당 숙소를 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 갈림길에 단지내 객실번호 안내판이 있었으면 좋겠습니다

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Haben Hilfe gebraucht um Infos zum Haus bzu bekommen. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.veehr guter Service.
Anregung: Ein Küchenhandtuch mehr. Eine Wolldecke an der Couch wäre mehr als gut gewesen. Hatten Probleme die türe mit unserem Code zu öffnen. Haben dann bei unserem Anruf die Info bekommen die Türe fest zuzudrücken. Diese Info vielleicht vorab weitergehen.

Die Küche war nicht sauber. Ausserdem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn es auf dem Gelände einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen geben würde oder wenn man zumindest die Chance hätte, gleich dort zu frühstücken.

Communication with host was not great and a little unhelpful. Despite the price point, you still have to bring your own basics like soap, shampoo, etc.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025A new modern-style house, very stylish and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a wine cabinet. There is a sauna and a washing machine. Beautiful views from the windows and the terrace. An electric car charging station is available. Fishing is possible just a short distance from the apartment.

The stove is broken and it's annoying to have it fixed all the time, but the service is very good. Later, they brought us a simple induction cooker

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024It's a great location with excellent views to the water and mountains. The Sauna was very nice for the cold and foggy days. High end kitchen appliances like Bora stove top and separate wine fridge. If you have a problem, staff can be reached even after business hours.
There is no great hospitality in regards of supply of toiletries, no body cleanser, no shampoo etc. Beds are not made, you have to do it your own, linen and towels lay just on top of your bed. We didn´t even get enough linen and towels for 2 bedrooms and had to wait until next day. No instructions at all for the appliances, the area around etc. We couldn´t use the stove top 1 night since the sensor was out of batteries, had to be fixed next day. We got asked to climb on a chair to reach the sensor in 3m height. For a high end and high price property you would expect more....

Reviewed Sep 11, 2024The cabin was beautiful, excatly like shown in the pics. Everything was super clean, well done and the views were to die for. The stay was so good we dint feel like leaving, everything was exceptional. Highly recommend.
The only small feedback would be that they did not have a full mirror in the whole house, may be it is yet to be added. Also, no toiletries were provided.
