Reviewed Apr 6, 2025We spent 5 nights on our Rovaniemi trip, and this property was the highlight of our vacation. What an amazing house in a beautiful setting! The views from the living room and bedrooms were fantastic — pine trees, snow drifts, and the incredible frozen lake. We were in the hot tub every day, either for morning coffee or the evening sunset. The sauna was relaxing as well. Our children enjoyed riding the sleds down the small hill to the frozen lake. Krisse was a great host! Would love to stay here again some day!

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Exceptional winter vacation property! We loved the proximity to the airport/downtown while simultaneously being on a beautiful lake front property. As a family with a baby we also loved all the activities they offered from the home itself - we did them all! Ice fishing, ice swim/sauna, snowmobiling, hot tub, and the cooking class! Krisse was accommodating to every request/timeline we requested. We saw the northern lights from the backyard! It was a truly perfect vacation, couldn’t recommend it more!
Absolutely nothing - it was perfect.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2024Staff were absolutely amazing, super nice people, very helpful with everything. Villa was fantastic, everything worked beautifully and was really comfy.
Based on the pics online, I didn't expect it to be in a village with a bunch of other houses and villas which wasn't the best view.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2023My family and friends and I had a fabulous stay here. The home was beautiful, elegant and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed so we cooked a few time together as a family. It was in a quiet residential neighbourhood away from the city and right next to the lake. We had a walk on the lake a few times. The view was breathtaking especially when it’s sunny. Photos can’t even explain 10% of how amazing it is. Nina and Krisse who are the house owners have been really friendly and helpful. I can tell that they have put a lot of love and effort to this house. It’s a perfect place to stay if you just want to have a chill holiday when you don’t need to do anything else but being with your loved ones. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Rovaniemi again in the future!!
I love everything here but if you want to do a lot of activities every where remember to either rent a car or download the app to call taxi
