Todo estupendo. Un lugar precioso donde hospedarse. Buena ubicación, limpieza, espacios agradables, el jacuzzi al aire libre, desayuno buffet muy completo y el personal agradable.

Hotel nel bosco, con un bel panorama. Le camere sono nuove, ben arredate e funzionali. La sala comune è ampia e comoda. Buona la cena e la colazione, con prodotti tipici locali.

Struttura stupenda curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Davvero bellissima, stra consigliata a chiunque si trova in zona. Cena ottima, personale gentilissimo e preparato per ogni esigenza.

Nulla, unico appunto che posso consigliare organizzarsi un attimo meglio per la colazione in quanto alle 8 (orario per la colazione) non era ancora tutto pronto, alcuni piatti sono stati portati diversi minuti dopo, ad ogni modo aspettare in un ambiente così rilassante non costituisce un problema e probabilmente la ragazza (gentilissima!) era sola a fare tutto.

3 Gänge Menü zwar lecker, aber wir waren danach noch hungrig (Hauptgang zu klein). Das sollte auch bei höherwertigerer Küche nicht so sein.

Struttura bellissima, interamente in legno e immersa nella natura, che crea un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva e rilassante. Gli ambienti interni sono rustici ma allo stesso tempo eleganti, curati nei dettagli e dotati di ogni comfort. La camera è spaziosa, molto bella e con un letto comodissimo. Il bagno è stupendo e la pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: un hotel davvero superlativo. Colazione abbondante, varia e buonissima, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Un ulteriore punto di forza è la possibilità di ricaricare l’auto per tutta la notte a un prezzo davvero conveniente.

Personne à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes avant que quelqu'un ne vienne. Nous sommes systématiquement placés au petit déjeuner donc nous ne décidons donc pas de notre place et malheureusement le 2ème jour nous avons été placé près des cuisines (bruits, courants d'air et passages incessants devant nous) ce qui a été très désagréable alors que nous étions arrivés les premiers et qu'il y avait plein de places disponibles dans une salle très calme. Vraiment dommage !

Rauhallinen sijainti ja upeat maisemat. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja erikoisruokavalio otettiin hienosti huomioon (kysyttiin erikseen kirjautumisen yhteydessä). Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Majoittuisin ehdottomasti toistekin.

Frukosten var utsökt. Middagen superb. Lugnet i hotellet med svag musik och tystnad utöver detta. Fina samlingsrum också mycket lugna. Det var nästan som att vara på retreat. Viälskade atmosfären. Rekommenderas varmt.

Super schoon!! Mooie plek, fijne ruime kamer met balkon. Goed ontbijt. Je kunt gratis gebruik maken van de hottub😀 Je kunt, bij genoeg animo, mee doen aan het Vikingdiner in het Vikinghuis. Niet goedkoop, maar zeker de moeite waard. Naast een goed 3-gangen diner vertelt de gastheer mooie verhalen tussen de gangen door en zit je in een super sfeervol Vikinghuis dat wordt verlicht door 150 kaarsen.

Prachtig ingericht hotel en kamers. De maaltijden waren zeer verzorgd en geen junkfood. De vicking-maaltijd was een zeer leuke en lekkere ervaring.

This is an exceptional hotel in the middle of nowhere. The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond, outside garden is nicely maintained and they have jacuzzi too outside. Bfast buffet was also good.

We had a great stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, the Viking dinner was very interesting and the food was great, everything was very luxurious. We even had time to enjoy the jacuzzi, definitely recommended.

Beautiful location in the mountains close to fjord. Very friendly helpful staff . Very comfortable clean rooms. The 3 course dinner in the Viking hall was a piece of gastronomic theatre with Ole the owner announcing dinner the Viking way and telling the story of the food and the building with good humour innEnglish. It’s a must during your stay. Ole gave us a great recommendation for a local hike. Good breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Free tea and coffee in very relaxing lounge. A great place to chill out.

Die Gastgeber sowie das Personal waren äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Frische und Regionalität der Speisen war gut. Das Wikinger-Menue im Wikingerhaus des Hotels ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Auch hier war die Qualität der dargebotenen Speisen sehr gut. Hier ist noch das Rahmenprogramm des Gastgebers besonders zu empfehlen. Es war sehr unterhaltsam. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und einsam in den Bergen, abseits von Allem, was den Aufenthalt noch einmal aufwertet. Zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es mit dem PKW nicht sehr weit. Wir bedanken uns für die gute Zeit dort.

Every area of the facility shows attention to detail for the comfort and relaxing experience for it's guests. Live candles everywhere, relaxing background music, a large variety of outdoor seating options to enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Would have appreciated additional charging stations for cars. Only one non-Tesla station.

המלון מקסים! החדר היה מרווח ונוח. היה קפה חופשי בקומה, צוות נעים, ארוחת בקר טובה. אנחנו גם נרשמנו לארוחת הערב הויקינגית שהיתה יקרה מאד. הארוחה היתה בביקתה הויקינגית היפה שסמוכה למבנה המלון. אבל הארוחה עצמה אכזבה ולא נתנה תמורה ראויה - הכמות קטנה מדי, ואין אפשרות בחירה כך שמישהו שלא אוהב משהו עלול להשאר רעב.

בארוחה הויקינגית צריך לציין שאינה מתאימה לצמחונים או לצמחוני שאוכל דגים - או לאפשר מנות צמחוניות ראויות שמכילות מנת חלבון ולא רק ירקות. בסופו של דבר הצמחוני שאוכל גם דגים שלנו קיבל מנה מתאימה יותר מהסלק שקיבל כמנה עיקרית. תודה על כך. אבל לדעתי צריך לשפר את התפריט כולו שיכיל אפשרויות בחירה (אפשר גם בעת ההזמנה אם זה דורש התארגנות מוקדמת) וגם לספק מנות גדולות יותר. לדעתי במחיר כזה יהיה נכון גם לספק כוס יין בסיסית כחלק מהארוחה ולא בתוספת תשלום. 0

Good location in the Geiranger-Alesund area, spacious room, big and comfortable bed, we especially liked the hard mattresses (unique experience in Norway 😊). Nice, big common lounge with free coffee and tea. Jacuzzi was also very good.

For the car charger you have to pay extra (100 NOK) and there is just one charger for non-Teslas and 2 for Teslas. We received several messages, texts, and phones calls inviting to the Viking dinner and we found it a little bit pushy. (We did’t join the dinner.)

This is a beautiful place in a fabulous location. We had the 3 course viking dinner that was offered. This was a great experience where we learned about the viking heritage, had fabulous food and wine and met some lovely people. Friendly and helpful staff

Ein ruhig gelegenes familiengeführtes kleines Hotel, man betritt das Hotel und kommt gleich in einen Entschleunigungsmodus. Sehr gutes Frühstück, ruhige Musik, Kerzen, großzügige Zimmer und gemütliche Sitzbereiche im Gemeinschaftsraum. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das Team.

朝食の時間を7:00で約束したのに、8:00になっていた。約束を守って欲しい。夕食の部屋が暗すぎ、又、料理の出てくるのが遅すぎる。最低2時間掛かる。山の中のポツンと一軒家なので、日本人の旅行者には少し難しいかも。

“If I could rate it 11 out of 10, I would.” This hotel is truly one of a kind. Everything—from the design to the smallest details—feels thoughtfully created and completely unique. The craftsmanship in the rooms, the locally made furniture, the atmosphere… it’s unlike anything I’ve seen, not just in the area, but anywhere in Europe and UAE. The quality is outstanding. Every corner of the place feels special, and it’s clear that a lot of heart went into building and running it. You can’t compare this to a standard hotel stay—this is an experience. If you choose the Viking experience for dinner, prepare to be surprised. The feeling, the food, the entire setting—it’s something else. The fish dish in particular was incredibly fresh and simply prepared in the best way possible. It lets the flavor speak for itself. The Viking house is truly one of a kind. How can anything compare to that? Olef clearly loves his place and his history. He doesn’t just run the hotel—he lives it. He is a genuine Viking, and it shows in every part of what he’s created here.

Perfectly clean, spacious, nicely decorated family hotel. Everything is great condition. Beautiful territory. But most important - lovely host Ole, who made us feel really welcomed and organized atmospheric candlelight dinner experience in their “viking” house. To conclude, it’s definitely the best hotel in the area

Het is een zeer keurig hotel, royale kamers, gangen en lounchruimte. Al het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk. Overal waranda's en in de tuin een jacuzzi op 40°. Fijne bedden, goed ontbijt en voortreffelijk diner. Als stop tussen de Geiganger pass en de Trollstyker pass een uitstekend verblijf.
