The apartment was not as tidy

Love the area , peaceful and clean

The bed was a bit hard

(wife of Michael writing review) The location was perfect. It was near everything that we needed. We didn't have to leave Rodney Bay often to get anything because everything was available to us in that area. The apartment looks exactly as pictured. Cute little space. The lady who we dealt with for the booking (Jeanita) was polite.

There were a few issues we encountered: 1. We specifically looked for a space with parking available. This place stated that there was parking available. When we got there, we were told that we had to park on the street because of certain circumstances. We don't park our vehicles at home on the street so we were super uncomfortable leaving a rental vehicle on the street overnight. If the booking doesn't have parking available, it should be taken off the listing. 2. The sheets had a musky smell. The first night we had to deal with it because it was late and we couldn't wash it and get it dried in time. The second day there, we went to the grocery, washed the sheets and blankets and layed them on the sofa to dry because there was no other drying option available. 3. The floors were really dusty. We had to sweep the apartment on the first night of getting there. I cleaned the toilet before using it because there was an odd brown stain on the toilet seat. I think more attention should be given to the cleaning before the guests arrive. 4. The curtain in the bedroom isn't blackout so at night, the street light can be seen from the bedroom which is really uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep. When the sun comes up, light comes in the room. It would be more effective with a blackout curtain there as the bed faces the windows. Also, the bed is pretty hard. If you have a back problem, I'm not sure how this will work out for you.

Well equipped and location

Location was good

The property owner was rude. She repeatedly complained about me having the window open while the air conditioning was on. Whilst I understand this, I only did this twice because I had to spray the apartment multiple times due to the mosquito nets on the windows being damaged with large holes, which allowed mosquitoes to enter. As a result, I was constantly bitten and needed to air out the space for comfort and hygiene. At one point, she banged on my door at said ‘You wouldn’t have the heating on and windows open if you were in England,” and rudely insisted I shut the windows. As a paying guest, I found her behavior disrespectful and intrusive. While the location was good, the experience did not justify the high price I paid.

Everything about our stay was good . The location very quiet an in close proximity to all the good stuff.

Couldn't complain

The location was excellent. It was quite cozy and we had mangoes hand delivered to us from the property. The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional! Pictures don't do this place justice ! Walking distance to most things!
