The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The Wi-Fi was fast, the furniture was modern and comfortable, and the overall ambiance made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Riyadh, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Reviewed Feb 23, 2024I liked the flat was pristine , clean and uncluttered. Mustafa was extremely professional and informed me of the basic functions of the flat. Also, there was a nice free bonus of a professional cleaning company coming in to spruce up the flat which was a much appreciated touch. Thanks.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2024The location is excellent near to the attractions of Riyadh Season .you will have your private car parking space,the apartment was clean and the wifi is very good , everything the family need is available like the washing machine, iron,kittle .The owner Mr.Mustafa was cooperative and helpful.
The price is abit high especially it is a self chich in apartment , without room service.
