Les deux seuls choses qui ont fait défaut sont le manque d'un espace extérieur et le problème de réglage de l'eau chaude dans la douche.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und waren begeistert, dass wir das gesamte Haus für uns allein hatten. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Lage: Die Hauptstadt war in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar, und auch Städte wie Gent und Brügge lagen weniger als eine Stunde entfernt. Gleichzeitig befindet sich das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen. Direkt am Haus standen außerdem zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The house is tastefully decorated and has everything for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. The bedrooms are spacious as well with comortable beds. Not to forget: ample parking space on the private driveway, which makes arriving and unloading that much more comfortable. The host is very accomodating and nice.
The only remark we have is the absence of airconditioning, but this is mostly because we arrived in the middle of a heat wave (35°+) and having the luxury of aircon at home makes us a bit spoilt I suppose.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Dobro opremljen apartman, blizu je Bruxellesa i Genta. Tri sobe, za 6 ljudi, cijena je vrlo dobra. Ima parking, nalazi se u mirnom dijelu.
Rijetko je u Belgiji vruće, ali kada je vruće- ventilatori su malo preslabi.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Gute und freundliche Korrespondenz mit Nadège und ihrem Mann schon vor Anreise. Unsere Anliegen wurde umgehend geklärt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Sehr praktisch sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spülmaschine sowie der Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Zentrale Lage für viele Ziele in Belgien :-) Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
Unsere Nächte waren unruhig: Nadège hatte aber vorgesorgt und viele neue und noch eingepackte Einweg-Ohrstöpsel für die Gäste bereit gelegt. Wir wissen nicht, ob es Regen, Wind oder der Straßenverkehr war. Kannten wir alle so jedenfalls nicht. Wenn man aber tagsüber viel unternimmt, schläft man nachts auch trotz Ohrstöpseln und Hintergrundgeräuschen ;-)

Die Lage da man die Autobahn nachts in den oberen Schlafzimmern sehr wahrgenommen hat. Die Nachbarn ein paar Häuser weiter, die haben mehrere Nächte bis um 02:00 Uhr volle Kanone bis zum Anschlag die Musik Anlage aufgedreht. Nachts wurde es sehr kalt und es war in den Betten nur eine sehr dünne Tagesdecke vorhanden.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Понравилось, что есть много спальных мест (6 полноценных мест). Есть необходимая техника (например, кофемашина с капсулами), вся посуда, достаточная количество полотенец. Комнаты очень просторная, уютная кухня-студия, парковочных мест достаточно, и цена очень хорошая, даже несмотря на незначительные недостатки. Мы очень довольны🙂
Обе двухспальные кровати не сильно широкие, около 140см. Также не доставало 1 ключа от двери в ванную. И стоит учесть, что в спальнях шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего - слышно шум от трассы. Но если человек спит крепко, проблемой это не станет + в доме есть беруши.

Het geluid van druk passerend verkeer, een ietwat koel interieur (marmer en wit licht) maar dat is persoonlijke smaak. De afwezigheid van een tuintje of koertje, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Les propriétaires sont adorables. La maison est grande est bien chauffée. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. On peut se garer juste devant. C est propre et spacieux.
Il n'y a qu'une salle de bain (douche). La douche est écossaise (chaud/froid). Il manque une VMC ce qui fait que l'odeur du sous sol remonte et sent terriblement les égouts. Même et mettant du débouch, l odeur reste présente. Il n y a qu'un seul WC en bas. Il manque beaucoup de finitions (fils électriques des volets, plinthes carrelage, peinture des plafond...). La décoration est froide, un mur de couleur dans le salon et du bois derrière la tv réchaufferait le lieu.

Bien que le Rdc soit extrêmement bien isolé du bruit, les chambres à l'étage l'étaient bien moins. Dès lors sans boules kies on entend Le passage des voitures étant donné que la maison est en bord de route.

El olor a cloaca que había permanentemente en toda la vivienda. Otro punto negativo fue el no disponer de un aseo o baño en la planta alta, ya que es donde se ubican los dormitorios. Hay que bajar y las escaleras se las traen si vas con niños o personas mayores.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025El alojamiento fue perfecto para el viaje que teníamos planeado, pudimos aparcar el coche fuera sin ningún problema. Las instalaciones de la casa superaron mis expectativas muy gratamente. Muy cómodo y el servicio de la anfitriona muy bueno!
Si que es cierto que al entrar se percibía un olor estraño, a humedad, pero nada que ventilar las habitaciones no pudiese arreglar.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Ruim en schoon huis. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig, zoals handdoeken, keukenspullen, dekbedden en ook spelletjes. Er was ook ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor onze twee auto's.
Het geluid van de auto's op straat kan storend zijn in de slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Large appartment in the house with a lot of space. Close to Brussels and easy access to highway. As usual in Belgium, is equipped with windows blinds that create a lot of comfort in the sunny morning. Kitchen is new and equipped. Owners were helpful and friendly.
Entrance door opens wrong way and it is difficult to enter. In the main room and shower was bad smell of sewage air drenage. Not a cozy place. There is no curtain on window in the shower. Maybe we were expecting too much.

Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain après avoir utilisé la douche, problème d'écoulement de l'eau usée à notre arrivée (cheveux coincés dans le bond).

Kaffee und Tee sowie gekühltes Wasser vorrätig🫶🏼 Alles an Ausstattung, was wir für eine Nacht gebraucht haben. Aber auch für länger wäre alles da gewesen. Inkl. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. WLAN und Spiele sowie Gästeinfos vorhanden. Extrem gutes Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis!
Leider sind die vorbeifahrenden Autos nachts in den Schlafzimmern sehr laut zu hören.

Reviewed May 14, 2025Friendly and helpful host. All the essentials are provided. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but also close to amenities by driving. Less than half an hour drive from Brussels.
Rooms are in the loft of the house without toilet facility. For older members of our group, it's an incovenience to walk down quite a long staircase.
